Not much has changed here. While I was able to find what I was looking for the place was a bit of a mess. When I went to check out there was security right next to the counter. I paid for my item, was handed a receipt. When I went to leave I was asked for the receipt. I very clearly had only two items in my hand that he literally watched my buy. Not my favorite Ross location. Not the worst. As expected, store was busy on a Saturday afternoon. Mid August they were already well stocked with autumn decor and clothing. Several shevels of Halloween and Thanksgiving decor. Much of the decor had that "live, laugh, love" sort of vibe. I was looking for a certain type of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for. That area wasn't as well stocked as the fall holiday items. This location still had a ton of men's and women's sandles. Everytime I go into this partucular Ross, I feel like a criminal. The loss prevention practices, now with checking the receipt at the door, which is 5 feet from the checkout, seems to be overkill. I told the worker at the door checking receipts that is is overkill. She was friendly! Unfortunately, Ross has many of their employees caught up in a horrible process. I would hate to work there. This Ross is often dirty and unorganized, but I love to hunt for different finds. Their automotive and cleaning aisle is why I like to go. This Ross continues to go downhill, and saving a few bucks is not worth the hassle of feeling like you are a thief everytime you shop there. I choose where I spend my money, and it will not be at this Ross. If theft is that big an issue here, why not just redesign the store making it more difficult to run out with merchandise? :/ read more

I wish I had taken photos of this store because it was a disgrace. So messy and unorganized, and the ails were so trashed with product all across the floor that you couldn't even push a cart down an aisle or maneuver around as there were cars full of merchandise blocking the ends. The workers should be cleaning up the messes not adding to them by putting out more random misplaced items. There was no rhyme or reason to the organization of this store. Then the check out line was wrapped around through aisles that if anyone did want to shop in the clothing aisle they couldn't because people were in line to check out. There were maybe 3 registers open and I wasn't about to stand in that line. It was a cluster (bleep) to say the least. I walked out. I get it's Christmas but there is still no reason to have a store looking like this, it's a turn off. read more

My go to for Ross are purses, ceramic pans and shoes for the girls. With tots in tow full-time I have never tried shopping for clothes in the past 6 years. They actually had a pretty good inventory this visit. They carry an eco pan in different sizes for healthier cooking. Sometimes I get get a purse if something catches my eye. I donwish they kept the store cleaner, though it would be nice if people shopping showed more couth. They are always busy and employees are always kind. Cashiers are always fast. read more

this store is an absolute pig stye, i have never seen a store so messy i don't even know how they're allowed to operate under those conditions. Everything was broken and under all the rubble and garbage i found a nice set of decorative Christmas books. it was a set of 3, one nested inside the other and they were wrapped nicely in tissue paper inside of each other. I get up to the register and the cashier tried to charge me for each one individually! it would've been like $30 for a small Christmas decoration that is supposed to be sold as a set. An absolute cash grab and heinous scam by Ross. Felt like i was fighting for my life to even find the item i wanted to purchase and then they tried to scam me. LOL will not be back. spend your hard earned money on something nice from somewhere that cares enough to keep their merchandise off of the floor. read more

Worst costumer service I've ever experienced in my life. I can't believe how rude she was. She refused to help me with a price check on a cup and tried to put me to work by going to go find another one like it. I told her that I tried to find the same cup but couldn't find it. She ignored me , put the cup to the side and continued to check me out. I asked her about the cup but she told me she can't help me with that. I told her that someone needs to help me but she again refused to help and she canceled my whole order. She said, NEXT ON 5. I told her that she was being very rude and it would be nice if she could please help me but she got even more rude. ‍ It only got worse from there and told me that I wasn't supposed to be there cause they just closed but yet my daughter and I were standing in line for over 20 minutes. They only had 3 lines open. This lady should not be working in customer service. She obviously hates her job and is taking it out on the customers. I will be following up with their corporate office. She owes us an apology for her bad attitude and I still don't know how much that cup costs. I hope something is actually done about this. Return line is a joke, they had one girl doing returns and 3 handling regular purchases, the return girl called someone with a regular purchase to her lane instead of working her return line down, then she is on her phone instead of focusing on the task at hand and customer in front of her (I'm watching this from the return line). I finally get to go up and handle my return and she tried to tell me I couldn't do my return since she couldn't figure out which item it was on my receipt and since I didn't buy it from her store. Not only is this Ross open until 11 most days of the week, the women that work here are always so polite to me! Tonight I witnessed a customer be extremely disrespectful to one of the check out clerks. The employee, Maria remained professional and kept her composure while the customer was name calling & continuing on. Ross is a great place to shop you can find all kinds of great buys if you come in and check often as they have new merchandise arriving daily. The employees work very hard to try and maintain the store, often more staff is needed that is something upper management needs to increase budgets to have more help. As with all retail the pay scale is poor and with a thriving economy their is a limited source of quality labor. I always see the employees working hard and they are always willing to help when I ask. I will continue to shop here I find it best to shop immediately after opening shorter lines and the store is much more organized. read more

Selection was absurd and the cashier I dealt with had the common sense of a child that shouldn't be working with people or sharp objects. I had to instruct her on putting simple items into a bag so that they wouldn't immediately break. She was very put out to do her job but understandably as it seemed a difficult task for her. Then she started making fun of a guy for showing up a little early for his shift (being a good employee). There is never any rhyme or reason to where the clothing or items or placed, however everything there is always very well priced and you can always find very interesting things. If I could give this location less than one star I would. My husband and I had two items and waited in line for 23 minutes while there were only two cashiers assisting customers. The manager Karen, did not see her name tag because she assisted no one, was organizing items that could have waited (less than 10 items), flirted with the theft prevention gentlemen and adjusted her shirt that was two sizes too small and the black bra I could see thorough the shirt!!! The cashier that finally helped us as wonderful when I asked if there was anyone else that could help her and she responded, "I wish because I really just need to take my lunch break." Alright, so how does it go from being a 1-star (actually, less than that) to being a 3-star review? Simple, they seem better than the last time I was working/shopping here. I went here the other night to help my boyfriend find an interview outfit and noticed that the store had a handful of the same employees as they did back in the Summer, but certain areas of clothing had been moved around. Despite all the moving and switching around they must have done, the store seemed really clean and in order. In fact, I really have no issues with this store except one, teeny tiny, little problem...the check out girl! I remember her from when I worked here and she gave me attitude when I needed to ask her something. Turns out, it wasn't a one time thing.. she's just a rude person. On this particular night, there were only two check out girls and a line of about 15 people. My boyfriend and I were making seperate purchases and knew one of us was going to get her. I happened to get the friendly one, but before we each paid for our items, we were watching as the rude girl didn't crack even ONE half-hearted attempt at a smile. We listened as she rudely explained to some elderly ladies why a certain item was marked on sale but the same item was normal priced. They wanted to make sure they weren't paying too much/too little and her explanation?: "That ones been the store longer." It didn't make sense to them, or to those of us in line watching, but she kept getting huffy about it until they dropped the issue. She shoved people's items in bags and practically threw them at them and said, again without trying to fake some kind of customer service, "Have a good night. Bye. NEXT!" Yuck. My cashier was slightly more frienldy, but still not awesome. It was obvious she was having a long night (afterall, she was stuck at the register with the Ice Queen), so it was understandable. Also, I didn't catch her name, but the girl working in the dressing rooms was really sweet and kept greeting everyone that came by. I had to call this location to get the name of the manager for something I was filling out on a form and I was told they've got a new manager. Thus, I know why this jumped up two stars. It could have been four, but certain things they haven't fixed (rude cashier girl) have kept this review at a solid three. read more
