This location is much more busy than the temecula one. There's a lot of foot traffic here. However, the selections are much more slim. Again, the carts are always so dirty and the store is very messy. The fitting room attendant is also sort of rude. I was specifically looking for an item is why I came here. The temecula location ran out so I drove all the way here. Unfortunately they didn't have anything for fall decor, but they already had Christmas stuff, just like Walmart. A employee by the name of Ceci literally followed me around the store the entire time I was shopping. There was another employee with long dark curly hair that also was whispering on the waki taki and lurking in every corner I was. I dont even steal! I am a disabled man and went to shop at this location. They had no electric carts and couldn't care less when asked about them. The girl up front was nice and helpful. Struggled to get to the comforters, finally got there and found a ed hardy set and wobbled up front to pay. Had to stop in the shoe department and noticed the empty broken shelves on the way there. Waited a minute to catch my breath and went up front. The front end was understaffed and loaded with people. There was no place to sit and I struggled to stand up. Finally paid and tried to leave and I couldn't go out the door with the basket. I had to stumble and struggle back to my vehicle. I went to this store today and the service was absolutely horrible. I went to go try out some clothes and the fitting room attendant had a bad attitude towards me. I wasn't able to hang something back and she snatched the item out my hand. Also when I went to go check out I said thank you to the lady and she said nothing back and gave me an attitude the whole time. This store was so nice and clean. I don't know if that's because it's newer or because someone actually puts in the work each day to maintain it. Either way I enjoyed their selection as they had items that I wouldn't ordinarily find in my South Bay stores. It seems costs are higher these days but I was still able to find shoes and the items I normally look for in Ross stores. I will visit again when I'm in the area. read more

11/08/21 This location has vastly improved in every aspect of the buisness. I've been here 2 weeks in a row, and have found everything I was looking for. In spite of the pandemic, this store has "shown up." Lines are long as it is Christmas time, but all registers are manned. My obvious gripe is how we are not able to take a shopping cart out of the store to load our bags and bags and bags of purchases. This is the ONLY retailer that does this to us. So, the savings outweighs this ridiculous rule, so all I can advise you on, is maybe bring your spouse or someone who can run out and pull your car curbside. Yes! It's a fire lane but you can park there to load your bags. Only at ROSS. LOL! Yesterday it was raining so the inconvenience is more disheartening. Ross has been having you shop with those carts and poles for decades. By the way, half the carts in this store is cock-eyed! Came in on a Saturday night to accompany a friend and found a few cute and cheap holiday items where I was able to return similar purchased items to Target as well as Amazon to save money, so score! This store is always disheveled and disorganized, the toy section was the hottest mess I've ever seen with toy boxes literally falling off the shelves onto us. Typical Ross store. This one is always pretty busy. I remember getting out of work early and needed something and once I arrived at Ross it was about 10 min before they opened. All the real housewives of murrieta were in their yoga pants waiting for the store to open. Here I thought first thing it opens it would be dead ....yea ...NO. lol. It's not the cleanest but if you go early in the morning it's cleaner than if you go in the evening. They have fitting rooms and bathrooms that are usually pretty clean and well kept. It's always busy so remember that when you are huffing and puffing in the long line. Anyway, I go into Ross for quick pick ups...I don't do the shopping thing for hours. I like stopping in this shopping center because it has Marshall's, Burlington and ross all in one place. But Ross definitely is a let down. Once in a while I might find a name brand, but the wait to pay is too long. Also the dressing rooms need to be cleaned and most if not all the doors have to be fixed. It is definitely unacceptable for it to look the way it does. Also, the restroom is disgusting! I had never been in the restroom... I went in, took a picture and left the store. There was no way I would be using that restroom... I don't do portal potties! The smell was absolutely overwhelming, urine... toilet paper on the floor and stool and who knows what else on the floor and toilet. I do not understand why it is in this shape. The restroom is between the dressing rooms, they always have at least one employee their. The employee sees who goes in and who comes out, they should be able to clean it and have control over the cleanliness of the restroom. My daughter and I were followed into the dressing room by Leslie, a store associate. We walked to the entrance and waited for an employee. No one appeared to be available. Eventually, we picked up a tag for 1 item and headed toward a room. Leslie yelled "GET OVER HERE." After returning 2 steps back to the rack with the numbers, she said okay. We walked into the dressing room with Leslie close behind us. She followed us to the door of the stall while talking on her head set. Then she just turned and walked away. She also followed us very closely when we walked out. We did not exhibit any behavior that warrants this type of treatment. She should be monitored or fired for this type of biased behavior. I understand that department stores have issues with theft but profiling customers and following them into the dressing room is useless and reckless! Do you love it? I love it. I got it at Ross! Yeah, I get some things here that I actually do love. I really have to be in a certain mood to shop at Ross. The clutter and small isels can get real annoying. If you don't have patience to search, deal with crying baby background noise, kids running thru the aisles, and long checkout lines, definitely dont come here. I have found some very nice accent items for my home decor here. I also find great items in the clearance sections. The prices are so reasonable. The dressing room area has a bad smell to it. Maybe because its right next to the restrooms. The process to try things on is kind of a pain. The lady has to hang your items, count them, then you have to repeat the same process when you come back out. While I found a couple of items on my recent visit I noticed nothing had changed other than ladies shoes, cosmetics and purses had switched sides with mens clothing. The old layout was better. The current one had issues with too small of aisles and too much product. Also The purses are kinda tossed where ever on The hooks. The dressing rooms are still disgusting and in serious need of a rehab. I could still smell the bathroom as well. So gross. I was there for 2 hours trying to find a pair of actual jeans, not leggings ( the say jeggings but there it's no jean material involved) or jean printed tights. I have OCD and spent more time picking items up off the floor than actually looking at possible purchases. The unmentionable section was even worse. The check out person was friendly and had a good attitude. They are still using the castle shoot nervous to handle the line up. Good idea as people like to dart in front of you otherwise. ( not the companies our stores fault). So basically this store needs to plan an overnight or late shift for upkeep and maintenance once a week at the least.
