Very very large selection of women's clothing. Store was somewhat organized I'm sure its difficult to keep it as good as it was. Due to all of the people shopping here. It is a large store with a long cue line to check out only 6 cashiers to check out. 4 zig zags to cue is worse than black Friday or Christmas anywhere. This is not a Socialist government store its not even a holiday its just a regular day with slightly discounted clothing and household goods. Ain't nobody got time fo dat! Regresamos a las 11:50 para cambiar una maleta por una más grande, la encargada de la tienda nos trató re pesada que ya habían cerrado, cosa que aún estaban abiertas las puertas y las empezó a cerrar cuando vio que íbamos a entrar, casi que nos hecho de mala manera de la tienda, aún habían trabajadores y creo que por "buen servicio al cliente" (aun explicándole que necesitábamos cambiarla porque nuestro vuelo salía al día siguiente temprano) podían aún apoyarnos y hacernos el favor de hacer el cambio, ni porque uno les está comprando y pagando de más, pueden atenderlo bien. Que mal servicio y que mala manera de contestar y tratar a sus clientes. (Pudo decirnos que no de una mejor forma). Pareciera que no les gusta trabajar ahí con la actitud que te atienden, esta misma señora me había atendido ya cuando estaba comprando en la tienda antes de regresar y también súper mal modo para atender, cómo que no le gusta trabajar ahí y aún así es la gerente? From household to shoes, to purses etc. You can always finds unique items you really don't find elsewhere. Now this is not the store you go too when your in a rush, the lines are unbelievably long and they only have about two cashiers open. This Ross location is an overcrowded and disorganized mess! It's sheer chaos at anytime of day. The many narrow aisles of misplaced clothing, shoes and home accessories make you feel as if you have stepped into a hoarder's house. Then add mounds of loud people trying to maneuver through the aisles with carts and it becomes even more chaotic. The line to pay is always extremely long whether you are purchasing items or returning goods. **Shout out to the store clerks working the registers who do a pretty efficient job tending to customers. I am a fan of Ross stores and buying at discounted prices, but when it is made extra complicated because of such chaos, it's not worth it. read more

Unorganized is an understatement, clothes and other items all over floor. Non-English speaking employees ONLY speak Spanish and are quite rude. Their entitled attitude is "too bad if you don't speak Spanish". I speak Spanish and could understand what they were saying. My daughters whom I was shopping with do not speak Spanish and the 2 employees who they were trying to get help from were very rude to them right from the jump. This retail store is always such a mess. It feels more like you're at the Goodwill thrift shopping than at a Ross. Staff is kind of rude, cashiers always let the line get massive as if one should buy a fast pass like you're at Disney Theme Parks. Honestly the only reason why it deserves a 2 star is simply because usually things are nice and neat and you find a lot of great clothing/articles of brand. Other than that, this is place is constantly full of people and there is ALWAYS a line no matter what time of day you go. I only go here because of the products that are being sold (worth it because there is many high end brands at this location) and due to the fact that it's a 5 minute drive from home. The people are mainly rude and inconsiderate (workers/shoppers). To be honest education lacks here 100%. read more

One word: disorganized. I know most Ross Stores tend to be disorganized due to the way people just place stuff anywhere and anyhow...but this one took the cake. Maybe it's because we went at night? I don't know. We managed to get 1 or 2 things at amazing prices...but I am sure had the store been properly organized by size etc, we would have gotten a lot of stuff. It's very annoying when everything is just all over the place. The security guard was very helpful; he called a taxi to pick us up after we had finished shopping...we were super grateful for this. It's very lonely at night once they close...nothing else is opened and the parking lot is empty. read more

This place is the worst. I came to buy some new gym clothes and shoes, after searching through all the ugly shoes that they have in stock, I found a pair of very cute adidas and I tried them on and they were a perfect fit. I was so excited to leave the store and use them but before I could leave, I had to try on the leggings and shorts that i had also found. So I went to the fitting room to try on the clothes. I was greeted rudely but I ignored because it is Hialeah after all. I had the pair of shoes in my hand but the lady told me I had to leave them in a basket and that she would keep an eye on them. I tried on my clothes, I came out, and of course, they were gone I asked the lady where the shoes were and said "in the basket" I told her no they were not and then she told me that someone must've taken them but it's weird because people aren't supposed to take things from there. There is no sign or anything that advises people to do otherwise. I didn't even get an apology. Anyway, I complained to the lady and I left all the products there because I was not about to give my hard earned money to a store that doesn't care about its customers. Oh my goodness I walked in here with intensions of finding cool home decor and I instantly got flustered and left 3 minutes later! Everything is congested, nothing is in it's place, there are random carts everywhere making it hard to maneuver and the sight of that long ass line. Oh no ma'am, no sir! This location made me remember why I have always hated these kinda stores!!! Dear Management at Ross in Hialeah. You need to tell your cashiers that they are in the customer service industry and they will have to be professional when dealing with people. On Sunday 17 February, 2019 I made the mistake of going to your store to return an item and was "serviced" by the worst cashier ever. I had my receipt with the item i was returning. I presented my item along with receipt to your rude cashier who didn't even take two seconds to look at the receipt before promptly proclaiming the item was not on the receipt. I smiled and told her that was not correct because I purchased the items from that very store less than 24 hours ago. She looked at me scornfully and said" its not on this receipt! " meanwhile she was putting my item back in my bag to hand it to me. I took the receipt from her and looked at it. Then I showed it to her and pointed to the item on the receipt. She was annoyed that I corrected her and then her attitude got worse. She took the receipt back from me and then started the refund process. Then she said, " I need your ID". When i asked her why she needed my ID she replied "because i need it!" with an attitude in her voice. I responded to her" first of all I don't appreciate your attitude and secondly, I don't just give out my ID without reason" she then replied," its a part of the process for the refund" I then replied " then why didn't you just say that?" At this point I was beyond peeved at her behavior. I was looking for a manager to make a complaint but what a shocker there was none to be found. Your security guards have better customer service skills than your cashier. This woman should not be servicing people with an attitude like that. I will never set foot in your store again and I will warn others not to. read more
