I like stopping here every now and then when I'm window shopping or just in need of wasting time where I'll try on clothes but not actually by anything. Today is a different day and I was on the search for a cute white dress. A friend of mine is having a bridle shower and it will be an "all white wear" affair. WONDERFUL. I don't have any white dresses or skirts so it was time to find one. Another friend found a cute white dress at this location a couple of days ago so I took it as my duty to come here to find my own. This is well organized store. I've never seen it dirty and rarely see any items put where they shouldn't be put. Prices aren't too bad. I wouldn't call them as cheap as a thrift store but they definitely are cheaper than a Macy's and even Target (who happens to be next door). My problem with this place is I've dealt with more bad service than good service. Today especially wasn't too good. When I went to the try on some clothes the attendant hardly said anything to me. I waited for a number trinket and a word but all she gave me was this look like I was stupid. I then dealt with a rude cashier starting with a J and sounds like (crony). Already knew she would be off when I heard the tone of her voice when she said, "Next paying guest!" No greeting. No smile. Her voice wasn't welcoming or gentle. She didn't even fold my dress properly into my bag. She just crumpled it up and put it in there. Even when my receipt printed out, I had to rip it off. Unbelievable. 3/5

I spent nearly 300$ here the other night. I got all kinds of stuff.. Dog toys, a pair of Michael kors sandals($50) some kitchen stuff, two queen sheet sets 100% cotton ($28, $20), some clothes, and this amazing crochet bikini(MSRP $80 Ross price $15!!) The store is usually pretty well organized so its easy to find your size. The manager gave me a 15% discount on a wallet with a button that had snapped off into the closure. The fitting room lady takes her job way too seriously. That was annoying but not enough to keep me from coming back.

Upon arrival we found a close parking spot in there private lot. That was a total win for me. I'm all about parking and if I have to parallel park then there is an issue. I can do it, but prefer not to. And I really struggle with it. I get the concept, but my execution isn't the best. You may think I'm an extremist, but if I question their parking situation I will call before my trip and ask if they have a parking lot. We were greeted upon entry into the store by a very peppy gentleman. I loved it. I don't expect it, but really appreciate it. We arrived today, Wednesday March 4th at around 6pm. The store was not packed. There were several shoppers milling around looking for this or that. There carts had items in it so they were real shoppers not just window shoppers. The patrons were friendly. While there someone was stocking shelves. They had so much good stuff, such as nice Easter dish towels, Peter Rabbit tea sets, hair assessories, a huge selection of men's socks, bath towels, and so much more. With all that goodness they didn't have the shorts I was looking for. They have 2 or 3 shorts in my size but they didn't have the length I was looking for. In addition they lack size 2 or 4, most shorts start at a size 6 and that's too large for me. My dad suggested I just get long pants and cut them down to shorts and that may be what I will need to do, but it's still early and the season and I'm not going to give up quite yet. My mom found a treasure. She is always in search of memory foam seat cushions for the dining room chairs. They like to play games and sit for awhile and want to be comfortable. My dad swears by COSTCO and said she should just get them there as they are more durable. And my mom swears that they don't have them at COSTCO and wanted to get the one she saw here. She won with her persistence and bought one. Dad still thinks it will were out in 4 weeks or less. I guess time will tell. I didn't look further in the clothing section as I'm on a budget and other then shorts I have enough clothing. I was temped though as I love clothing and a good deal. My dad was on the quest for blue athletic socks, but not those short ones that fit in your shoes, he want the crew ones. Sadly he didn't find any. They were mostly black and the wrong length. I did find some cool Scooby doo socks that I loved. I'm a big Scooby Doo fan. They had some St. Patrick's day pasta that I thought my girlfriend would love, but I wasn't sure if I'd see her before St. Paddy's day and out of date pasta is really a lame gift. I really wanted some of those spring dish towels, but we have so many, so so many that I recently pulled the old ones out and we still have a nice stack of new dishtowels. This isn't the best looking Ross that I've been to and it seemed a bit ghetto, it was just the feel for the store and the disarray of the clothing. The stuff selection was better displayed. I'd say it's a good store and would come back for the stuff section of the store.

I say hi, she doesn't respond and just says " how many items ". After trying on my the clothes, I go back to the aisles to put unwanted items on the racks so I avoid her extra work. I come back with a pair of pants to try then and after I ask if she could check the price as the sale tag is a bit confusing. She answers " no you'll have to go to the register ". I ask her very nicely if there is really no way to check for the price before I do the line and then maybe figure out it's too expensive. She makes a face like " what do you want from me " , does not say a word and turns away from me. Unbelievable. I get it's not the most exciting job but come on. I asked Courtney the manager at the jewelry stand (who by the way said hi and smiled to me even before I got to her) and she rang it up immediately and figured I could get 40% off. Ladies at the cash register were not smiling either. Thank you Courtney! Girl at the fitting room: you need to do better in a customer service job.

It was also well organized. I was inspired to write this review by the service provided by Waya (sp?) up stairs when checking out. She was thorough and had good suggestions. I learned that you'd have to return them via mail (fed ex) which you have to pay for, it's $7 that comes out of your expected refund. You'll have to package it in a box and go to fed ex and it takes a week at least for them to receive it - it's in New Jersey. Then several more days for them to process the return (I'm at this stage right now with my online return) and a few more days to see my refund. What a HUGE hassle!!!!!!! I don't really shop here - I have done so once in the past (last year) in store during a sale for a down jacket which I have to this day and is one of my favorites, very lightweight and keeps me warm. Now I know better than to shop online - or be mindful of the exact size I need before ordering.
