The Dillard's outlet is a fantastic place to stock up on high quality apparel and accessories at a greatly discounted price. Because it's an outlet, it may be seasonally off, but if you're willing to buy fall and winter clothes in the summer and vice versa, the place is amazing. The crew does an amazing job as well. The store is always well staffed, well organized and neat. Really nice feature especially when you consider this is an outlet. If you are something you like, do not expect it to be there the next time you visit. They have great finds and they are consistently bringing in new items. Any Dillard's Clearance center is great to have in your area if you have patience and are ready to shop for off season items. The one in Tampa was one we visited at least a few times a year and the Jacksonville one is similar. They usually have amazing added sales around holiday weekends but you can also find great deals on name brand clothing year round. I can't. I just can't. I must keep this place a secret. It's mine and it's all mine. Lol So during the Christmas season I decided to venture off and find some last minute gifts. Well my first mistake was going LAST minute and it really should of been my FIRST visit of the holiday season. When you walk into this store you are entering a winter wonderland. I was simply amazed on what I saw. The stock of inventory feels like its miles and miles of racks long. The sections are not only organized by size , but also by long sleeve, short sleeve, dress pants, jeans, shorts, bathing suits, much more and color coordinated to the T!!! That is just the icing on the cake. So on top of awesomely discounted prices you get up to 50% off most merchandise in the store. Yes, 50%. Just watch the savings be put back into your pockets. They have all name brand items. You call it they have it. They have a awesome kids section for all ages that blew my mind away and dressed my nieces like the beauties they are. I'm serious this place if you haven't been to is a definite "Check it out" spot. I wish I could keep this s secret, but doing so wouldn't be who I am and sharing this with my peeps who have never been is my duty. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and well organized. It's been awhile since I've been to a wedding and wasn't sure where to shop for a dress. My friend from work suggested this place. She told me it was a Cleareance Center and sometimes there are really good deals. I was surprises by how big the store was. There were dresses galore! Initially I thought jackpot! I found a few dresses I liked and they were marked an additional 40% off. The problem is all sales are final so you pretty much had to try on everything. There were only two dressing room areas and you have to wait for an attendant to get a dressing room. I can see this being a pain when it's busy and there's a line. The dressing rooms aren't the cleanest either. The dress I really liked was too small so I tried looking for the same one in a larger size with no luck. A lot of the dresses has embellishments so they rub on each other which resulted in runs / snags on the fabric. Before buying anything, make sure you inspect the article really closely. I eventually found a dress that received a thumbs up from my family (well at least two of them). My girls each found a top for themselves which was also marked an additional 40% off. My youngest also found a wedding dress that only ended up being $10 after discount. The guy that rang us up was kind of a jerk. My dress rang up twice and I asked him to double check it and he insisted he fixed it but not in a polite way. When I got home I tried on my dress again and took pictures and decided the dress wasn't as flattering on camera. Needless to say, I had buyer's remorse and couldn't return it. I've never worn it and two of the rhinestones already fell off. It was $30 so not a huge loss but the whole final sale policy just isn't for me. I did like how some of the clothes are organized by color. Makes me think about Disney inspired outfits and how it'll make it easier to find something in a specific color. Ernie and I went in to look for a couple of shirts. I found some shirts that I wanted to try on. The Women's fitting rooms had a line going around the corner. They have three fitting rooms for women and one for men. Why they only had ONE FITTING room area for women open is beyond me. I waited so long, I gave up. I put all of my shirts down and proceeded to the Check out area, they only have one area in the entire store to check out now. They used to have several. I signed up for the Dillard's Reward Program and I suppose I received a credit for doing that and my shirt ended up only costing me 44 CENTS! Wow, it was worth all of the hassle in the store for that. At note to Dillard's Corporate Office, why makes things harder for customers and your employees? I dare you to come in to the store and see the improvements you should make to make things a smoother transition for all-Customers and your Employees. Get real! read more

If you know it's a clearance center then you know exactly what to expect. Regency Mall as a whole reminds me more of south Florida flea markets so there was little curiosity to pop in. If you want a flea market - go to a flea market. This place is somewhere in the gray area between. Depending on the side you walk in and time of day it will look like a ghost town or a Black Friday zoo. I'm not sure they have figured out how they are organizing this place. Or maybe it's constantly changing. If you set aside hours to just roam the place you might not fair to bad. Hundreds of dresses marked down in women's and juniors area. So this is a ideal spot for a girl's lazy Saturday out shopping. Like others had stated - you have to hunt for what you want. The more eyes the better. Before you walk in, get into a huddle, everyone should say exactly what they are looking for. Break and headed in opposite directions. At some point you will get tired of looking and ready to leave or head to the dressing room. This is when you text everyone. It will normally take you at least 5 minutes to find each other. Then another five to find a dressing room that is actually open. I find the nicest employees work the dressing room. It must have to be their outstanding customer service skills that allow them to stand the place. On my last visit I found a dress to be too big on me. Without asking the lady brought me a smaller size (I'm guessing someone had tried it on earlier). And would compliment me as I turned in front of the mirrors. The biggest hurdle seems to be the check out counter. Many items have been tagged incorrectly or have no tag at all. This means the associate will flag someone down to go find a comparable item. Most likely the comparable item does not have the price you are seeking. But back to dresses, social dresses seem to be the best bargain. If you have a cocktail party, wedding, prom, etc coming up you might want to check this place out before going to another store and spending $100s. read more

This clearance store has some phenomenal sales! I typically call to hear the automated managers special weekly recording before heading over to make sure it's worth my while. This week I purchased 9 short sleeve dress/ dressy casual shirts which normal cost $59- $79 dollars each for $90 total!!!!! I threw in a pair of cargo pants for $10 bucks (normally $60 bucks)! They periodically have buy 1 get 2 free sakes, which is unheard of elsewhere for quality goods. You just can't beat their clothing prices if you time things right. Especially for tall persons, which my husband happens to be. You'll need energy to look through their goods, but depending on the sale fir the week, it's definitely worth your time. ‼ read more

Dillard's clearance center is your ultimate place to go to if you need retail shopping but are on a strict budget! It might a tad difficult to find at first, but you'll get in eventually, and out (if you remember which door you went through). I love that you can find brand-name pieces for a small, small fraction of the price! They have it organized into women's, men's, juniors', and shoes, then broken down into categories from there. The shoe section is extensive. It is huge, but there is a chance you'll see the same pair of shoes 19 times. I haven't had much luck with handbags, but it is my go to for a cheap and quality piece. They also have many offers and deals. Call their number and the answering machine will tell you their weekly deal. They also have "manager specials", but I've never purchased anything from those racks. Bear in mind that since this is a clearance center, purchases are final, and there are no returns. Now the reason I'm knocking off a star is because of the place itself. It's kind of dingy and depressing. Some of the carpets are stained, and there's a funky smell at times. The pieces are handled by so many people, and some are so careless and irresponsible, that you may find the most gorgeous piece but it would be snagged, ripped, or destroyed otherwise. Now that's not saying that they're all like that, but I've seen a good deal of pieces that look like they went through hell and back. I definitely feel bad for the associates working in the shoe department, because it's always a mess of strewn shoes here and there and everywhere. Get your act together, shoppers! All in all, I would go there again, and there are definitely perks (hello, 3 new shirts for less than $30!), but be prepared to roam around and possibly leaving empty-handed. read more

I'm a big fan of the Dillard's Clearance Center. As with any outlet, sometimes you strike it rich, sometimes you strike out. But if you're a bargain shopper, there are definitely deals to be had. The entire store has marked down prices but there are manager specials that change weekly. Sometimes it's BOGO dresses, in the spring I found buy 1 get 2 free sweaters. They often choose an area and give an additional percentage off. The most annoying thing about the store is buying something close to full price and seeing it at the clearance center months later for $20. I have gotten many cocktail dresses for $30 or under. Calvin Klein and Peter Nygard shells for $10 a piece. Blazers for $20. If you're a smaller size, there is a huge selection. Less so for plus sizes, but if you check back regularly you will find some deals. Just remember all sales are final so make sure you love it before leaving. On the weekends the fitting room line can get crazy long. Just be patient and happy shopping! read more

I love Dillard's Clearance Center! They usually always have additional % off different categories, you can call their number and get a recording to let you know the % off before you go there. This last time I went was the first time ever they didn't have addt % off and just had racks in each department of items at set prices like $9.99 and $19.99. If you go on the weekends, get there right when it opens. Even doing so, depending on how long you shop, you could be waiting in line for the fitting room for almost an hour. They do not let you try on clothes in the aisle. There's ample parking. I don't always find something I'm looking for but I always find something! read more

This Dillard's clearance store is ok. You need to come often to see what they have, as selections changes frequently. If you need new clothes, then you're in luck. This location mostly have apparel. There are shoes also if you need a new pair. But there are very slim pickings for bags/purses and houseware items. Sometimes though the deals are not worth it; you would get a better deal if you went to Ross, TJ Maxx or Marshall's. There will be some racks advertising a "manager's special" and depending on what the item is, it would probably be a pretty good deal. And all sales are final, so if you see that nice top, take the time to try it on before you jump on buying it because if the price. Great for those who have a lot of time to spare and want to try to hunt for a really good deal. So this place has it's up's and it's downs. I found more downs... The pricing system is very complicated, everything is priced as marked unless it's one of the categories listed on a small board as the weekly deal. For example Women's dresses and Junior tops were an additional 50% off. I started with swimsuits, as that was my goal. They are sorted by size which is helpful but as they did not have any additional discount I found $22-$37 per piece to not really be any kind of a deal at all. However I did find a top that I loved and decided I would part with the $22 for it. I also tried on some dresses since they were supposedly an additional 50% off. I found that most of the dresses were probably there because they really did not fit well or had some major defect. However I did find one that I felt I liked for the right price. During my hunt for a bargain I made 4 trips to the dressing room, upon my first trip I was informed there was a 10 garment limit, since I had 14 I set 4 outside to swap out. When I came out to swap them I was informed that I needed to get completely redressed and stand back in line if I wanted to try on anything past my additional 10 garments. Since I was unaware of this and still in a swimsuit she allowed me one time to do a swap. The remaining trips to the fitting room were much less fun as by that time there was always 5-6 people ahead of me in line and if I had more than 10 items I would have to redress and play the waiting game all over again. **I highly suggest wearing simple to change in and out of clothes if you decide to make a shopping trip here. So I decide on my swim top which I know has no discount and a dress I believe is 50% off. At checkout I am informed that the dress is actually from the Juniors section and that only the Women's dresses were on sale... like I could tell the difference in that mess of a store?!?! I definitely would not have wasted my time trying on dresses had I known this. -End of rant. :) read more

Due to it being a clearance store it has very slim pickings. As a larger woman, the selection is incredibly limited in nice dresses for me. Lots of juniors dresses, many torn or zippers broken or stained. Sequins coming off a lot of the dresses for formal events... Pretty sad to say the least. Dress shopping seemed to be a nightmare for me. I only found ONE dress out of the entire selection they had that actually for me and that was still a little loose... None of the racks are organized due to the way people throw stuff wherever even though I've seen the fitting room attendant sort them size wise. They close early here, too. 7pm and they're kicking you out! So, beware that you should be a seamstress when you buy from here or know of a good one to fix a lot of the things that can be wrong with the dresses. All sales are final so definitely choose wisely! read more

If you're a bargain hunter at heart this is the place to be. I have found dresses that normally cost $130-$150 and paid a fraction of the cost. However, you must be willing to find those bargains. They have extra sales, depending on the day, so it's not surprising to walk out buying a shirt that normally cost $50 and pay $5 for it. However, I have to caution shoppers about the location. It's located at the Regency Mall, and it's quite a questionable area. So be smart, carry only what you want to spend, and go early. If you're patient enough, you can walk away with some really good bargain, from brand name manufacturers. read more

In the past, the experiences I have had at Dillard's Outlet have been fine. Nothing spectacular, but I love the price you can get for the quality of the items. Recently, I had relatives come in from out of town and I urged them to stop at this clearance outlet before they left. They love bargains, so I figured they would love this store. Everything went fine, I had gotten my items that I was there for and checked out, but my aunt was taking a longer time at the checkout. We all waited by the enterance for her, which is right next to the checkout. After a few minutes, we heard someone asking for [a name] over the intercom to come to the entrance for [a name]. Soon after, security showed up and stood by the doors. We thought nothing of it at first, we figured maybe something was going on in the parking lot. We had bought our items already, and we were standing by the entrance which is not near any merchandise (so it's not like we were stealing), and as if it should matter, we were all dressed very nicely as we had just came from a graduation. Matter of fact, I had taken my bag out into the car while we were waiting there so the employees wouldn't have to worry about something like us stealing. As you probably know where this is going, most of us were black or biracial. As soon as my aunt finished checking out, we walked out and the security guard followed right behind us. We parked right next to each other, so I took my bag out of the trunk to show her what I bought, and we all said goodbye to each other as they were headed for the airport after this. The security guard sat in his car with his door open the entire time that we were out there, and when we all got in our cars, he shut his door. I cannot imagine what we did to have security called on us. We had just made purchases there were carrying no bags because we had already put them in our car. I told my relatives that they should go here to get some good bargains, and instead we had security called on us. I was incredibly disappointed and will not be visting Dillard's again, and neither will my family. read more

WOW has this store gone downhill!! The selection is hit or miss at best, mostly miss. The sales are sometimes worth it but bring your concealed carry if you risk going here! The store layout.... oh my GAWD!! It screams ghetto fabulous, even for Arlington mall standards. The checkout area is now just one big cattle call line like the TSA line I'm in every other week at the airport. Parking?? It's available on 3 sides of the building but only park on the side by the movie theater. Why? Because every other side is PERMANENTLY CLOSED all day every day. Classy.... the girl checking me out at the register line said it was changed due to rampant theft and security issues. Awesome.... that makes me feel secure shopping here. There is a "security guard" on duty, but I wouldn't put any hope in him if there was an issue. Probably just there to help deter retail theft, which is an obvious daily issue here, so I'm not really sure what the point is??. The staff looked like they didn't enjoy being there (I don't blame them) and the store manager, tall guy, Fred?? Frank?? Was berating a customer in front of other shoppers. Um... psycho much? It's hit or miss here. First off, know that this is a clearance store. Do not expect it to look like a regular full retail price Dillards. You get lucky or you don't. Good place to get a dress you'll wear to weddings or a cocktail party. If you're small, anything will look good on you; therefore, your chances of getting lucky are higher than the average shopper. It's a good place to save money on new clothes. Know what you like and look for timeless, classic pieces. If it's trendy and it's here, it's probably outdated. There's some quality here but beware of some lesser pieces mixed in. If I'm in the area I pop in for a look-see. Go with the breezy attitude and the full knowledge that this is a clearance store. Basically, set your expectations low, don't expect anything. If something great comes your way, then bully for you! You strolled, you SCORED. Even better. The sales here are probably the best in the city. Keep in mind though, their posted sale prices are always a little confusing and inconsistent. Dillard's at Regency is in clearance mode. You have to look for things a bit closer, but if you find things in your size, it is typically seriously reduced, in many cases by over 70% off the original price. Many men's short sleeved shirts, bathing suits, shorts & dress shirts remaining. Tons of women's shoes but men's are gone, along with men's underwear & t-shirts mostly gone. Many, many rows and racks of women's shirts, dresses, blouses, pants, bras & much more. Great holiday shopping place. read more

Went here today with a friend who told me about the great deals. I got a ton of items for $47! I was thrilled with the deals. All of my items were marked down and received an additional 70% off. My experience was great until I went to try on my items. (Everything is final sale) a few of my items were missing hangers and the associate at the fitting room was extremely rude. My friend was on the phone with her husband and the associate was trying to count the items before she went into the room and told my friend that she should really be counting them not her. She also said "ma'am can you get off the phone" EXTREMELY RUDE! Then I had my items not all on hangers and she told me if i didn't plan to buy them I needed to go find the hangers. I work in retail and would NEVER say that to a customer! I told her I also work in retail and I would hang them up if I didn't want to purchase. She was rude multiple more times making nasty comments that We obviously haven't shopped there before or we would know better. Great deals but be ready to be talked down to if you have to try anything on. My next call will be to corporate! read more

This is strictly a Dillard's Clearance Center! If you are looking for a bargain, this is the place to go! I have found something here for every member of the family! Most of the time things are in the right dept & put away by size, but at times you need to hunt and peck. It is WORTH IT! My daughter found her prom dress and shoes here for a fraction of retail cost - who cares if it is past season, one time wear and everyone is there to have a great time, not to critique dresses! She also found her grad dress to wear under the gown and I found a mom's dress to wear to her graduation. My dress was $58, orig $220, can't beat that. Matching color dress shirt for hubby was $10 and for my younger son, t-shirts, jeans and shorts galore! Lots of times certain items will be extra percentage off. Daughter wears a large bra size but she is very small, usually have to shop at Vic.Sec for her bras but they carry her size, found one she loves for $15 Gave it a four star, as it is in a not-so-great area of town but I don't care what anybody says, I can't afford to pay retail and these clothes are great!!!
