We love searching for great finds at Ross. We find items typically hit or miss. We either find a cart-full of us or maybe one thing (or nothing). I don't recall this store being messy, so that's a good thing. The shoes were a bit disappointing on this visit but again, seems hit or miss. One of our kids found a toy they wanted. Personally $20 seemed on the high side for it but they had the $ for it so they got it. Th line wasn't terribly long. Like usual, one 1 or maybe 2 lines were open. Better than Chandler or Joey, who dress for more. I heard Joey also undresses for even more. At this point it feels like we've been to every Ross store and the biggest around is this one. At least it feels like it. Barbi likes looking for deals and sexy clothes here and this is one of the huge but mediocre ones which usually doesn't have anything we want, and while they will let us in close to closing time, they also have a few issues and are not always the friendliest, so sort of mixed feelings about this location. read more

I went to the Ross and bought some costume jewelry. The way the tags are put on the jewelry ends up breaking it when u try to remove it because they put it on the kost delicate part of the jewelry instead on just on the box. The picture below shows Joe my bracelet is now not in wearing condition as a result of this. I also had to bag my own photos and other things because they ONLY had 2 people checking out the customers. I'm so disgusted!! This went to other pieces. There's a large variety of clothing, quality ranges from poor to average, nothing high end as far as I have ever seen. Prices are generally good. Service leaves a lot to be desired. None of the employees seem to care, except for perhaps loss prevention. Changing room attendant looked like she might die because I had more than the 8 limit on items. Had to try on the first set, come out, had her count the items I brought out, then get back in line to try the others. Cashier didn't care and the managers we're having a meeting at the registers, not bothering to help. When I finally paid and tried to leave the alarms went off. Apparently the cashier didn't bother to remove one of the tags. The security officer acted like I was trying to steal until she was 100% certain it was a mistake, then was super sweet. The three Stars are because of the prices only. this is a regular Ross clothes are shuffled ,shoes are shuffled. The inventory can be a bit sparse especially in the women's section also the men's section. This particular store does stay packed in their home decor area. If you don't mind digging a bit and picking up a bit you will find some great things for your home. read more

I brought my lunch to work yesterday, so that gave me almost an hour to drive around and/or shop. I ended up at Ross since I haven't been to this location before. When you walk in, you immediately notice how clean the store is. It's nearly sparkling. There were also plenty of staff around offering help. Those are both really, really good things. I made my way around the store, first in bedding - lots of queen sized choices, but nothing that I absolutely needed right away. Plenty of shower items. The homewares section was also pretty extensive and I noticed some really cheap items that were more expensive at a nearby store that is very similar. (I won't say the name.) However, when I made it around to the Men's section I was VERY disappointed. There was just not a huge selection for any size, much less the larger sizes. The undershirt/underwear section was extremely light. I will say though, that the shoe selection was extremely assorted, and pretty random. read more

This is one Ross that is very organized. I did my shopping in the home goods & actually found two beautiful inexpensive pieces to add to my living room. I did a little bit of searching through clothes. I did not buy any clothes, but the racks were pretty organized. The clothes weren't all piled on racks to where you couldn't slide them to the side to inspect a garment. Great for deals, terrible for service! It's the Saturday before Christmas and they have three registers open and one person yelling which one to go to from behind the customer service counter. I was at the jewelery counter and the lady there asked me if I need help and I responded with yes and next thing she did is leave the counter then after I looked at her with confusion she proceeded by saying someone else will help me and that she's taking her "lunch" break at 5 pm. The lunch break that involved socializing with other coworkers. I was with my dad and my he was mad so he told her you didn't have to offer to help if you were going help. That's when one of the guys that wear black come around and started talking trash to my dad. This is a young man in his 20s wanting to fight a guy in his late 50s. He said things like let's go outside, you think you're a tough guy and such. This is no way to talk or treat your customers. The worst part was when we asked to talk to the store manager Angelica was her name. She just gave me a blank look and said there is nothing she can do about it. I demand that this issue will be resolved and that your employers have some discipline. This is not acceptable. read more

I went into this location last week. I purchased a few items including a pair of pants. I got home and proceeded to try the pants on. Before I knew it I felt something scratching me!!!! I called the same night and spoke to the manager. She took my information and told me to come in the next day to make an incident report. I did just that! I was told that I would be hearing from corporate! It's now been over a week and I've called the store twice asking for an update! Nothing!!!! This Ross is like any other Ross except for its cleanliness. This is a newer location and hasn't had a chance to get as dirty as most Ross stores. I'm not a fan of Ross but since this one is new I decided it couldn't hurt to go look around. The women's clothing isn't high priced but neither is it impressive. Much of it looked like past season styles with a few newer styles randomly placed throughout. The men's section was haphazard and lacking in variety and styles. Again, nothing impressive. The shoe department wasn't any better than the women's or men's areas. The assortment had variety but nothing striking. The home and bath sections are big but somewhat cluttered with many items that were cheap not only in price but in looks. I didn't buy anything so I can't comment on customer service. What few lines I saw did seem to move at a decent pace. This store just didn't have anything that appealed to me. Many people shop there and enjoy it but I've never found anything in what few Ross stores I've browsed. At least this store was clean. Maybe it will stay that way for awhile at the least. read more

The store was very well organized unlike other stores that look like the closing of a garage sale. The center product area was set back further away from the front doors than usual which gave it a bigger feel. The employees were nice. The checkout time was a bit slow, so I think they could use more personnel on the registers. The other thing I would have like to have seen is more selection of housewares and hats. read more

I found a beautiful purse that I wanted to purchase today, but there was no price tag. I looked for similar purses to bring to the register, but could only find larger models in the same brand. I informed an employee of this situation and she told me to take it to the register. Once I got to the register they were so unprofessional that the bag wasn't even in their system. The cashier called over a manager who went and grabbed three huge bags to "price check". I told her that those bags were all larger so there was no way she could approximate a price off of them. She promptly ignored me and quoted me an average price of the three! Which was not even an honest price estimate because, as I stated previously, I had looked at the other size purses beforehand. So not only did she make up a price on the spot, but it was an outrageous price based on larger purse prices! I offered her $5 less and she just walked away. So incredibly unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning to this Ross and I suggest they educate their managers how to better treat paying customers. read more

Do not care about their customers. Kicked us out of the store in the STORM when the power was out. It is policy,yes, to have no customers in store when the lights are out, but they really left the customers stranded in the rain where it is too dangerous to leave the building and even so go to our cars in the middle of a dam typhoon. The store is organized pretty good and it's very calm during the week. Lots of good deals most of thw time. However some of their staff is on the rude side.
