As far as Ross goes this location is still good. I have had NO luck in finding maternity bottoms inside stores which sucks because I try not to buy from Amazon if I can help it. However, this location did have a limited stock of items in plus sizes . I wish they had the actual maternity clothes because I just need a stretchy band and not stretchy everything else. The plus sizes just don't look flattering but it's better than wearing jeans unbuttoned I guess! The attendant at the changing room and the cashier were both bleh, not friendly but not rude or anything . read more

The staff is very tolerable, The prices are worth it. The only inconvenience is other younger customers who don't wear that much coverage over their main posteriors. It is very uncomfortable to just be in the checkout line with your own husband. The variety of items to choose from make it feel like a material world. We will be returning cautiously very soon. read more

I have been here multiple times. The cashier (Emily this time) was upset and yelled at the rest of the store to take the hangers off their clothes after I missed seeing the small sign. The service is horrible. They have ZERO customer service. As I was leaving with my toddler she said "there's your receipt" and made me tear it off myself. Then before I was done grabbing my things began checking the next person out pushing me out of the way. I work in both retail, hotels and wedding planning. I will not be back here again. read more

las we where in a very long but speedy line, a Caucasian lady with short blonde hair was walking around telling everyone to take off the hangers witch is pretty basic for Ross employees to annoyingly ask. There was a pair of Hispanic ladies behind me and she assumed the clothing left on the shelfs belong to them as she said "next time if you don't want the items don't leave them here give them to the cashiers" in the rudest way possible a elder lady behind them said "that was already there they don't belong to them" point being first of ask nicely second of all isn't what employees are paid for ?? To make sure the store is neat. She continue to complain under her breath and constantly interrupting the peace of us the customer if I wanted to hear anyone complained I would have just gone to my inlaws house. read more

This place used to be wonderful with lots to shop from, & many registers open it has not turned into a almost empty messy place with barely any lines open i went for a quick item but stood in line for so long. Not even kidding the line reached the back of the store while the manager didn't even go get on the other register to help shrink the line. read more

Customer service at this location is not acceptable. Employees at this location lack customer service and knowledge. Majority of the associates acted like they didn't want to work. The store was no where near occupancy so why did the security person make everyone line up outside. If Ross took the time to properly train their employees this situation would not happen. I understand that there is a pandemic, but if retail chose to be open then it should be run accordingly and rules and regulations must be follow. The cashier that checked me out was extremely rude. I normally like going to Ross but this particular store is awful. The dressing rooms were disgusting. You could tell they haven't cleaned the floors because their was big dust balls. Then when I was checking out there was two cashiers but one wasn't trying to check anyone out. She stood at the front playing with hangars and staring at people standing in line. When I called I spoke with Luis and he couldn't care less about handling the situation. WHY would anyone shop here? This store really deserves no stars. It is filthy and messy. We were looking for sheets and such for someone and the row with the rugs was impassable. They were all over the floor in layers and hanging down off the shelves. I was so appalled at how the aisles looked ransacked that I didn't even look for anything. An employee here told me I could not have a drink in the store. I had a cup with a lid and out of nowhere an employee asked me to leave because I had a beverage in my hand!???? I was unaware I couldn't bring a drink into a retail store. Sure accidents happen, but I'm sure it doesn't happen enough to ban drinks from the premises. If I could give this store no stars I would!!! This Ross is very messy and the security guy, or shall I say Paul Blart is very rude. Yelled at me when I came it to either throw my drink away sit it on the table. But yet little kids can come in with bottles and soppy cups? WTF? I was having a migraine and need to drink a large soda and take 4 Advil for it to go away. I would have spent a lot more but since I had to take my drink to the car I only got one shirt. I like the Ross over by Ridgmar mall. They are a lot more friendly and the security guard there is helpful. Will not be returning to this Ross. read more

I love the clothes and other items. My biggest problem is the long lines. There is no running in and out there. It is not to messy in the mornings but by evening it is so messy that it can be hard to find things. And forget going there during the holidays. read more

The reviews speak the truth. I personally love Ross but this store in particular is poorly managed and it shows. Employees are lazy and talkative. Except they don't talk to me. They talk to each other while I'm checking out. Speaking as a cashier, my checkout could've been done in under 30 seconds but it took over two minutes. Staff is never friendly or helpful. Before venturing from my home 20 miles away to this location I consulted Yelp as I do before I visit most new places... I wasn't too terribly surprised by how low the rating was as Ross is an acquired taste and requires patience to find a good deal. I will admit I blew off most of the negative reviews based on the fact that most people aren't willing to dig through piles of clothing to find a good deal. As soon as I walked into this Ross, I knew the negative reviews head hit the nail on the head. The store was a mess, the staff was standing around talking about god-knows-what, there's no Rhyme or Reason to the layout which makes maneuvering through the store somewhat difficult. Most stores have it set up by ladies, women's, petite, Juniors, mens, boy's, excetera... not here it's just kind of all scattered around. I happened upon this sweater that I liked and decided to go try it on. I was probably greeted by the most disgruntled black woman I have ever met. She very rudely told me where to park my car then told me to hang up my clothes and she would give me a number..... I literally had one thing to try on. Since it was a sweater it was very easy to try it on I was in the dressing room for maybe 30 seconds, came back out and said I'll take it... i handed her the hanger since they ask you to take them off before making your purchase anyway and she snorted at me like a full-blown Pig snort, grabed the sweater out of my hand and furiously checked for the security device. Implying that I was trying to steal this $10 sweater I guess? After that I make my way up to purchase the sweater.... there's no line but still the employees are standing around talking about opening their own businesses. I'm not sure how to tell them this, but customer service is a big part of any business that they intend to open. Prior to coming here I was at the Dollar Tree, and they had far better customer service. I will likely not return to this location, not that it is any sweat off their back. I havent seen a manager reaching out to these negative reviews to rectify the situation which to me means there is a lack of care on their part. read more

We went on Sunday 2-12-17 around 6:30 pm and there was a couple speaking very loud about over weight people and what they shouldn't wear in the undergarment area. Then I couldn't hear them anymore. Went to the dressing room with my 14 yr old girl and we heard heavy breathing, at first we thought it was someone having trouble getting dressed. I started to worry when the breathing got hard and louder, maybe she needed medical attention. BUT, then the MOANING started and whispering of how she needed it, I went out of the dressing room to tell the attendant. The person was the manager, he said that I was the 3rd person that complained. 3RD PERSON! he said he couldn't go in there mean while my daughter is halfway naked covering her ears to keep from hearing the BODIES CLAPPING. It took them around 2-4 minutes, the longest minutes I have every lived, to knock on the dressing room and asked if there is a man in here I need you to get out now. The lady with a very fake sounding voice said I only have my bra and panties is that ok. Then one of the male employee said I hope you had fun. How professional can they be at Ross right? Then When I asked how I can file a complaint the manager got a little upset. But he gave me the info anyways. I was going to leave it at the but, when we got out of the dressing room I saw the same couple in the middle of the store making out and still moaning. Then only reason that those people weren't kick out of the store was because the were good looking and white, Sorry to say it so bluntly but that's how I saw it. I will never go to that Ross ever.
