The store goes far deeper than the neighboring shops with a giant the back section that runs behind the neighboring businesses. They truly have tons of merchandise. The main problem with the store, for me, is it is a complete mess! You have to be willing to dig through piles of disheveled merchandise to see what they have. My other issue is that the pricing is nothing special on many items; in fact, on my recent visit I was able to find many items that were a little bit more expensive then you would find at other stores, and definately more than Ross. Granted, the selection is much larger and nothing they sell here are "seconds" or "irregulars." But the shopping experience is not enjoyable. You can find some decent prices, but not truly great deals. I'll check back because they do carry a big assortment of seasonal holiday items, and I like unique and uncommon finds. However, if we had as many shopping options here as in Phoenix, I would not bother.

Brand new with tags and 1/3 of their retail value. In the back they have a discounted section where l found quite a few lovely treasures. A red knitted metallic sweater from Calvin Klein and a wool Cynthia Rowley wool jacket for a steal. Every time l visit Prescott l try to stop in. My best friend is here for the holidays so we plan to stop in on Black Friday (not for any Black Friday deals but just because that's when we are here) and she is so excited after hearing about it. So the four of us (my mom, sis in law, best friend and l) are super excited to shop there this fall season.

The cashier (taller guy, long hair--receipt says Corey/Cotey?) was very unfriendly in his tone throughout the checkout process and at the very end proceeds to ask, "what's in that?" Accusing me of stealing items, and justified his Q by saying, "it happens." It was a lunch box with snacks for my son as we shopped. I wouldn't have given much thought to either of these interactions on their own, but because the whole experience was negative, I feel the need to share it. It was also strange when I went last Friday at 10 am and the doors were closed. Phone went straight to static. A lot of people walked up to locked doors and were confused as to why there wasn't a sign stating they were closed. A woman told me that she had a lot of valuables to donate and will be going elsewhere. Sad! I hope someone will see these reviews and actually make changes, rather than just respond to the review itself. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to shop or donate anytime soon. I will continue going to St. Vincent de Paul, where I've had nothing but a great experience and interacted with only kind employees/volunteers.

For one, the store is a mess now: can't find any thing of use without wandering around forever--and getting any help? Forget it! The staff there now is either too busy on their phones, or arguing with each other--or maybe it was another customer. Not really sure, but I finally just left without buying anything. But I really liked the work they were doing to save our local furry friends from misery or worse! Too bad they let this place go down the tubes. Get her back!! At whatever the cost!!!

We had just left the vet with our chihuahua mix, Mia and didn't want to leave her in the car. They were so welcoming and immediately shared photos of their fur babies. The prices are very reasonable and the stock was not your average thrift store stock. They had some very unique and top end items. On top of enjoying a treasure hunt in a well organized and clean environment the money you spend helps animals in need. Make it one of your pop in spots. You never know when your next treasure is waiting which may just be a friendly visit and good conversation with the staff!
