I have had AMAZING! Experiences here untill today. They had a pretty big variety. I go there every year for back-to-school shopping. But this one staff associate number ending in 364, was very rude! I was ringing up my stuff and i decided to make small talk with her, and tried to be nice. I said," Hi. How has your day gone so far?" She rudely rolled her eyes at me and ignored me! She picked up one of the things i was getting. It was a halter top. She bluntly stated," You're really getting this?" And i said, "yes i am! i love halter tops." and she huffed. I heard her mutter under her breath,"shes a little too fat for that." And i shedded multiple tears. She also didnt let me get this outfit for my daughter who was right by me. My daughter started crying and i quickly went to comfort her. The staff lady told me rudely to please make her stop. I ignored her,payed for my stuff,and left. PLease dont try to talk to that staff shes a very rude lady who needs to realize that her words affect others too. read more

Really nice staff. The place was pretty picked out, but there was still some good stuff. I purchased a nice sheet set and a pair of jeans. Burlington Coat Factory at the end of the shopping center had more options and variety. read more

Good for men's clothes and shoes. They had a very large men's shoe collection for decently cheap prices. However the women's section was lacking in brands and items. The women's shoes had fewer options but just as good brands as the men's section. However I noticed the women's section was priced much higher which was disappointing. read more

abusive manager expexcts employees to work 2 long shifts both over 8 hours with only 4 hours of sleep inbetween

Wide variety of clothes options but rude cashier. The employee completely ignored my existence and made zero response to my greeting with arrogance. Got some lovely items here but i doubt i will come by again. read more

literally had one dressing room open, we waited over 30 minutes . Person in dressing room taking a very long time there was enough staff to have more open that they would not do so . did not end up trying clothes on. Finally just walked out of there frustrated.will never return that's for sure! read more

I enjoyed shopping there, got a hoodie I like and a t-shirt. Customer service was good, but I couldn't help but notice they were all dressed very bland. I bet they have some stupid corporate dress code. I like to see the employees enjoy what they wear! But they just seemed sad. Have had good experience shopping here before till today. Shoutout to the rude lady at the register, associate number ending in 364. We understand she didnt want my 3 year old to make a mess but i was currently holding my toddler and two bags full and was waiting for my companions which she was waiting on. She kept telling me to stop him rudely and i was trying to make her understand i am currently not able to stop him and would clean up after him if he does till my companions are available to help me. I love shopping at Ross however, I had a terrible customer service experience. I didn't realize when my items were being rang up that one of the items that had a reduced price did not ring up correctly. I returned to the store immediately and asked if they could make the correction and refund me the difference. The manager in charge told me she would have to review the cameras and see what happened?? I could not believe that they would have to go through so much trouble just to refund me a couple of dollars. I said keep your two dollars, I do not have tim for this and I left. read more

Every time I go there big hassle about the bathrooms! I hate the dressing rooms up front... so crowded you can't move around! Why??? Can we just enjoy shopping and go to the bathroom without a big hassle! I had to go through the whole store to find someone to let me use the bathrooms! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at all costs if you can, very rude managers and employees. They wouldn't give my grandma her money back even though we were just in the store, the item we bought was broken and they double charged us for it. The "manager" did nothing about HER MISTAKE, just told us there was no refunds and made us leave the store. Customer service is awful, and the store is really disorganized. Return policy is a joke at best. If you wish to return an unused item still with tags and all a few days after purchase and the item is on sale they will only give you the sale price. Want to speak to a manager about it? Nah they are in the back and don't have time to come up. Try TJ Maxx instead much more organized layout with a better selection and I've never had an issue with a return or exchange of any type. read more

I called the store with a question about a dress that I bought, asking if they had it in a size smaller. During the phone call the lady was nice enough to check for me. She said the dress behind the register was an XL. I had purchased a 1X, and I wanted to know if those were considered the same thing because I know that some clothing brands differ. I thought maybe XL was still considered regular sizing while 1X was the start of the plus-size selections. What should have been a simple "yes they are the same" or "no, they are different" was instead a "I have customers in line, come back and find out for yourself, goodbye". I couldn't believe it. Regardless of if my question was silly, the woman who answered the phone should have completed my call with patience and good customer service. I work as a manager at McDonalds, so I am extremely familiar with busy rush hours. I also understand that many retail and food service places are short handed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but if she was too busy to nicely complete a phone call, maybe she shouldn't have answered the phone right away.
