We decided to cancel membership, You don't get a option on webpage to access the your account directly. Web page is created intentionally so you can't access the your account to cancel membership. I struggle to find the my account page and once found then no option to cancel membership. According to page you can do it by chat(don't found the chat option), call (wait time is 50+ min) and web(option doesn't exist). This is mordern version of pyramid scam, where they are giving making hard to cancel membership and reaping hard earn money... for failed to cancel membership. Don't fall into membership scam if you don't have 2 hrs time to cancel it.

The bench was dropped off with a verbal agreement to price it at $650. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the previous manager, who failed to properly price the piece before his departure, and the subsequent incorrect pricing by the new manager, the bench was sold for a mere $100. This pricing is not only well below the agreed-upon amount but also a blatant disregard for the value of the item and the trust placed in your store by consignors. While I understand that the contract states the store reserves the right to change prices at its discretion, this situation is a clear oversight. The bench was forgotten and priced simply to "get rid of it," as stated by the current manager. This is unacceptable and a slap in the face to a participating consignor. Additionally, the agreement was to sell the item within a two-month timeframe, with the bench being received in-store on March 13, 2025, per the contract. However, it wasn't placed on the floor until a month later, halfway through this timeframe, further diminishing the opportunity for a fair sale. It did sell right after being placed on the floor, further showcasing that the piece had merit as inventory in the store. Had I not visited the store on the day I did to inquire about it and noticed the sold sign without a price tag, I would have never received any compensation for my item. I demand that My Sister's Attic honor the original agreement set by the previous manager. It is evident that none of the items in your store are priced as egregiously low as $100, not even a nightstand. I am still waiting response from corporate. The new store manager, originally gave me an adequate solution but said corporate is refusing to honor it.
