I've never been a fan of this store as the quality of their clothes seemed subpar. This all changed recently when I found a really cute pair of jeans and also discovered they offer a senior discount (55+) of 10% every Tuesday for any purchase. That's a great deal!! My favorite part of the store is the food/snack section. Their selection is pretty similar to TJMaxx's. I always get ginger chews here and also found a date syrup and matcha collagen latte mix to try. I saw someone posting about their Labubu on Instagram about a specific purse you can get at Ross. At $25, I figured, "Why not?" It's the sweetest, cutest, and girliest purse ever - everything I'm not. But you know what? I'm an adult and that means I can buy purses I probably won't ever carry around. Ross is Ross. If you have the patience to comb through the shelves and racks, you can find some cute stuff. I've bought luggage here before, area rugs, and an armchair so no complaints from me. read more

Stopped in to buy hair products as this location is near the freeway. The offer small carts which allows easy movement. Was happy with the variety and choices in hair products. The lay out of the store was such that I walked the entire store before getting to that section. Getting through was easy w wide aisles and central walkways. Products well organized. The price of the profits was great and 40%less than I typically pay. The service is the lacking piece. No one on floor to help and the line for check out was 10 patrons deep. read more

I started to come to this area because I was tired of paying for my items and then taking 2 steps, handing my receipt to "loss prevention" and then walking out. You literally just saw me pay, the cashier bag the stuff and still, my time is wasted on someone counting 2/3 items in the bag that they saw get bagged. This is a really bad business practice and even though it may seem trivial, I don't feel valued. Why question me, when loss prevention was standing there for the entire interaction? I doubt I'll be returning to this or any Ross location. read more

Great Customer service from a manager, do not come to this place! Try to ask nicely about a return policy because there was a stain on a DKNY sandal and he would not let me speak and just kept saying 30 days, 30 days, 30 days,! I was pushed by the manager with red hair in a bun at Ross around 7:58 PM today 4/28/25 between the men's section and the rugs/frame section. It's unacceptable how the situation was handled after. I talked to one of the older women with really short hair that was working in the fitting room and she went directly to the lady I was describing and told her everything I said. Things escalated when the lady called me out in the front of the store in front of customers I hope HR does something about this because I will be back for an update. read more

There were a lot of selections to choose from and I was able to get some rare items for a great price. If you need suitcases, I think that this is the best place to buy them as they have one of the largest selection. There was a long checkout line but the cashier was really nice. read more

I'll never shop here again. Store at 9 am was a disaster. Don't even clean? Piles of items everywhere and misplaced sizes. It's always a disaster at this Ross and now they check your receipt. It's not even a self check out so what are you checking for? That your employees did their job? Cause from the three feet it took me to go from the register to the door I really "stole" something. To make matter worst it's the same checkout that security stands at. So not only do you have security in the front, you're now checking receipts like Walmart does for no reason. At least Walmart has a reason such as self check out and the distance it takes to go from the registers to exiting the store. I was at the register right at the door and an employee rung me up. AN EMPLOYEE!!! With the filth. Expensive prices. And mistrust, I'll never shop Ross again. I'd rather deal with TJMaxx, Walmart, target, goodwill, etc rather than another disappointing Ross. read more

I went in on Thursday twice shopping with my granddaughter. Second time my blood sugars were crashing and I begged Maria and Pedro to help me open packages of food for 20 minutes as they continued to plummet. THEY COMPLETELY REFUSEED TO HELP OR CALL 911. This also sent me into A-Fib whoch i am still struggling with. Go anywhere else were employees help. I made it to Chipolte up the street where I did collapse and the staff actually helped was concerned got me soda right away and food and manger checked back on me. Ross has a fairly good selection of clothes and housewares but I find that their prices are slightly higher and a little less diverse than TJ MAXX for what is necessarily the same item or product. But, they seem to have some brands that I do not see elsewhere: Skora is a prime example of that. The inside of the store feels a bit on the sterile side to me and the organization is usually on the messy side. read more

Location is alright cuz it's near Ultra. Product selection is alright too. Prices vary but if you shop enough you know a good price when you see it. The check out can make or break your experience here. Today it was a bust. I was not going to stand in a line that went to the back of the store. Everybody at Ross had very poor manners. I am going on a trip and my budget was about $300 to spend on some luggage and some new clothes. I was rushed in the dressing room when taking up many clothes and was not treated well in the cashier line. Today is my day off and this uncomfortable experience at Ross put me in a funk. Bad vibes. Everyone needs a smile and a cheerful experience, people will spend more... I ended up putting clothes back just because I didn't want to be at Ross anymore and have this type of experience. This is one of the better Ross stores out there as far as merchandise. I found KidRobot bags for my girls here for more than 80% off the retail price. I found Paper Denim & Cloth jeans here for $16-$19. I found Calvin Klein sunglasses that retailed for $119 here for $16. There are a-hole workers at almost every workplace.. The staff is rude & unhelpful. I found a pair of black leggings with no price tag & one of the employees who was an Indian lady looked up "black jeans" & charged me $14.99 for them. I tried to tell her that wasn't the correct price because all the other leggings in the wrong size were $3.99 & she refused to change it so I left. All the other leggings in the section were between $2.99 & $3.99 (just not my size) so it was clear to me she was trying to screw me & didn't give a shit. Not too shabby, this location is a lot nicer than some other locations in the valley that are way too ghetto. I found some nice accessories for my house and really nice cushions for $7-8 bucks. Overcrowded, understaffed. Staff is rude, unfriendly, and low-functioning. They refuse to let you keep hangers. The woman ringing us up balled up the clothes and shoved them in the bag. No attempt to fold them whatsoever. If you're too lazy to fold the clothes, at least allow us to keep the hangers so we can keep them fron getting wrinkled. No hello, goodbye, or thank you. I purchased shape-wear yesterday at 11am from this location. I was unable to try it on due to it having to remove the tag to try them on. I purchased them, went home and tried them on, the unfortunately didn't fit. I went this morning to return (less than 24hours later) was told due to the fact I took off the tag I was unable to return. I explained i took them off to try them on and was told it's still not returnable and it's says on the back you can't. I told her they don't fit and I just want to exchange and they said there is nothing that I can do. Based on the attitude of the cashier who was telling my cashier the "rules" and the manager who I spoke to on the phone after I left the store, they have lost a very loyal shopper today. Very poor customer service, and yes I have worked retail and in Nordstrom customer service for multiple years so I know great customer service. If anyone needs shape-wear there's is a pair in the trash outside there store. read more

From most of the Ross stores I've been to this is by far my favorite. They are almost always stocked up and normally don't have empty shelves. The only thing I would suggest is get more clothes that are bigger then large for men. There is a huge selection for skinny guys. read more

35 minutes. That is how long I waited in line to pay for one dress yesterday at this location of Ross. By the time I got to check out there were probably over 30 people in line behind me that wrapped around the store and they were probably in for an even longer wait. I should have just thrown in the towel after 15 minutes but the urge to buy an amazing Calvin Klein dress for $12.99 took over. The staffing and management situation here is absolutely ridiculous. During my 35 minute wait I observed many things. There were only two cashiers able to ring up purchases, one who was taking returns only but who did not help purchasing customers at all when no one was in her line. About 10 minutes into my wait in line, one of the cashiers who was ringing up purchases had to clock out for a break or to leave for the day. It seems to me like she was under extreme pressure to clock out because I heard her say "well now I feel under pressure" because it was taking her an extremely long time to ring up the person she was helping because they had a million and one items. I think that the associates are probably under penalty of getting pay docked or getting written up if they don't clock out on time (this is the case in many big box retail stores) which is an absolutely ridiculous policy especially on a busy day. If this is the case, someone should be ready to go right away on another register or a manager should take over because this would leave only one cashier to ring up purchases, and it did. This is when the line began to get ridiculously long and I was happy that i got in line when I did. I observed many associates "lingering" and chatting and while being a cashier may not be their job title, they should not even be in sight while 30 people wait in line thinking, why the hell are they not on the registers. At one point an extremely irritated customer yelled out, "why don't you open another register?!?" To which the equally irritated cashier yelled out "a manager is on her way up!" We all waited another 10 minutes, the line moving about one customer every 3 to 5 minutes. I really kept thinking I should just leave but I had already waited so long at that point, which I'm sure is what most people in line were thinking. I observed many new incoming associates clocking in at the front registers but no one stayed to help. I felt really bad for the lone associate ringing people up because lord knows she was going to hear it from all of the extremely irritated customers and it really wasn't her fault at all, she was really the only one there working her butt off to go as quickly as she could. Finally a second cashier appeared after about 20 minutes of being in line with just the one cashier. They did have about 6 registers in total BTW, that could have been open. The second cashier really took her time to get her register up and running. She was writing things down, looking around and seemed to enjoy that we were all chomping at the bit to be checked out. She had no urgency at all, no respect for her fellow cashier or customers. She opened the register after about 3 minutes of writing something down. The line slowly started moving a little bit. At this point some people had decided to leave but most stayed, irritated and frustrated at the situation. I finally was up at the front, next in line to check out. A loss prevention associate was gathering carts in front of the line and almost rammed one into my side. I redirected the cart right before impact. She very rudely told me that I could have helped her instead of watching her struggle, and biting my tongue I said I was sorry. I really thought to myself that I did help her, from crashing the carts into the crowd and why the hell was she moving the carts at that time anyways in front of a line of over 30 people!! To sum things up. This store is managed extremely poorly. I feel sorry for the associates who work here and who are probably told off constantly by unhappy customers and by management. I really don't feel like giving money to a store that is so poorly run. I am done with this Ross store. read more

This Ross is most likely the best Ross I've been in. Store is somewhat organized and somewhat clean. The racks are not so packed that you can't shop off the rack but the isles are hard for 2 people to shop in the same isle. Meaning not a lot of room to pass another person with out scooting into a rack to let someone pass you. I found a lot of bargains in this store, not a usual for me. Usually I only find one or two items. This time I found several more than usual and not sure if they just got a shipment in or just lucky. There are Ross's everywhere but I might travel to this farther location next time. Check out lines are a little long for my liking. Pack your patience.... read more

They are getting one star because zero stars is not an option. I came in here with my parents to get a pair of shoes for my dad, only one person was working at the registers, so my mom got in line to pay. The old lady working at the register was very rude and asked my mom if she had a return, my mom said no and the lady proceeded to reprimand my mom for being in the wrong lane, even though it was the only register that was open. My mom was caught off guard by the old ladies rudeness and didn't know if she should go up to the register at not, the old lady proceeded to rudely tell my mom to hurry up and get to the register. She continued to be rude and say that she was "timed" on how long it took between customers while we were trying to pay for the shoes. To which I said I will not be shopping here again if getting customers in and out the door quickly was more important than providing friendly customer service that would make a customer want to come back. Before my moms transaction was even complete the old lady was calling the next customer to the register. This was a horrible experience and I will Be Shopping at TJ Max (in the same parking lot) only since they are always kind, courteous and helpful and never make you feel rushed or in their way when you shop there. read more

Stopped by Ross tonight and while I was shopping a Moroccan style lamp caught my attention. When I picked it up to look at it closer a piece of sharp metal sliced my finger. A customer was kind enough to get someone to help me. The store's staff is seemingly not trained in reacting to any emergency, which it was not, but if they could not deal with a sliced finger I would hate to see what happens in a real emergency. The whole experience was odd and disconcerting. I felt awkward in the way it was handled and dismissed. When I asked if I should file a report the retort was "Do you think you have to?". Hmm. She, Allison, said I could just call the store if I have any problems. How awfully reassuring. I was somewhat stunned, I walked away and started to look around again thinking Alison might come back up to me again. Not sure what I was looking for but the whole incident seemed rushed and uncompassionate. Hopefully after I left someone finally bothered to clean up the blood splatter on the floor. Don't expect much in customer service because you are not going to get it. Not feeling the love for Ross, time to shop elsewhere. read more

I love this store. I always find something - even when I don't plan to. I was reading some of the other reviews and I have to counter. Here we go..... They get new deliveries Monday-Friday. You want a better selection- don't go on a Sunday night. And it's rare that I have to stand in line for very long - but I usually don't go at peak times. Weekends are going to need a little patience; however, most stores are busy at checkout when there several people shopping. And let's talk about cleanliness... I have been coming to this location since it opened. It is one of the cleanest Ross Stores I've been to. The messiest/dirtiest times? When the customers let clothes fall on the floor, try on shoes and don't put them back or are just generally disrespectful. It seems to be the worst on the weekends. I have found most of the staff to be polite and fast and if you just take a second to smile and say something nice, they really appreciate it.
