I would choose zero stars if I could. I'll summarize what this "clinic" offers. Then, Jason Silva will come in, make a huge pitch about the amazing things their treatment will offer you. "Restore" this, "Regenerate" that. Lots of medical jargon and Jason will be in scrubs to look the "medical provider" part, but his actual title is Patient Care coordinator. Basically, he will assure you that this treatment will cure your men's health issues. Make you young again. The "treatment": 12 acoustic wave visits with a 4 week break in the middle. The price quoted to me: $5,850 and they will put it on easy no interest financing for 24 months. (they don't take insurance) I trusted the pitch, the "clinic" and the claims they made. I signed up for the care. Prior to all of your visits you will get reminder texts that state; your next visit with Joshua Schmidt, who is the actual M.D. for this clinic. However, I never saw the Doctor once. No exams, no consultations with an actual MD, NP or PA. Your treatment will be by Ralph, the man at the front desk, in street clothes. He will meet you in the "treatment" room where your man parts will be zapped by their acoustic wave therapy machine for 8 to 10 minutes. That's it. Nothing more. Oh, BTW, they will tell you that after the 12 visits you may elect to have follow up visits for $100 each. To me, that is the true "cost" of their care, not the thousands of dollars quoted. I never saw a single measurable or objective positive result. Nothing got better. Nothing was restored. I made several calls to the clinic director and the Patient Care coordinator, voicing my concerns. Their fix; keep coming in. I requested a refund. They told me there are no refunds. I asked about their business and medical ethics. They have my money and could not care less. If this sounds like the medical care you are looking for, go for it. Otherwise, consider other actual medical clinics where you will be seen by a Doctor, NP or PA, not the guy at the front desk.

My primary-care provider was unable to resolve it. Acupuncture helped somewhat, but the benefits were short-lived. During my first visit with Dr. Dudley, I experienced substantial improvement in both mobility and pain. He also gave me quick, simple physical-therapy exercises to do at home. I was surprised by how effective they were. After approximately eight weekly visits, I considered my neck functionally healed. I still use some of those exercises with a resistance band because they help maintain--and even improve--my mobility and feel great. I have continued seeing Dr. Dudley once or twice a month ever since. The improvements are noticeable throughout my back, hips, shoulders, and neck. The increased shoulder and hip mobility has been especially helpful for my golf swing, and each appointment leaves me feeling as though I have had a full-body tune-up. Over the years, he has also helped me address numerous minor injuries and mobility problems before they could accumulate into something more serious. I saw him all throughout my pregnancy and then got my daughter adjusted after she was born and he was also able to help with a constipation issue she had at a couple months old. Whatever I pay towards feels like a gamble. I had great reviews for this office and both Dr. Peterson and Seibold. I'm still taking my time to trust they can cure me but so far my experience's been positive. Details of a few areas below. 1) customer experience: Office manager Meghan/ Megan was soooo sweet & also soo knowledgeable. Even after my appt with the doc, she answered in-depth medication questions I expected the doc to only know. She wasn't B'sing either. 2) Blood work & check in done by Vicki/Vicky. It was the smoothest & painless I've done. I usually pass out or get dizzy. She warmed a pad for me, chairs were comfy & she was so sweet. 3) Dr. Seibold sat with me an entire hour! Ok that alone was such a valuable experience. someone care and listen. I've felt so passed off by Dr. Berman at Uof U. but Seibold shared that even when he practiced in traditional medicine he would have passed me along too because that's how they are taught so they don't know other forms of treatment for bacterial, nuero, fungal viral etc. Seibold said he's been practicing more whole body care integrative medicine for a few yrs but used to be a traditional nuts & bolts type doc. Lyme journey I've gone the traditional route was referred by my GP at UofU for a lumber puncture & MRI even though I've been sick for so long. He saw the tick that bit me & still didn't order tests. I may spend less here than what I'd pay for normal out of pocket limit with my insurance, which is 9k. I think I could save money too if I lower my current premium with my insurance.; if these treatments work. I'm still at the testing but I'll report back to share info on future experiences. Seibald shared science backed options that were non traditional and also uses traditional approaches for Lyme, such as antibiotics. Now these treatments aren't cheap but so far I'm thinking it will be less than my out of pocket limit. They have things I didn't need like weight loss stuff but they didn't make me feel bad for not being into or needing it. Just stay your course. They do a lot of stuff and don't get sucked into any up sell unless you are financially fluid. Insurance: Most things are not covered by insurance, but they will try to help get tests covered if possible.

He is fully present in the room when he is with you and makes sure that you have everything you need in hand when you leave (as you know this is unfortunately rare). He listens carefully and explains complex medical concepts in a way that respects your intelligence but also makes them easy to digest. I booked my surgery with Dr Moore- even though his price was a full 50% higher than other surgeons -because he touted his proprietary "rapid recovery." I took a week off of work for recovery. The office called me the DAY before the procedure to say Dr Moore decided not to do surgeries that day and would have to reschedule. I had to rearrange my entire work schedule again. This became a recurring theme - for nearly every follow up appointment, I would plan in advance and take the day off work, only to be called that morning and be told the Dr had decided not to come in. Twice I actually showed up to the office only to be told he wasn't there. At my one year appointment, the Dr pointed out that there was some skin puckering on the underneath of each breast around the scar. He said it could be removed easily in the office under local lidocaine. I scheduled the appointment for two months later, again taking time off of work. I was told the "procedure" would cost somewhere around $1k additional and they would call me with the details. Flash forward 2 months and I have not heard anything from the office. It is 5 days before the appointment so I call the office. You guessed it - the Dr isn't even going to be in the office that day! Once again, I have to rearrange my entire work schedule due to their inept office staff. At this point, I have canceled the appointment and will go somewhere else to have the skin error fixed. This Dr has no concern for his patients' time or effort. The office staff is totally incompetent.
