Shaun Anderson and Gunnar Yates who own and operate Inside Out Home Services not only put in the French drain I requested but they went above and beyond to help fix the other issues our home and yard were having. They took extra time from their schedule to come back and pour a new patio, fix the water issues around our basement/garage area and put down a new walkway to match the new patio that they fixed and our yard has never looked more beautiful. We had a brand new drain put in, a patio and walkway dug out and redone and it still cost us less than the last two contractors we hired over the last 3yrs. Absolutely fantastic work from these guys.

We contacted Fuller Paving about paving our driveway in Johnson City, TN in May of 2024. Evan came…read moreout and gave us an estimate on May 24, 2024, and told us it would be approximately 3 weeks before we could get on their books for the job, and he would contact us. After waiting a month, we contacted Evan, and he stated he was on a job but would get back to us that afternoon. We made several calls to the company after we didn't hear anything from Evan with no follow-up from him or anyone else. As of today, October 8, 2024, we have not received a phone call from anyone at the company. I have to say I was very disappointed that they didn't even have the courtesy to return our phone calls stating if there was a problem. My question is, did they not want to honor their quote, were they too busy for such a small job, etc.? I hope in the future when someone contacts them for a quote, they will at least be courteous enough to follow-up with the customer.

Due to the size of my driveway, this was not an inexpensive update to my property. Fuller Paving did the job. Now I have 4 ponds in my driveway that do not drain. These ponds were not in my driveway previously. I have very rough gravel spots in the driveway that also were not their previously. I have called Fuller Paving numerous and too many times. Evan keeps telling me that Fuller Paving will be there on Friday to correct the issues they made. However, I believe Fuller Paving does not have a Friday on their calendar because they have yet to show up. I have called several times but either they are ignoring my calls or they have no office staff. Bottom line: Give your paving money to a business who will do a good job and cares.
