I was looking to have my floors replaced in another section of my house and I contacted this company. The person did come to my house for a consult on a Friday. He said he would see if they had my previous floors in stock and if not would explore options for me and follow up with me. That was in June and I haven't heard anything back. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be using them again.

I only had to carpet one bedroom & closet, but they treated me with so much respect, patience, and kindness. Jorge and Juan, who installed our carpets, were so respectful, joyful, and kind as well. Monika and Prad worked with our budget and made sure that we had the best quality carpet at a price we could afford. There were no hidden fees like some big box companies have. They are also in contact with their installers which is a game changer if you've ever partnered with larger businesses who are not in contact with their third party installers. It makes the process so much smoother & reliable. We are ecstatic with the results; we finally have our dream carpet in our bedroom/closet and we couldn't be happier. He gave me some sample books to take home and I picked something out after a couple of days. I placed an order for my carpet over the phone and they got it ordered right away. Shortly after it came in, they called and asked if they could install it on a Saturday. I said "sure". Their guys showed up, moved my furniture out of the way, and got to installing the new carpet. They did a nice professional job, and hauled away the old carpet for recycling. Very straightforward process throughout. The price was better than I expected for a high quality brand of carpet too.

The lovely woman Jackie who would text regularly with updates and keep me posted on which flooring team was next, awesome! Both the carpet and the laminate flooring teams were always on time and worked overtime and did an absolutely beautiful job on the floors. The only bummer was that they knew our house had just been freshly painted and when the job was 100% complete there were blue splat marks on the walls (I'm assuming from a glue), some scratches I had to repaint and some of the baseboards were a different material due to curves which caused them to be tan not white like the rest. Other than that I really did love the company.

We felt like we were not able to diy this job and Nick and Max had a reasonable price for the work and didn't make us feel bad that it was above our skills. Nick communicated with us through text and kept us informed during the whole time he was scheduling and working on the job. They were tidy during the work and respectful of our kitchen tile. Nick even offered to take our old disposal and dispose of it. They left our kitchen very clean after their work. Nick said if our disposal leaked to contact him and they would come back and fix the leak as part of the job. It did leak and they came back the very next day, added some stuff they picked up on their way to our house and took the whole thing out and reinstalled. It has not leaked since they were last here. We were very impressed with their expertise and customer service and are going to have them do some more jobs at our vintage home. It has been challenging for us to find reliable and reasonable handyman services and are grateful for Sam's Handyman Services with Nick and Max.

She also offered to refund part of the organization fee since I decided to only do the kitchen. I really appreciate her willingness to clarify and make things right. Rachel is incredibly kind, friendly, and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. She made my home look spotless -- every surface gleamed, everything smelled fresh, and her attention to detail in the main cleaning work was fantastic. It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with.
