Circle Park was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday as they had a last minute cancellation. We're so incredibly glad we went when we were starting to hit a wall for the day. The location: far North Dallas (maybe even Plano?) located in private lot which looks like a house converted into the gorgeous boutique. It looked so homey from the parking lot we were getting excited to walk in. Service: we were instantly greeted with smiling faces, even though they were busy with tons of appointments and clients. We never felt like we were a burden. Addie made us feel so comfortable while she scouted for dresses for the bride to try on and, we fell in love with the very first one. It was as if she read my sister's mind. It was perfect! Addie also explained so much about the bridal dress industry and alleviated so many stressors about time and tailoring. Dresses: The variety of dresses were endless! Most were on the pricier end but they seem to accommodate all kinds of budgets and styles. We were so glad to find the "one" and ordered it on the spot. Today (Friday Jan 30th), I went in along with my beautiful and quiet 11yo autistic son. We were initially greeted by the most lovely and warm woman (think transgender, regardless a beautiful human being), whose smile lit my soul up with a moment of joy. I immediately smiled back and waved hello. Then, headed for the glasses display as I desperately need a new pair (I'm on my 3rd pair), and it's my little guilty pleasure. Not even 5 minute later--just enough time to try on a gorgeous pair of sunglasses I intended to purchase immediately, had a pretty gold hue to the frame, and was great with my skin tone. Sadly, as my autistic son commented on the frame (he said I looked beautiful in them), an "angry with life", woman came and stained my day with a toxic tone of voice and energy vibe. Apparently she chose today to be the day to make it a practice of bullying and aggressively chastising children with autism. She got into my space and that of my son's, terrifying him (again, autistic child). With venom in her voice explained that we were NOT welcome in the store, as my son had a small cup of ice cream he was finishing in his hand. There was no grace or professionalism in her ugly stare and very hostile tone and body language. I was literally shocked and considered arguing as I wanted that frame. But, with my son starting to panic and get shaky--decided to just leave. I hope this review makes its way to management. Probably won't, as it's Chanel. But, you never know.

My experience in detail 1. I'd gone to purchase the whole…read moretuxedo outfit - jacket, pants, shirt, shoes, bowtie. 2. The sales advisor was professional. He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.
