Thus far for a 4 year old I've purchased size 6x and 7/8 dresses as well as a plethora of t's and tops. As well as a pair of ballet shoes. I haven't quite worked out my coupons and extras % off in store, just online. The quality remains to be seen since I just started making purchases here but seems fine. As with every other store there tends to be just one person working and they also have to stick the shelves... just todays world. Online orders have to be located and retrieved from the stock room which takes time. I won't fault an employee for Corporate decisions about staffing.

I explained that I was driving from florence explained to them. I had about six large trash bags full of baby clothes. They said as long as I was here before 7:30 there would be able to help me and cash me out the same night when I arrive by the time I walk in and a young girl behind the counter says yeah, we're not taking those bags. I said I just drove from Florence. I called you three times before coming to make sure I got the same answers to my question before driving all the way out here. I explained that I had a lot of bags. She interrupted me and says no you didn't you said you had bins.... Which I definitely did not say the first time I called not the second time I called and definitely not the third time I called. She was very rude. Took everything in me not to be rude back had to walk away and shop for some items for a little bit will never be back to this location. I shop once upon a child weekly was my first time to this location. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS!!!!!! Very disappointing experience at this location. I go in to check out some boots I liked that were…read moreposted up by the entrance. Try them on and decide I want to buy them, only to be told an employee sold two different sizes to someone, so the only pair left in store was 2 different sizes. They offered to ship them to me so I accepted and paid there. When I get the boots 6 days later, they have a couple scuffs and aren't packed like they're brand new. They look like someone's return. I blow it off and try them on in my house, and decide they are also super uncomfortable and I wouldn't be able to wear them. Had zero time to make it BACK to the mall or the post office to return them until 56 DAYS later, still within the 60 day return window. So I make a special trip to the mall and explain everything. The employee kind of acts like she doesn't believe me and then looks at her computer and says 'the system' won't' 'let' her process the return because it's been longer than 60 days. I had proof of when they were ordered and when I received them, but she wouldn't budge. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am one. THAT is how a manager handles customer service? A human cannot use their common sense to override 'the system'? Does anyone know how to use their own brain these days? Thanks for wasting my time.
