After her refusal, she hung up on me. When I called back and I protested about being hung up on, she replied, "You aren't a customer here anymore, so your complaints will fall on deaf ears...I'm not afraid of you." She then hung up on me again. If I had known that switching agencies due to a nearly 50% savings in premiums (nothing personal) would result in such rude and unprofessional treatment, I would not have chosen Best-Walker in the first place.

They got in touch about our crumbling cement steps and cautioned that if we didn't fix them that we "might not be covered in the event of an instance involving the steps." We kept meaning to get to the steps. Then we get a notice saying that we have been CANCELLED because of the steps. Steps are fixed. No one returns our calls or emails from Robert K. Jones. When I call, I am deflected by the receptionist. "She'll call you right back." An hour passes. When I call back and am connected to the agent "Lisha," she has excuses but no apologies. We have been without homeowner's insurance for two-and-a-half weeks and it seems they just don't give a damn. Nice folks, but not in the trenches for you. Keep shopping.
