My children were pointing at the bunnies no one had touched anything other than a pillow that we were considering purchasing. We were approached and told, "Don't touch! If you break it your mom is going to have to buy it". I explained no one had touched anything breakable, and we had also only been in there for 2 mins maximum. Nothing was said in a kind manner nor had reason been given to approach us in such a way. It was ABSURD. Perhaps they have had issues in the past but to be approached in an unwarranted manner is extreme.

Nothing was resolved by the Regional/General Manager of the White Oak store. Just a bunch of hot blown air to the customer. He promised me something out of the store as a compensation for the hardship that I faced in his Richmond store and then when I asked him about it later he acted like he knew nothing. You, see, apparently he is not in Richmond but in Maryland. I see why the subordinate leadership in Richmond is just as bad as he is. K & G needs better leadership. I faced a very difficult time over the years dealing with the manager in the Richmond store. She is very rude and follows customers around the store and makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Because of this I have not been in the store lately because I am in fear of harassment. I hope that someone from the corporate office reaches out to me soon so I can fill you in on what was promised to me in compensation for the Richmond store management and employee behavior. Used to be very laid back, I could get rid of a couple items I don't wear and find something new. Last week was my last straw. I signed in online to get in line like I usually do. I got there and they said hey feel free to shop around we will call you after we wrap up here. They call my name and I walk up to the counter about 10 seconds later. The associate is doing someone else's bag. I said hey did you say my name? She goes yeah but I didn't know you were here. I said you told I could shop around, (I was also one of maybe three other people in the store , she could have looked around or waited for a second) . I've had a weird feeling so as I was walking around the store I watched her and another associate glance in my bags without actually looking at any of the items.. didn't inspect them... didn't even take them out of the bag... and then throwing the bags back on the floor . When she called me back up she said that they couldn't take any of my items because they need more summer clothes . I said yes I understand how it works here so I've actually waited to bring all of my shorts tank tops and T-shirts here for that reason. She said "it's just not what we're looking for " I said well you didn't even look in the bags. She stared at me and I just decided to leave before actually starting a problem, I am not one for confrontation . I went to uptown cheapskate the next day . They took two garbage bags of my items , the store credit was a lot higher , and their prices are insanely cheap (found vintage guess jeans for nine dollars , which would've easily been 50 Buffalo exchange ) they also give 10% off if you use a store credit with them the same day you sell.. The best part is they donate whatever they don't want and you don't want so you don't have to log a bunch of bags back to your car. That was always my biggest annoying to the buffalo extreme especially when you have to park so far since it's in Carytown. Besides that, In those two years I have gone there fairly regularly I've seen prices nearly double-triple (why would I pay $35 for a used pair of Old Navy jeans is beyond me) but it continually gets worse. Lately it has been a lot of brand new Mass produced T-shirts that they get from a third-party shein quality place that they mark up to $20-$30 . I don't really understand the point of buying used clothes for the same price of what I can get them for new... Go to uptown cheapskate this place sucks
