Maybe it's me or maybe Kohls is just not the best place for me to shop but it always seems as if the prices are inflated to get the percentage off. I went in to look for a carry on piece of luggage and thought the price was ridiculous at $129.00 when I could go get the same thing at TJ Maxx for $79. This price issue thing was also prevalent in their NYC stores, yet the customers loved the coupons and Kohls bucks alot. The only complaint that I truly have is the temperature in the store in very hot. It's uncomfortable to shop, so hot! I want to find my stuff & get out! We bought two pairs of the On Cloud shoes, a fabulous nautical belt by Southern Tide, and a candle by South that smells divine! Not only did we have fun, but the ladies in the shop were so friendly and warm that we probably spent 45 minutes in there having a great time socializing. I've already got my eye on another belt, another pair of shoes, a T-shirt, two Oxfords, and a coffee tray! We simply cannot wait to return. Indubitably 5 stars!

After spending…read moreover $400 in their store, the day after this ridiculous owner would not take back a $50 item and told us that she could only issue a store credit because she would be taxed 11% from Visa, which is a complete lie These owners are completely unethical And never stated during the purchase that all sales were final. I will be letting all of our friends know of these deceptive selling practices and recommend strongly that no one buy anything from them.
