He was always coincidentally sick or out of town at the time of each appointment, and instead had his associates meet with me, who of course insisted my problems were totally unrelated to his surgery. Obviously something went horribly wrong, but he would never admit or accept any responsibility.

My score reflects weighted results two surgeries and nine office visits. SCORES: Surgery (5), PT (4), and doctor office scheduling (1). I understand IBJI asking patients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. It implies IBJI values punctuality with expectation of seeing patients promptly at their scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, they seem to only value their own time with little regard for having patients wait needlessly well beyond their scheduled appointment. Respect should be bidirectional. Patients are expected to respect the doctor's time and be punctual. Unfortunately, this office seems to have little respect for patients or concern for the inconvenience and wasted time they inflict upon patients with the office failure to honor appointment schedules.

The physical therapy department at this facility on Salt Creek Lane in Arlington Heights is outstanding. Every single therapist I came in contact with did an outstanding job. I quickly discovered that if you listen to them and do the work you will get results. The Physical Therapists were all attentive and always made sure I did the exercises correctly which is very important. When i leave at the end of my appointment I always feel like I have done something which is a great feeling.
