This Ross location has been here for years. It is in the Home Depot shopping center, and there is a Daiso next door. I like going to Ross for shoes, housewares, and their skin care. Overall, I don't really plan on coming back here to shop for my fiancé or myself. They rarely have a good size selection in stock they mostly carry smaller size and we're bigger people lol. The toddler section is also pretty lacking, which is disappointing because I usually like to check there for my son or my nieces and nephews. I was looking for new bedding for my son & I feel like pricing is horrible I might as well order online. Everything often feels picked over and unorganized, which is another turnoff for me. I don't care for this location too much, but since it's nearby, I'll occasionally stop in if I'm already in the area and hoping to find something that Ross typically carries. Customer service is okay not terrible, but not great either. More often than not, the lines are long with only one cashier open, while other employees seem to be doing go backs, standing near the fitting rooms, or hanging around the aisles instead of opening another register to help move the line along. Went here while waiting for a shoe to open. Haven't been back here for awhile but still Ross. Plenty of stuffs at reasonable prices, sometime you got lucky with new stuffs at cheap price or no long cashiers line. Staff here is generally nice and friendly plus plenty of parking sine big lot. Apparently walking around the store to see what they have calls for the power tripping staff to take photos of you assuming you are stealing. Not to mention safe staff member that followed you rings you up after taking photos and demands you show the lazy security the receipt after they both saw you pay. Not to mention they will follow you out the store and accuse you of anything they can think off for now showing a receipt. Both of these guys will harass you while power tripping demanding receipts. Yet if a homeless walks out with stolen goods they do nothing and just stand there like monkeys waiting for orders at a circus. They have done this multiple times to me and family members and plenty of other people. Will follow up with corporate every day until they do something about those 2 POS. Returned to this location to return a $8 product that was crap, a candle, a convenience item I often purchase as an impulse item I can easily buy elsewhere without risk. The employee, old woman with glasses around 3:30-4:00 pm, at the register refused because it was used. I explained it was a defective product. She said it does not matter. Refused. I typically come in to this ross with little issue but I recently had a bad experience with the employees working the night. The sign outside states that the store closes at 8pm on Thursdays (it was 8:15~ when were arrived) so we asked if they're closed before entering with a sassy response of "the door is open isn't it?" by one of the asset protection employees (closing time ended up being normal at 10pm even though the sign outside said otherwise). We were a group of about 8-10 adults which came from a nearby store and walking in the cashier at the store commented on our group calling us kids and needing a chaperone (not sure if it was a joke or not). We put it off and went to shop even though it made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable especially since there were only a few customers present so our group took up a majority of the people present at the store. We continued to shop normally where a friend of mine who came separate from our group checked out first and overheard the employees saying that we were destroying the store and to keep an eye on us. I am not a frequent shopper at Ross but this past month I have been visiting multiple locations to find Halloween items for a large company party I am having for my staff. I was pleased to see how inexpensive they are and how competitive the items were in quality. I found pillows, dishes, towels and a Headless Horseman statue of all things! I found this treasure at the Westminster location. I had so much fun in this store and the Manager Marcos was absolutely amazing. What a kind man. He was super helpful with all my Halloween shopping. I shop HomeGoods all the time and the team is never as kind and helpful as this team. As the owner of a company, everything starts at the top. So hats off to a job well done Marcos. What is the deal at this store? I've been going here because I live close. It is so hit or miss. Some days if the stars are aligned you'll find a great deal & purchase & other days nothing! I stopped in on Tues. because I'm a Sr. & was in the area in the afternoon. Not much in the way if shoes, beauty products, clothes or holiday items! I went to check out with a lonely bottle of hair conditioner & Moose Munch no one in line & 3 checkers. I let a lady go ahead of me because I was looking for some gummy candy upfront. I stood there and 2 checkers left and one said he'll help you next. I thought he said "I'll help you next". He left and a man walked right up to the checker with his purchase and he helped him. I said I'm here! The cashiers are oblivious as to who is in line & who is next for service at this Ross! They need the system like others stores, especially during the holidays. Some self checkouts & flags when next checker is available! The line here at holidays is back to the dressing rooms! Some organization with employees is needed. The mexican older lady in her 50s-60s that work here who wore glasses is horrible. She will keep following you are the store even though you are a regular. Who in the world have that much times on their hands? I think the management should find her something hard to do because apparently she have lot of time to follow customers around and bothering them. Went to Ross today and when I went to make my purchase the rude cashier told me that I couldn't purchase my stuff unless I had the exact loose change, 89 cents to be exact. She said there was a shortage and didn't want to give me change so unless I had the exact amount I couldn't purchase my stuff. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Michelle (BLOND HAIR, LIGHT SKIN, PONY TAIL) who might be the store manager or person in charge tonight on July 17th, 2021 is very disrespectful to her employees/coworkers. She made my shopping experience miserable as she shouted and screamed at all the employees who were actively assisting customers on the floor or the register. All the things she was complaining about weren't even valid, and accusations which all the employees had a reason to back up what they were doing and Michelle was in the wrong. SHE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE TO THEM BUT INSTEAD SHE WOULD SAY "OH, IT'S FINE (WITH ATTITUDE). She was just walking around pointing fingers instead of actually doing things herseld. Everyone is busy working in the store while she yelled and called out to at least 3 employees within the 5 minutes I was there, in front of customers (myself included) as if they were 5 years old doing something wrong but they weren't. She is the definition of how Karen's treat minorities in society and this is disgusting. Michelle, treat ALL HUMAN BEINGS WITH RESPECT REGARDLESS OF THEIR WORK POSITION IN THE STORE. Shopped there on a weekday, Tuesday, afternoon. There was a lady in the front of the store, (not sure what she was doing there standing if there was a long line, she was not assent protection though) who did a re-print of my receipt (in-my face). I didn't know Ross had a limit of items you could buy. To me that was disrespectful, I have worked in retail before and know that when employees do reprints of Receipts is because they believe your doing something wrong. Mind you, not once did I go hide in the corner nor went to the fitting room to do anything fishy. Everything I grabbed was off the shelf, I'm pretty sure they had recently done mark downs since everything I grabbed was under $9. Ross should have a sign at the door saying what there limits so people don't get targeted by this racist bee. My Sweater, shoes and bag was worth more than her weekly paycheck, not sure why she would thing I'm stealing and stopping by the register to pay. Clean spacious, well organized. Clean dressing rooms, with a well lit floor length mirror just on the outside of each dressing stall for you to see your new outfit! I appreciate the variety of clothing available in MY size ( Not a small person, but we larger ladies do like to dress up too!). Interestingly, the best fitting tops I've found are at Ross. I think it's a house label : Notations. They are easy care fabrics ( no dry cleaning for me please, toxic to the environment and expensive too!) Can't go wrong with the price. Best place to get new luggage is also at Ross! They were having a luggage and bathing suits sale this week (preparing for that summer vacation! ) Now if only there was a sale on shaping up quickly. read more

This Ross location is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's really messy and sometimes it will be really clean and everything is restocked. I usually come here whenever I want to buy stuff for the house since they have tons and tons of stuff for your home! Prices are decent and you can find really good things on certain days! On holidays or whenever it gets closer to the holidays, they stay open longer so people can get their shopping done later at night. I also love how they have a big selection for your pets so that way you can get your shopping done and also buy goodies for your fur babies! read more

There's a good variety of things here and the store is pretty organized! However I've been here multiple times and each time checkout took over 10 minutes. This store displayed an extremely bias, prejudge, borderline racist service. I was in the purchase line waiting to purchase my items when one of their workers ignored and was oblivious to me waiting in line while he accepted those who were in the return line to make purchases. The worker attended customers who made purchases in the RETURN line while he refused to tend to my purchases as I waited in proper purchasing line. Even customers who stood in line after me in the return line notion a gesture towards me for the worker and even then, the worker waved me off as if I were not of his importance. Despite standing in the correct line and waiting for my purchase, the worker (fully aware of my presence) decided to tend to customers purchases who stood in the incorrect line. The customer service here was unsatisfactory, as others have mentioned. I went for a return, and there were two lines: Returns and Purchases. One cashier called out for the next Return customer. When I went up, the customer in the Purchase line got irritated that I was next, though they were standing there longer. The cashier did nothing to clarify that she asked for a Return, instead of a Purchase. Thus, the Purchasing customer is confused, and the Return customer gets unfairly looked down upon. That cashier girl clearly doesn't care about her customers, not just from her lack of action there, but also in her general work. She wasn't even friendly. This place's only saving grace, and the reason it still got two stars, is that it was pretty clean. It is indeed messy in areas where customers ransacked the shelves. I frequent this Ross because its near my job. I come to Ross for deals, not because I want to hunt for deals. There are times that I find something great, but I think by the time I get there, it is totally picked over! So yes I keep going back (usually during my lunch hour) expecting a great find, but many times I am left disappointed. Ross is always a great store for deal hunts, and this one is no different. It's located in the back near 24 hour so it's not really crowded. The store is big enough, but always seem kind of scruffy to me - it could use a little housekeeping. I don't remember this Ross having any great deals or many name-brand items.
