Great front of the store parking. Clean store. Looking for yoga pants, or yoga shorts. I found 2 that were my size, and a great price. Check out was easy. The lady behind the counter was nice and polite. The register printer "ate" my receipt, and she printed me a knew one. There was another lady watching the door, and she asked for my receipt before I exited the store. This must be something new they are doing. I've never been stopped before. She out a pink line on my receipt and I was on my way. The yoga shorts I bought are a little tight, now that I've taken them home to try home. But not so tight that they are uncomfortable. The one thing that really turns me off when I come to Ross is the fact that checking out seems to take forever. Just looking at the line has made me leave my purchases and go. Even on a Thursday afternoon I count over 20 people in line and one checker. However, directly next-door to the store is DD's discounts which basically is a Ross clone. It's worth checking out since the two stores are so similar both in space and pricing. At least this Ross is not completely trashed like I've seen others. read more

I had a good experience, despite what other reviews have written. I went on a Sunday and I was surprised that it wasn't busy. The shoe display I are not their strong suit. The sizes were typically in there designated spots. I could a few cute pairs. The prices were more than I recall or it could be the reopening, after the tornado. The shoes were $14-$16 each, so far so good. The alarms on shoes kept going off and people didn't do a thing. Manners please! I was heading to DD's to see what was there and the woman in the fitting room was so kind to hold my clothes with a Reserved sign. I returned and knew my Ross selection was better. I stood in line while my sister picked up my clothes from the fitting room. Ross lines are like waiting for ride on Disneyland, only no one talks. I waited approximately 20 minutes. My cashier was Gracie and she was an absolute peach! Friendly and didn't rush me or call the next customer! Give Gracie a raise for superb job with service!! read more

This store is a disaster. They never staff enough people, the lines are always astronomical and the quality of the clothes is poor with some having stains, rips or god know what. I have had to put my stuff back numerous times because of how long the checkout wait is. 25 minutes should be PLENTY of time but you have cashiers doing anything but checking people out. Talking to other people, doing returns and letting people cut a massive line. Management. Do better. This Ross is the worst one I've ever been to by a landslide read more

If I could rate a zero I would. Poor service. When you walk in there suppose to welcome you in. Sounded like a bunch of people who didnt care and kind of moaned it out. Then I asked where the lady shirts are and the lady acted as if she didnt even know. It is very Dirty and Miss placed! They have Mold in the restrooms and hallways. I dont see how they have passed Inspection. I go to Ross at least 3 times weekly. I'm so disturbed on how the customer service skills where so low and just completely shocked on how dirty this place is! read more

I do not prefer this location to other Ross stores around the area. The other locations in Round Rock are a lot cleaner, nicer, and have a better selection. I feel like this store always has a sparse selection of items and clothing and the brands are not as good as other stores. The location is slightly run down as well. These types of bargain stores generally fit neatly into one of two categories: 1) pleasant with decent selection and reasonable register lines.... and 2) portholes to hell. This one fits squarely into category 2. 25 minutes of intense, optimistic and open-minded searching the entire east side of this store yielded exactly zero point zero things I would wear, use, consume or display under any imaginable circumstance. But as I was leaving, I was actually relieved I'd not found anything, as I met eyes with a few of the 40 or so highly annoyed customers toiling away in an absolutely ridiculous non-moving line winding its way deep into womens' clothing. I'm not from the area. But I must say my experience was different then the one back at home. Customer service was everything and the way Mr.Thomas the store manager interacts with his employees was a plus. You can tell that they were happy and not in a bad mood. I can't remember who rung me up. I think her name was Mary but she was awesome as well. read more

I like this Ross. They have always have a huge variety to choose from. I bought my luggage set here for a great price. You always land great deals at Ross no matter what. I enjoy buying my kids shoes from here because they are a lot cheaper than what you would buy at the mall. But you never know they may have what you want here. The staff has been friendly and help you out when you need it. I definitely shop here when I want something for a great price. read more

Chaos. Screaming children with oblivious mothers. Merchandise thrown onto shelves without regard to size or type. Limited availability of larger sizes. Unavailability of seemingly regular items (like boxers, as opposed to boxer briefs or briefs; undershirts with sleeves but no "wife-beater" types...). Prices are reasonable but no great bargain for the effort spent finding the right items. I won't be in any hurry to return. read more

Ok, I never review big box places but I have to say something very quick about this location specifically. This Ross is not very good at all. There shelves are always very empty. Usually 10-12 options in each size section. I am just not a fan of this location. There are better ones in the area with better selection. Oh man. The absolute worst place ever. I was just there with my baby who isn't sitting up by himself just yet. I had a few items to try on. The wicked witch of the West was working the dressing room. She gave me my number but told me to leave my basket. I was very confused bc I have my baby in the basket. So I asked her what she meant and she said you have to bring him with you. Puzzled I said no I can't bring him, he doesn't sit up on his own yet to put on the bench. She suggested I put him on the FLOOR then. ‍ I couldn't believe what was happening. So I just started walking back there anyway with my baby and my basket. She immediately called the manager. I was grateful and hoped the manager would understand this situation and offer to let me bring my baby in the basket. He said no sorry and then suggested I return my items if they didn't fit. I was so upset. I will never give them my business again. read more

This is my favorite Ross store in my area. I have always received excellent treatment by staff and cashiers. It is very difficult to keep a store like this organized but they really try. I found a wonderful pair of shoes immediately. I also found a rug with rubber backing that is beautiful in my entryway. I bought two matching tablecloths for holiday entertaining. I am never disappointed at Ross. I did not have any wait to checkout. Very pleasant experience and very inexpensive. read more

I was going to buy a piece of furniture and asked for assistance to Jessica- the Loss prevention woman - as I needed some help to take it to the front, and her response was :"we don't do that here!" In what planet do you live? In every store that sells furniture employees will be happy to provide the support that is required!An employee like you should no longer be able to work with customers! Previously I have had complications with this location and today I am writing a review about it. Typically coming into this store we hear and see the usual chaos that is out of the workers control, screaming kids and other customers making things messy. Considering the workers cannot help those things I have no problems. What is concerning is the vagrant discrimination that occurred while my girlfriend and I were shopping today. When my girlfriend asked to try on clothes the lady seemed impatient with us and very short. She made us count the number of items she wanted to try on (it was obviously only two shirts). Then upon leaving made us pointlessly count it again. I watched her let a man and another lady get in rooms without any them having to count a thing or any kind of skepticism. I can't help but feel that because my girlfriend is hispanic that we were given a harder time. We did not purchase a thing, nor will we from Ross again. read more

I don't usually write reviews on places, but my experience at the specific Ross was awful!!! Gabby was one of the rudest cashier I have ever experience!!! I needed to take back some short and had an even exchange. When I checked out they told me since I didn't have my receipt that I would have to call the 1800 # because I had ttaken back to much on my ID, so I call the 1-800 number and they cleared it up. Then I went back to the cashier and stood there for about 5 minutes before she told me "mam you need to get back in line" I didn't say anything and got back at THE END OF THE LINE AGAIN! When it was finally my turn she said to me "mam the lady behind you was before you" and called over the manager because she refused to check me out.The lady behind me was not there before me that was a complete lie!!! I have never experienced somebody to be so rude to me for no absolute reason. I hope she gets in trouble for this and I did call corporate on her. read more
