    My Daughters went to pick out a dress for the 8th grade dance. The cashier Ashley was very rude giving my oldest daughter attitude. They were the only ones in line and Ashley was busy doing something else and finally acknowledged them, she couldn't sign In to her terminal and started slamming her keyboard, she was very sarcastic with her remarks towards my daughters and at the end she tossed the receipt at them and stuffed my daughters dress in a tiny bag, I don't care how bad of a day you had! Treat your customers with respect and be nice because you never know who you are being rude to, Ashley is lucky my wife wasn't with my daughters because it would have been a different story

    I think this is a good store to hit up for dresses! Got an awesome one online from this store and ended up coming in to try more in person. Good place for bridesmaids dresses that are unconventional in my opinion.

    I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! Who wouldn't be excited about finding a formal dress at an affordable cost?! I got suckered into going to an event that required me to play dress up. I figured that I would just find something in my closet and call it a day. However, a closer look into my closet revealed that I didn't have diddly squat to wear! So, off to the Sunvalley Mall I went to see what I could find. I initially tried my luck at Macy's but that didn't work out so well. I was just about to go to Ross when I walked down to the other end of the mall, and strolled passed this place. I had never noticed this store before, but the dresses on display let me know that I needed to be there. Talk about beautiful dresses at super affordable prices! I was stuck in that changing room for over an hour. Yes, your girl was trying on every damn formal dress that I could find in my size! Speaking of sizes, I was actually able to find a decent selection of dresses in a size large which is something that I've struggled with when searching at many of these small boutique stores. The only downside is that they have minimal to no X-large sizes and nothing beyond that. Not sure if this will change in the future, but for right now they seem to mainly cater to the small and medium sized. Womp womp. The store is still new but I'm hoping that they will expand their customer base with bigger sizes in the future. Aside from dresses, they also carry fun accessories like jewelry, shoes, and hand bags. I really love the setup of the store as they make everything really easy to find! Their casual and party dresses are in the front and their formal gowns and dresses are located in the back. Formal dress prices range from $40 - $120 which isn't bad at all for the quality. They also stock some of the best colored dresses here too! I saw some really nice blues, deep purples, reds, and greens out on the racks. I ended up purchasing a long dark blue gown with a deep low cut front for only $80! The dress was comfortable and I got many compliments on it! The ladies working here are super sweet! They checked in on me while I was looking for dresses and while I was in the changing room. The store closes at 9, but they stay open for their customers who are already in the store until 9:30 as a courtesy! I hate to keep store associates waiting, but I do like the concept of letting the customer have just a little bit more time to finish up their shopping. There are no returns allowed on their formal items, but who would want to return such beautiful dresses?! Overall, I'm really impressed with Windsor and I'm looking forward to future visits to their store.

Upon arrival we found a close parking spot in there private lot. That was a total win for me. I'm all about parking and if I have to parallel park then there is an issue. I can do it, but prefer not to. And I really struggle with it. I get the concept, but my execution isn't the best. You may think I'm an extremist, but if I question their parking situation I will call before my trip and ask if they have a parking lot. We were greeted upon entry into the store by a very peppy gentleman. I loved it. I don't expect it, but really appreciate it. We arrived today, Wednesday March 4th at around 6pm. The store was not packed. There were several shoppers milling around looking for this or that. There carts had items in it so they were real shoppers not just window shoppers. The patrons were friendly. While there someone was stocking shelves. They had so much good stuff, such as nice Easter dish towels, Peter Rabbit tea sets, hair assessories, a huge selection of men's socks, bath towels, and so much more. With all that goodness they didn't have the shorts I was looking for. They have 2 or 3 shorts in my size but they didn't have the length I was looking for. In addition they lack size 2 or 4, most shorts start at a size 6 and that's too large for me. My dad suggested I just get long pants and cut them down to shorts and that may be what I will need to do, but it's still early and the season and I'm not going to give up quite yet. My mom found a treasure. She is always in search of memory foam seat cushions for the dining room chairs. They like to play games and sit for awhile and want to be comfortable. My dad swears by COSTCO and said she should just get them there as they are more durable. And my mom swears that they don't have them at COSTCO and wanted to get the one she saw here. She won with her persistence and bought one. Dad still thinks it will were out in 4 weeks or less. I guess time will tell. I didn't look further in the clothing section as I'm on a budget and other then shorts I have enough clothing. I was temped though as I love clothing and a good deal. My dad was on the quest for blue athletic socks, but not those short ones that fit in your shoes, he want the crew ones. Sadly he didn't find any. They were mostly black and the wrong length. I did find some cool Scooby doo socks that I loved. I'm a big Scooby Doo fan. They had some St. Patrick's day pasta that I thought my girlfriend would love, but I wasn't sure if I'd see her before St. Paddy's day and out of date pasta is really a lame gift. I really wanted some of those spring dish towels, but we have so many, so so many that I recently pulled the old ones out and we still have a nice stack of new dishtowels. This isn't the best looking Ross that I've been to and it seemed a bit ghetto, it was just the feel for the store and the disarray of the clothing. The stuff selection was better displayed. I'd say it's a good store and would come back for the stuff section of the store.

When I went to return the tops I ordered online, I was incorrectly told that my items did not qualify for a refund because the return window had supposedly passed, even though I had received the order that same day. The cashier repeatedly insisted I was ineligible for a refund until she eventually realized it was a mistake, yet no apology was offered for the confusion or inconvenience. For a company that prides itself on a semi-luxury customer service, the experience felt dismissive and disappointing. As a person of color, the interaction left me feeling especially overlooked and undervalued as a customer. Not worth the price and headache!

What a weird process! Never experienced this with other stores.) I had to reiterate, that I just lined up for 10min and I don't want to have to line up AGAIN. She said, "no, you don't line up again. Walked back to the side of the cashier, front of the line. There was a different cashier, 1 person in line for purchase, and 1 person to the right at Return/Exchange line. The Cashier didn't acknowledge me when he saw me(like "do you have any question, or I'll be right with you.."). When he finished with a customer, I approached the cashier, explained that I picked up the item from stock and I was told to come back to the front of the line. Then he told me with an attitude that,"you just got here and I need to help the person in line." I further explained that I was at the cashier earlier, but was told to leave to pick up the stock and return to the front of the line. He said, with an eye roll, "well, I didn't tell you that." So I stood in line again, and waited for the 3rd time! When he finished with the customer, he wouldn't assist me, and called the other person in line for returns, avoiding me. So I stepped closer again to the cashier, asking for assistance. He moved away from me to use the other cash register, took the other customer, and told me why he wouldn't assist me, "I don't like your attitude." I was surprised..and I answered back, "you don't need to like my attitude, but you guys should know how to follow your "OWN PROCESS AND PROCEDURES." (It's ashamed that you employ a person who can't deliver professional service, who needs more training to follow Zara's OWN process!!!) Maybe if I was instructed to go back in line after waiting for the replacement stock, I would've decided then if: 1-it was worth the wait to go back in line again 2-additional wait time for a replacement stock 3-or purchase the shirt I originally lined up for, but live with the poor quality of loose threads on the seams and collar. I would've went back in line, in peace, and not be harassed by your own employee. No wonder, you guys have 1.5stars on YELP! It's embarrassing. If more customers shopped online, you're jeopardizing the dying practice of professional customer service, and corporate could close down the store, and jobs would be on the line. I'm in customer service so I know how it is to properly treat a paying customer.

Nazima is by far one of the best, if not the best customer service professional I've ever interacted with. She immediately complemented me on my outfit selections and eventually got me to sign up for the credit card. I am literally paying off my credit cards to be debt free and I'm very anti-credit card at the moment...but the rapport she built in SECONDS+ the obvious value of the discounts when you sign up, but mostly it was the experience with Nazima that had me sign up for the card, when I never in a million years would've thought I would've been signing up for a credit card today. I objected twice (as I was giggling because she was making it such a no-brainer), but with her charm and knowledge of how much money I would save, She pushed through those objections, and I willingly signed up, and was grateful that I did! I will be going to Kohls for all my clothes. Nazima turned a first timer into a regular! Thank you Nazima! She deserves a raise! She said she was number 12 in the company. I believe if she was training everyone Kohl's credit card card sales would skyrocket.
