I called Ross and explained that we have an 18 year old dog that is occasionally going potty on our carpet. Our poor puppy knows better, but sometimes just can't help it. He understood and said he could help. Once here he explained his process and let me know that most often urine won't seep through to the pad with the quality of carpet and the backing that we have. The other companies I called all said that it was most likely in the pad and they would have to do extensive work. Ross took his time in our 3 downstairs rooms and stairs with a multi step process. Two words: hire Ross! No need to look elsewhere! I have had my carpets cleaned by many different companies as well as cleaned them myself and my carpets have NEVER been as clean as when Ross cleaned them. He has the right equipment for the job and he spends the time needed to do it. He does not rush to get on to the next house. He does not rush in order to do multiple homes in one day. He does the job right and does it thoroughly. I have never had a carpet cleaner try to clean the grey line right up against the baseboards but Ross did it! What a phenomenal job! I was referred to Ross from one of his colleagues to assist with carpet repair in three locations that I had absolutely no hope could be repaired. Knowing my tight turnaround and limited schedule he was able to fit me in when a job ended early!!!! Within two days of calling! I recently decided to rent my condo out and was hoping not to have to spend the money on having new carpet put in. There were several spots that needed to be stretched and I hate to say pretty worn and dirty from being old and having a dog. I talked to several people and was so unimpressed until I called ROSS. Ross Carpet Cleaning is BY FAR the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. He works so hard to get out every single stain and he doesn't charge extra for the various spot treatments, enzyme cleaners, etc. that he uses to do a good job. Plus he will move any moveable furniture so he can clean under and behind couches, etc. so he gets the whole house. I truly cannot say enough good things about the job he does. Ross Carpet Care cleaned our carpets in Valley Center about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They had gotten pretty beaten up with two kids, a dog, a cat (not to mention the two adults). I can honestly say that the carpets came out incredible. Almost every stain came out even some I never thought could be removed. The stairs look incredible. I have a busy office and get a lot of foot traffic. My carpet can really get abused, especially with recent asphalt work that was done in front of my office. I was looking for a small operation (preferable a one to two person shop) to replace my old carpet cleaner who passed away in 2013. I found Ross on Angie's List and decided to give him a try. I didn't give him a large window because I waited to long to get someone over here (totally my fault). He was kind enough to work my in the DAY OF my first holiday party of the season. Ross stretched and cleaned our carpets. We also had squeaky sub-flooring that Ross was able to fix. He does very thorough work for a fair price. Ross did have some difficulty with his large truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine breaking down several times during the job, which made for some frustrating delays for both sides, but Ross was able to borrow equipment and come back on a different day to complete the job. This guy has it right! He has a system unllike any carpet cleaner I have had before - sort of a combination of the best of shampoo, steam, and wand. He puts down a soil releaser, then uses a special piece of equipment that is a combination sprayer, beater, suction device and then follows up with a wand. The result is the cleanest carpet I have ever seen. We had planned on replacing this carpet in a few months. I no longer feel the need. The pile is raised again, it is soft and it is clean. What can I say, Ross is great at what he does. I had all my carpets cleaned by another company; not all the stains were removed and they said it was because of traffic wear. I called Ross, he showed up on time with his truck full of equipment and went to work, he was able to remove all the stains that the first cleaners were not able to remove and left my carpets looking better than I expected. Most impressive carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! Rotary extraction is the way to go and he made our carpet look like new again. I have never seen anything like this process. Ross just did my apartment on friday and its now about 3 days later and the carpet is still fluffy and it just looks amazing! He was very professional and did a thorough job cleaning.
