It was a good shopping experience at this Ross Dress For Less store location today. They carried a variety of selections from clothing to household goods. The service was good. The value that I paid today was great.

Arrogant staff. Avoid this Ross and choose some other location. If you are in for a return your treatment of the cashier is awful.

We signed in at the front and waited less than 5 minutes for personal assistance. I'm happy to say that this was a quick and painless experience, all thanks to our kind and knowledgeable associate, Jay. A few quick measurements and Jay knew exactly what to pull for him. We lucked out and needed no alterations. He assisted in choosing the best material that would my husband get through standing in a cemetery in 95F weather. He also helped us find a couple discounts that would offset the cost as a brand new suit in a light, moisture wicking fabric with two shirts and a tie honestly isn't cheap. We paid a lot, but the experience was worth it to just be fully prepared and ready to fly out. Thanks, Jay. You're a real one.

The outfits he picked out were spot on, and we appreciated the help.

TLDR: Multiple mistakes, delays, poor communication, sloppy, rush job…read more I had so much hope for this place with all the positive reviews. I should have read more into the negative ones before using him. A suit to me is an investment and it's really important that tailors take their job professionally. I came in to The Bespoke Clothier after doing some research as I needed a suit altered for an upcoming wedding. I had 2 weeks before the event which I felt was plenty of time for the job. I made an appointment with Gabriel for a consultation to look at the suit and discuss timing and needs for alterations. No real dressing room, just a closet that you can change in. He looked at my suit and made recommendations for the sleeves to be taken in and shortened and pants let out a bit on the waist. I also asked about adding surgeons cuffs with functional buttons. Gabriel mentioned that it's really easy and they do that all the time but they charge per button. Understandable I said and agreed to the pricing. This was Tuesday and was told that the alterations would be complete by Friday. A busy Friday for me meant a pickup on Saturday which would have been perfect as their posted hours on their website says: Saturday 9am-5pm. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the suit, the lights were out, door locked and a note posted saying "Flexible Hours" this week and to text a number. I texted the number which replied that they would check with Gabriel on timing and they would communicate back to me a time for pickup. No response through Monday evening and by Tuesday at noon, I was getting a little concerned about lack of communication and timing. I decided to call on Tuesday afternoon and Gabriel picked up and told me the suit will be ready by 3pm that day. I arrived at the shop at 3:30pm with the pants ready and the jacket looking disheveled and unfinished with the buttons popped off one of the sleeves and arms way too long. He said he thought I needed the sleeves lengthened and he marked it incorrectly. He said this is an easy and quick job for the jacket and it will be ready tonight. I decided to give him more time to do a good job and said let me pick up tomorrow afternoon. The next afternoon comes and the jacket looked fine but I noticed that the buttons were not functional. He said he didn't take the correct notes and thought I didn't want that even though I was charged extra per button. Again was told that it was an easy job as he does this "all the time" and he would be the one personally making the functioning buttons. Again was told he could do it tonight and I again gave him extra time to do a nice, clean job. The suit was ready with functioning surgeons cuffs but the workmanship was really poor. Also one of the buttons for the interior pocket was missing. The cut and sewing lines were really sloppy looking and the thread for the buttons were not sewing inside the lining, leaving the button thread visible on the cup to lining. I'm not sure if Gabriel just over promises and has to rush through everything but i think he knows better. Overall a stressful situation being almost a week overdue, multiple mistakes and a seemingly rush job to finish. At the initial meeting, Gabriel was also trying to sell me a custom suit which I was seriously considering at the time. Unfortunately this soured my experience and mindset that he would be capable of making a full bespoke suit.

The Bespoke Clothier completely changed how I think about fit. If you have a hard-to-fit body type,…read moreyou know how disappointing even "altered" clothes can be. I brought Gabriel a designer suit that still didn't feel right after store alterations. He was pretty honest--said the best it could become was a 7/10--and then went to work. He adjusted the shoulders, chest, sleeves, lapels, which required him to move every single button. It was literally a completely different suit. And for the first time, it actually fit the way it should. Since then, I've gone back for five custom suits, multiple shirts, and my favorite, an overcoat (which I'd avoided for years because of off-the-rack fit issues). Every item has come out perfectly tailored. If fit has always been a compromise for you, it's worth seeing what Gabriel can do. Adding some photos, but I'm not a fashion/textiles photographer. It's harder than it looks.

The aisles are nice and wide, making it easy to walk through and browse without feeling cramped. Everything always feels organized and easy to shop. My favorite sections are the purses, pet toys, and the home decor. They always have a great variety, and I love seeing what new finds have come in. Their seasonal decor is also always fun to browse, especially when they start putting out holiday items. Like any Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods, there are definitely some items that aren't the best quality, but if you take a little time to look, you can usually find some really great pieces that are absolutely worth it. That's part of the fun, you never know what you'll come across. The employees have always been friendly here during my visits. Just be prepared to be asked a lot about the TJX Rewards card at checkout, even if you're purchasing a small item. Overall, this is my go-to Marshalls, and it's the location I keep coming back to!

Crossroads is sort of a hybrid strip and indoor mall which collectively keep itself going. Crossroads indoor portion is held up by a strong food court, it's "Public Market" with a lot of options - burgers, Mexican, Thai, sushi, Indian, Boba, Korean, Hawaiian and more. On top of that, there are plenty of seats. I'd even go so far to say that the Food Court is the main attraction here and the other stores are secondary, which include Old Navy, Hallmark and other services - Mini Library, information about Bellevue and such. The Mall itself looks kept up and seems to be doing well enough to keep going, so I say that's good. People clearly endorse it. I was here on a weekday afternoon for work. I sat down to take a rest and two separate families walked up with their children and put them in those 'coin-operated riding machines'. Moments before this happened, I asked myself "does anyone use these things anymore?". My question was answered. Crossroads is alive.

The sheer volume of items on the floor and shelves makes this place a bit overwhelming, and I couldn't find any organization as far as their books go so if you love a long riffling through heaps of stuff then this is your place, but if you like more of an organized and accessible experience this is definitely a place I would skip. The prices range from a couple dollars, to $7.99 for most clothing, and up depending on the item. I'd say they're asking higher end for things, similar to a current Goodwill. I don't have direct experience with the service as neither me nor my companion purchased anything, but the clerks behind the checkout counter were talking amongst themselves as several people looked at the accessories in the area. I don't see myself going out of my way to come back here, unfortunately.
