I went there to return 2 items that I had purchased online. Labels attached and receipt on hand. She took a deep breath and made me feel like I was committing some sort of fraud. Meanwhile I was purchasing at least $250 worth of items and returning just 2 pieces of clothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor but never showed up. I will take this matter further, because I love Tjmaxx and don't want to stop shopping because of this location.

But in reality, Urban Outfitters is really more focused on appealing to females, with a very large selection for them. I'd say about nearly three quarters of the store is devoted to them. My dearest likes to check things out here on occasion and found something she liked a few months back. Overall, there are jeans, dresses, various accessories of all kinds, belts, hats, all waiting for customers to purchase. I've experienced chatting with the crew who run the shop on occasion and they're generally enthusiastic and willing to assist and see that you get a good deal if one's available. I think the value of the clothing, accessories -- all that Urban Outfitters offers falls into similar value in quality of pricing as many other shops of its kind at Town Center. It seems to fall into a $50-$150 range, and for a mall and with the pretty high quality and appearance of the the street clothing that's offered here, I'd say that's pretty fair overall. Several of the staff greeted me and asked if I needed anything while I was shopping. But my daughter dropped her giant sucker and was sooo sad. It hit the floor and sort it shattered and made a mess. I felt bad but they were so kind and swept it up and a member of the staff even asked if she was okay and said oh she looks so sad . She went and got her a snack bar and a little candy and veggie chips and rice krispy. He said there are tshirts over there and pointed but mentioned if you saw it online they can order it for me at the register.
