They do have your familiar pieces but they also have much nicer items. It does come at a cost though. This store is a little more expensive than your other local shops. The woman working was very kind unlike the other stores as well. Everything was well organized and easy to navigate through. It wasn't busy which was nice. The store is located on a busy street rather than the boardwalk right next to the mariner's condominium. I would much rather shop here for gifts any day.

The value of the payout for the 16 items was decent for the # of items, but not for their actual worth, which was expected, I just wanted it all out of my closet! The staff were SUPER nice and so helpful. 5 stars for the staff -- the only reason I gave 4 stars was because of their surprisingly low selection on what they accepted. The store overall was VERY CLEAN and well organized! The store is pretty small (the only location I have been to), but they have a pretty wide selection. I will say that they have a much wider womens selection than they do men's, but still a lot to choose from. The prices are low / moderate for the items. I will definitely come back to shop, and possibly consign in the future. I will warn with consigning to them that they look at the manufacture date tag (usually a small white tag on the inside side of the garment), and will only take items that have been purchased within the last two years. That being said, I had a ton of NWT AE jeans that were purchased over the summer (some staple jeans still in store) and they did not accept them. Some of this was due to their current stock, but I wanted to let everyone know! Overall it was a good experience and I'll be back!

My complaint is this store. There are about 2 employees who genuinely try to help you and who seem like they enjoy their job. I have been mostly shopping online lately for this exact reason. My last time in the store was the worst experience I have had there, and it drove me to finally write a review. The staff acted like they could care less about me, the significant purchase I was trying to make, or anything else for that matter. One of the employees had a child with her, who appeared to be her daughter. One employee was sitting on the ground sorting through underwear to organize (I'm assuming) while talking to another employee. I waited at the register to check out for over 5 minutes, and if I wasn't in need of a specific item I would have left. The employees acted as if they knew I was there, but were "busy". I worked retail for many years and I would have never thought to act that way during work hours WITH customers in the store. When one employee finally did come to ring me up, she didn't push the current store promo BOGO 50% off. I would have definitely picked out another item, but didn't see the signs until I was leaving. The moral of the story is...shop online or go to another store. The Dover store is about an hour from me, and I would go there solely because the service is way better.
