We bought a couple rooms of furniture and he stayed around us until we needed him. He was very knowledgeable on the furniture and getting our deliveries all set up. Fyi, I only occasionally buy from this type of business (last time I bought 3 mattresses sofa recliners dressers and headboards) & spent $8k. This time I was only looking for quality outdoor patio furniture. They had a small selection in the waaay back. Prices were sort of high, but what isn't these days? So I won't review on that, but there was just a lot of the same old stuff in the same old colors. Idea: if you want more shoppers, please carry a few pieces with unique colors &or styles. Overall it wasn't unpleasant, the sales staff was not aggressive (I appreciate that) and the store was clean and quite full.

Too bad no one told this to the owner of Woodbridge Interiors. Absolutely no customer service beyond our purchase. No regard for us as customers, beyond the final payment. We paid a lot (for us) for custom furniture for our home. When the items were delivered with loose legs , we were given a lesson in furniture 101- that "furniture is made flexible..."and meant to be corrected. We were ignored, offered repairs- after being told (from another employee of this company) that that repairs would still result is loose legs, yelled at and talk over by the owner - after being ignored for over a month. I'm sure this review will make no difference in how this person conducts business. Wish we'd read the reviews on BBB before ever stepping into this store. Live and learn...
