I bought two packs of taro cake when I bought they were over a month expired and I have posted the pictures. if you take too long to return, they won't take it so I didn't wanna go back to the colony I threw that away. I am here at Ross management and the manager name Mariah is very. Rude and mean to me asking her to open other fitting room but she doesn't want to only one room box room was open and bunch of people waiting in the line people they come from work to shop and this kind of attitude and that happened with me twice if I asked them to call manager that person make them self a manager and behave so rudely. Ross management needs to do something about these employees teach them the customer service and courtesy towards customers I wish someone treat all the employees of that Ross same as they treat customers here read more

Worst store ever. I bought my son a backpack on Saturday, but he says it's too small today so we returned it. In the middle of trying to return it, there were two lines, one for returns and one to purchase. The lady in front of us said the line for returns is on the other side. We go over there to do that and the person who does the return, acts like we jumped line or something. They clearly need to figure out what they want do on their whole two line thing. The chick was super rude to me. I'm trying to be nice and not call her out of her name. But they can just add me to the never shopping at Ross ever again. That is a stupid, ratchet store. read more

Sometimes I find stuff sometimes I don't. It's a hit or miss most of the time. I only come here because they have a good clothes selection.

This store DISCRIMINATES against people with babies. I spent an hour shopping for new work clothes and when I get to the dressing room, they would not let me take the cart (which my 10 month old was sitting in). There was nothing in the cart, except my child. I asked the manager where I was to put my child while I tried the clothes on. She said "most people bring in a stroller." How does one push a stroller and a shopping cart at the same time?? Another thing to point out, is this location does not sell maternity clothes. Discrimination is the prejudicial and/or distinguishing treatment of an individual based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or category, "in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated. Not to mention - the manager was RUDE. I have no idea how this woman is in a management role. I have shopped at the location frequently for over TWO YEARS. Not Anymore. read more

Worst ross I have ever been to never have they not been able to look up a receipt for me. Citadel and her incompetent employee didn't offer me no solution as far as what to do I did not want store credit as we had just purchased the items. Make sure not to lose your receipt because some how some way they can't even check with your credit card or transaction number. I would say train your associates better and don't be so lazy to look up a transaction number. Will not be back. Now I can see why there are all these horrible reviews. read more

What else can I say, "it's Ross". Very disorganized and understaffed. They have more focus on loss prevention than customer service.

This place is a joke. Everybody is using Covid as an excuse as to how employees treat customers. Sorry to tell you Ross. Covid doesn't effect the way anyone treats anybody. And to use this as an excuse is ridiculous. You let people leave the cashier to go and find more items to come back and be in her spot is ridiculous. You sold stuff to two customers after she left and let her get back at the front of the line and to have to rein put everything back in the register. You claim to be the manager and I ask you for cooperates number, a district managers number, or a customer service number. You failed to give me any of them and tell me I have to look up the numbers because you don't know how to give me any information. Isn't 101 when a customer ask to speak or have some sort of information given to them to get ahold of the superiors. And all this is Covid a fault. I understand your very young but as this position should still retain all the same training. But this kid doesn't even have basic knowledge such as his superiors number. Love my local Ross store! I can always find good deals here. I go often when I'm looking for a particular item because they get in new stuff frequently and it won't last there long. I feel for their workers during the Christmas holidays it's looks like a real chore keeping up with all the shopping craziness. read more

omg. i would give this place zero stars if i could. we went in at 7:30 pm and spent an hour and a half shopping and gathering over $200 worth of things that we LOVED. when we got a call saying we had to pick up a friend from the airport, so naturally we asked the things that we wanted to be put on hold. we come back with 30 minutes to spare and come to learn that they put everything back. they apologized but left us to find everything, without any help and just then warning us about their registers closing. they all avoided their mistake and were rude when we asked them to help us find our stuff. NEVER will return. read more
