They have a lot of products from South Korea which cost a lot on line or non- discounted stores. Hair products from Italy, Korea, Israel and I've gotten mascaras from Italy. I do not buy items made in China so this place gives me lots of options. For the holidays I make Christmas baskets full of their products and my friends love them . I can say customer service has gotten way better here. This location is closest to me so that's why I keep coming back. Tj max.... I don't like the clothes here cause they look so outdated and they are overpriced. I do like coming here for the deals on makeup products, skincare and sandals. I found so many good deals today. I love the sandals they have here they are always so cute. I do think some of the jewelers and purses can be a bit overpriced. The long here is always super long! I mean all the time. Today it was so bad and they didn't even have every register open which they should have. It was customers not prepared to check out and they were holding up the line as well and it was annoying. The thing that I had an issue with was the bathrooms. This was my first time using the bathroom at tj maxx. Man they were disgusting!! Omg!! They smelled so bad and they were messy and unkempt. They need to have someone come in evry hour and clean the bathrooms when a store has this much traffic on the weekend. I was applaud at how bad they were. Every time I go in there to shop quietly, I am greeted by a few of the genuinely nice & professional employees. (there are a handful of ladies that are so professional and consistently friendly). In my estimation, the quality of service has declined over the years from loud-talking cashiers, to unprofessional, tacky store closing announcements to I don't want to be here ringing people up attitudes and lastly, cashiers rubbing their noses and mouth and without skipping a beat, handling merchandise. I earn an income that affords me to shop elsewhere however, over the years, I have been excited over the substantial savings that I receive when shopping at TJ Maxx. I have been shopping at this location for many years; I have witnessed members of staff including management come and go over the years. Point is that I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location in the space of a month I do not have to spend a dime here. I'm writing this Yelp review because I was double charged for an item and I didn't realize it until I got all the way home. When I called to ask for a refund they said the only way for me to do this was to drive back and complete the transaction in person. Here are 3 alternative solutions that would have worked well and ensured I wouldn't have to drive all the way back: 1) mail a gift card through the USPS 2) email a gift card or store credit 3) offer some type of gift upon my return instead of the bare bones minimum which is 100% OWED back to me ALSO, maybe stop trying so hard to push your excessively high interest rate credit card and focus more on ringing items up correctly so that your customers don't have to waste their time driving back and forth to your store to correct the mistakes of your employees. read more

I usually find myself wandering in here for a variety of different random items. Sometimes its clothes, sometimes its bedding, well, yeserday was all about kitchen rugs. Most TJ Maxx's are set up relatively the same. Clothing, located usually in the middle of the store, along with purses, shoes, kitchen wear and bedding bordering the layout. I feel like TJ Maxx is hit and miss with me. I don't usually find anything clothing wise worth buying at thier locations. Its not a bad selection, its more of fit and style for me. Usually the clothing falls into one of the two catargories, thus, me walking out empty handed. I do have to say, I saw a few womans bathing suits at the front of the store that I loved, but again, they only had smaller sizes, (like size 6's) and I'm not a size 6. This is why I usually end up noy buying the clothing here, becuase the stuff that I find that I like they don't carry for someone who isn't a size 6. Anyways, Thier back end is where I found myself wandering. I was impressed with the awesome comforters they had up for sale, and if I hadn't just purchased a new one recently, I probably would have walked out of the store with a new comforter. I actually scored big and got a kick butt new kitchen rug for $14 and it was an amazing deal. I was proud of myself for scoring such a hot deal. I only give this place 3 stars, for what I think are obvious reasons. A) Disorganization of some of thier stuff. Yes, the rugs were with the rugs, but there was no order, meaning I had to stand there and pick through all the rugs to find one that I liked. I felt that there could be better order to thier stores. B) You have to pick through some of their stuff and hope that they have it in your size. C) Service is iffy at best. read more

Their inventory is very hit and miss. They have a good selection of men's clothing, kitchen supplies, and care products (this is all I shop there for so my review is limited to those items). I have scored some pretty sweet deals here over the years. Even though the staff (for the most part) is young they are professional and always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a pleasurable shopping experience. I am not really into clothing brands but I have come across TNF (the north face) jackets and some rad adidas athletic gear. They usually have Renpure shampoo/conditioner, Dr. Bronners liquid soap, Alaffia african black soap. Their kitchen section has good hardware (pans, pots, utensils), seasonings (salt, herbs, spices, etc.), chopping blocks, cups, etc. The store is always cleaned. This location of TJ Maxx is pretty nice. It is organized well and easy to find what you are looking for. On my recent visit I was able to find a couple of really nice tops at good prices. I have not had very good luck here on other occasions but like others have said, it can be hit or miss. The home department is a little scattered but it is still shoppable. The customer service here is okay, but if you are looking for someone to ask a question, you will not be able to find someone unless you go to the front. Overall TJ Maxx is a decent store with good deals. I will shop here on occasion. read more

Only one register was open with 4 customers in line as the one dude was dusting, another getting carts in the parking lot and the manger hung up bras behind the register and tried her best not to make eye contact with us customers. This particular location has an abundance of gorgeous handbags and there is never a time that I don't walk out of here ecstatic with my purchase of a handbag. I constantly make runs to TJ MAXX on my lunch breaks since I work across the street, I am probably here once a week. Always clean, fully stocked with such great buys! Only reason why I am giving them 4 stars and not 5 is because at check out, they always ask if you have a TJ MAXX debit/credit card. I always say, "I don't, but I am not interested but thank you!" They still ask if I know the benefits, have I looked into it etc.. I reiterate that I am well aware, and not interested. They still ask, "are you sure?" Yes, I am POSITIVE!! I understand in retail that they have a certain "quota" to hit by opening up debit/credit cards. It gets annoying and I even dread having any conversation with the cashier. read more
