This pizza is so delicious, one of my favorites. I get the buffalo chicken slice almost everytime. Thick but crispy bottom, sauce is delicious and they put a good amount of chicken. Ordered the roll this time and it was very good as well, still prefer the slice. Recently ordered a rice ball, chicken cutlet tomato slice, and a chicken Cesar wrap from them. Everything was very good. Rice ball my fiancé said was crispy and flavorful. My wrap was also good. Chicken was grilled and dressing was good. Fries weren't the best but for about $7, can't go wrong. I hate that I have to leave this review considering I've been ordering from Rossville for so many years. I don't know if there's been a change in management or maybe just staff but they've gone down hill. This past Friday our office ordered pizza as well as their chicken fingers and zucchini sticks side dishes. Pizza was "okay". The chicken was too tough to even chew, oil tasted old and the zucchini sticks were actually separated from the breadcrumbs. It was a lump of stuck together fried bread crumbs and slivers of soggy zucchini mixed in. I ordered through Slice and reached out to let them know that I wasn't looking for a replacement or refund but just wanted to let them know the situation so it could be fixed. Unfortunately their response was a simple "oh well. Nothing we can do" I was hoping it was an off day and I could continue ordering but because of their response they now lost a customer of many many years. read more

Although I have passed this place many times I do not get pizza all that often but I received a menu in my mailbox and decided to try. I ordered shrimp parmigiana, broccoli rabe and salad. It came quickly and I was impressed. The broccoli rabe was not tough and it was flavorful. The shrimp parmigiana was very good. Price was very reasonable. WORST.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My family has been ordering from this place for years. Love the pizza, but tonight we ordered pizza at 7pm and after multiple attempts to find out where our dinner was at 9pm and still nothing we decided to call for the 4th time. I explained that we do not want the pizza anymore as it's been over 2 hours passed and the man that offered no reason or apology just says "ok" and hangs up doesn't even give me a minute to respond. 9:10pm delivery driver arrives we decided ok we'll take the pizza we paid for. My dad calls to let them know the driver came and we'll just take the pizza from him and some lady answers and my dad says" yea we'll just take the pizza bcuz we feel bad the driver is already here even tho..." I always go with their Grandma Sicilian, the sauce is phenomenal, it's fresh, pulpy, never pasty and rich with carmelized onions. Their mozzarella has a nice flavor to it, good viscosity and not overly greasy. Everyone at my church raves about that Buffalo chicken slice. So one not busy day I meandered all the way across the island to try it. I ended up passing it 3 times since I thought it would be a bigger place. This is a very very small pizzeria. Most of the slices are pan pies. The Buffalo chicken was as good as people say but it was so filling. I wish it had been regular crust as the pan dough it kinda bland but I would recommend this slice. I thought I'd be hungrier so I ordered a regular pan slice. That was dried out and bland. Don't bother but the speciality topping pies seem really good. They have like every soda flavor and the cans are nice and cold. read more

Moved here from the North Shore and this is basically the only conveniently located pizzeria in the neighborhood, which is bizarre, considering that this area is more Italian than Rome. The pizza is very good; no complaints there. I also think it's nice that you can order online. I just think the prices are somewhat high. After all, it's just pizza and it's crazy that you'll end up spending close to $50 just to feed a few kids. But I guess price is no object for all the exorbitantly paid government workers around here.
