This is a great thrift store spread out between two buildings. The employees/volunteers are so helpful and friendly. We had just left the vet with our chihuahua mix, Mia and didn't want to leave her in the car. They were so welcoming and immediately shared photos of their fur babies. The prices are very reasonable and the stock was not your average thrift store stock. They had some very unique and top end items. On top of enjoying a treasure hunt in a well organized and clean environment the money you spend helps animals in need. Make it one of your pop in spots. I have been shopping this thrift for years. I remember when all the coats were $10. I have recently observed a leather jacket that was marked $89. It has beed there for a couple of months. More recently, the price was marked UP to $99. Who do you think is going to spend $100 at a thrift store on a previously owned leather coat? You know you'll just get more stuff donated that you could sell? You're not a boutique, you are a thrift store. It's a treasure hunt, and you've pre- priced out the treasure. Also, Faded Glory, No Boundaries, and Time and True are WALMART brands. Why are you putting these items on the expensive, quality and vintage side? $6 for a walmart sweater? Give me a break. Same with Target brands. I would just shop there if I wanted those crappy things. Some of the old women volunteers could be friendlier. That leather coat is still there. This was my favorite thrift for years and years, not as much now. I love helping the animals, but I will take my donations to CCJ since they sell EVERYTHING at thrift prices, and help people. read more

I have been visiting and donating to Noah's Thrift Store for several years. I am appalled at how this lovely little non-profit has changed due to a mean and rude manager. This woman resents anyone making a purchase that they might resell on Etsy or Ebay, so she marks up the prices. Considering this is non-profit and they receive everything for free; they need to pass this back to the public. I will not give Noah's my donations again! read more

My son purchased a used couch from Noah. They went to pick it up this morning and when they lifted it onto our truck they saw that the whole support beam was broken in pieces and the support straps were broken. This damage was hidden under a zippered cloth cover so they would not know when they purchased unless they turned it upside down. My son talked to the manager who was cold, rude and indifferent. She didn't even go look at the couch. Instead, she refused to refund him sounding like a robot. Acted like she couldn't care less about a hard working young person trying to furnish their home. The one positive in this was when they got the couch to the garage and looked at the damage more closely inside the under cushion area they found remnants of a previous BED BUG infestation. They were dead thank goodness but how disgusting! In the trash it went and my son lost his money and the couch. Thank goodness he didn't bring it into his home.Buyer beware!! Double check and triple check what you purchase here because this business doesn't inspect what they sell for high prices to boot! read more

Ever since your previous manager, Shannon and staff, Rebecca who did stocking and helped at front desk left, the current female supervisor and the guy who takes over when the female is off, Noah's is not the same. They are pricing used items higher than when new...original prices are marked.on underside of item. Look, I understand money goes to help our animals but to have a 50% off yellow tag day and then refuse to honor their advertised prdiscount is not good..especially when we looked up the price on line, this made in China item new is $100.. item priced at $300.. I've been in here several times. Not a single employee has been friendly. If you ask to see something that's in a case the heavy sighs start like it's an inconvenience to help a customer. A few weeks ago the clerk literally threw my credit card at me. On one visit 2 employees were talking and one was telling the other not to put an item out for sale because she wanted it herself. My most recent visit they rang up my purchase and just turned and walked away without so much as a thank you. But the real kicker are the electronics items that say tested, it works, as is no warranty. Take if from me, that means it's broken or missing something and it's yours now. I think I'm done. I'll go shop somewhere where Im appreciated. read more

This place is technically two thrift stores. The one on the right is the cheaper one and the employees are much friendlier. Clothes are super cheap and they always have good deals! The one on the left is overpriced and last time I was there the employees were sitting on the furniture for sale eating. Was a bit off putting but the first thrift store made the experience worth while! read more

The thrift shop part of Noah is great! There are two different stores, one is nicer than the other but both have great deals! We found so many gems (clothes and nicnacs)!!! The lady working was so helpful and friendly and helped us out with the prices and also gave us a little christmas ornament as a gift with purchase. You have to do A LOT of looking around in these stores but if you love thrifting like I do, you'll find some treasures! :) so far my favorite thrift store in Prescott! read more

Both the fancy side and the not so fancy side were OK. The not so fancy side had better deals, prices a bit high on the fancy side for a charity store. Really need to have a restroom available. Saw one lady told that she could not use the restroom and she ran out to her car without buying anything. Don't know if she came back but that is silly and not nice. The folks in the domestic abuse resale store in downtown Prescott are much nicer. read more

Great concept, great prices, but I will not shop here again. I was treated quite rudely by the manager. I was shopping in this store on August 10, 2016 when I had an urgent need to use the bathroom. I asked politely, explaining that it was urgent, and I was told "No". I was told that the closest restroom was in Safeway. I need to add that there was a downpour storm at that time, too. I told my friend that I needed a bathroom, and my friend told me that they had just let her use their restroom. I went back to the manager and said that they had given my friend permission and that I was going to use their restroom. At that time the manager person (name?) started toward me, angrily yelling "No, you can't use it. I'll get in trouble." I took my basket of purchases and left them on the front counter, and I left the store. I will not shop at a place that I am not allowed to use the restroom! I am 74 years old and a responsible adult. read more

This place has kinda gone downhill since the former manager, Terry, left. The current manager, Susan, has two vintage shops on Cortez. I wonder if this is an "arms length" transaction since she would see all the donations coming in. Goodwill won't even allow their employees to buy anything in the store to be above reproach. The NOAH stores have become more "junky and is disarray" with the new manager. Hope the board of NOAH is aware of this post!! Thank you. read more
