Consistent Excellence in both service and product! I don't remember where I first heard about Rosslynn. It has probably 20 years ago and maybe a dozen ski trips. But I do remember several "above and beyond expectations" events over those years. One standout was the year my wife had a serious health event on the first full day of our trip. It was so bad that she required an emergency ambulance flight to the nearest major regional hospital. Terry helped pick up the broken pieces of our trip as the rest of our party packed us up and followed behind by car. She was even able to persuade the property owner to partially refund the price of our stay since it was only our second day. Another time, only last year, she diligently hunted for information to help another couple travelling with us. They had some special dietary concerns. Terry made it a personal mission to be able to answer their questions on where they could find the "whole food" products they needed. She also juggled the booking schedule for me at the last minute to accommodate an unexpected change where a couple of us needed to come in two days early. Oh, by the way, if you don't need all the heroics and just want a fabulous place to stay in and around gorgeous Taos, Terry represents several wonderful and fairly priced rental homes. These are not cookie-cutter condos or time-share wannabes. These are immaculate and well maintained and updated homes with character and charm and neat locations. I, my family, and at least a few friends will be going again this year. If you can imagine the types of people and their issues that property managers deal with regularly, then when you can find a company that has such dependably consistent excellence in choice of properties, set-up and maintenance, and devoted customer service, it seems like a miracle.
