Recently, my mortgage was sold and I received a notice from the new company saying I was out of compliance by not having hazard insurance. The notice is alarming, almost threatening, however, I knew all I needed to do was make a quick phone call to the agent and it would all be taken care of.

Mike accused my wife of being drunk when we finally chose another insurance company, verbally harassed her, lied about the policy, and tried to bully her into staying. He even had the gall to insinuate "If you're really a Christian you'd stay with us. We're a Christian company." We never once mentioned religion to him. I find that offensive to Christians and non Christians alike. Then he refused to cancel our policy stating that he only works for his clients which we aren't anymore. "We need you to have the agency send a signed cancel on both home and auto." Worst of all, I believe that he's an old school sexist who would never have said half of those things if he were talking to me instead of my wife. True colors shown, he comes off every bit as low as the classic sleezy used car salesman. Best off elsewhere.
