Had a few problems while trying to rent a jet ski hence the 3 star reviewi. Isabella was beyond helpful and polite during our interactions. We came on 8/19/22 to rent a jet ski for 2 hours. After an ID and credit card snafu we filled out our paperwork and we were ready for 2 hours of getaway fun on the beautiful Colorado River. Unfortunately we were advised a jet ski had a mechanical issue and it would be approximately a 15 minute-Ish delay before our fun would start. After about a 22 minute delay we were advised by Isabella that it would be approximately 30 minutes before that jet ski would be arriving back to our pickup spot per Tony that was in charge of towing that watercraft back to the docks.. My photo is of credit card refund, I edited the picture to hid my phone number. We're going to try this place again tomorrow.

Great service and very affordable. The guys here were awesome and treated us as valuable customer. They wanted my family to have a great day in the water and that's exactly what we did. Had a great experience renting jet skis from this location. Around $500 for 2 Yamaha Jet Skis for 2 hours. Your card will also be charged $600 as a deposit which will then be returned as long as no damage is found upon return. I appreciated them being open and working on the 4th of July. The one thing that I can recommend is a little more safety advice. Other than that the staff was friendly and courteous. Great experience!

Had such a great time and the process was simple and straight forward. We booked in advance for a 1 hr rental, planning on coming from the Southern Highlands, Las Vegas area. I would say leave about 2 hours and 15 min ahead of your scheduled time slot if you plan on driving from the same area. I wanted something simple, already on the water, no need for us to hook on and off and get to and from the river. This was a perfect experience. We were running a bit late and they were very understanding and didn't deduct from our time. When you get to the riverwalk behind the Aquarius Casino, you'll find their booth where you will check in and present your ID, credit card and sign paperwork. It was all relatively quick. Then they gave us our life jackets and a paper to give to their team on the dock for the jet skii. We got a quick safety brief and accessed prior damage on the jet skii, and climbed on. One of the team members was kind enough to ask if we wanted a picture together before we took off and we really appreciated that. As 2 people, not planning on staying in the area, the 1 hr rental was a perfect time frame for us. Thank you to the entire team at Rocky River Adventure Center! This place was great! They gave a thorough run down of how to use the jet ski and all the safety precautions. The guy up front was super nice helpful putting our stuff away and helping with check-in. Definitely recommend coming here for a day on get skis! read more

Amazing rental. We don't know how to swim and somehow we fell off the jet ski. Within seconds Mike, our rental guide, was there immediately and pulled us up and out of the water and back to shore. We fell in, blinked and he was there in an instant. These guys are safe and very attentive. read more

My family and I just left Rocky River and we had so much fun! We weren't going to rent jetskis today since we went last week but my sister and I were like: F* it, YOLO! We were calling different places from Yelp for prices, I called Rocky River but nobody answered. Surprisingly I get a call back from a Laughlin number and it was Hannah from Rocky River. She quoted a reasonable price cheaper than what we paid last week and that's all it took. We reserved it for 2p but called back to push it for 3p due to some hiccups on the way from Vegas and easily accommodated our request. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. (Hannah, Al, the guy with the ponytail, the safety instructor gentleman and lady on the dock, sorry didn't get their names! lol.) Definitely would rent from y'all again. read more

Me and my girlfriend booked a 2 hour jet ski rental this past weekend. The receptionist that got everything set up was very friendly and helped get us set up. She answered any questions we had and sent us down to the dock. The man at the dock that set up our jet ski was also fantastic. He was very nice and got us out quickly. He answered our questions about the jet ski itself and where we should go. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

We took a mini weekend vacation to Laughlin, NV to hang out at the Colorado river and catch some sun and water fun action. Located just outside of the Aquarius Laughlin hotel and casino where we stayed there is the Rocky River Adventure Center in which we rented a jet ski. The process is easy, credit card and identification is all it takes and you are on your way to jet ski paradise! We rented one jet ski which seats two people and it cost $89 plus tax for the hour use. After all was said and done it cost us $96 plus $20.00 for 5 gallons of gas. It appears to be a family run business and the staff was great. They provided life vest and instructions on all safety issues to educate us while on the water. I am thankful for what they went over with us as we did end up flipping our jet ski in the Colorado river. Thank goodness for life vest as I was in a bit of a panic while in the water fearful of other jet ski users possibly coming by and running into us. Also the water was scary as it was green and of course a lot of living organisms and fish in it etc. An employee on a jet ski came to rescue me in the water and took me back to safety thank goodness! We had a blast and we will be back to jet ski another day! Thank you Rocky River Adventure Center as you guys rock! read more

The experience was relaxing. We were a bit prepared but not prepared for a 4 hour ride, which we opted for since it was a great deal. There's a large storage area in the front and smaller storage area up front the driver area. Really nice ride up and down the river and it was fortunate that we had enough water and food with us. There were pockets of hot air and cool air along parts of the river in the 111 degree heat but generally nice ride so the heat wasn't bad at all. The cold river made up for it. Cost of fuel and damages are extra but the 3.75 hour ride cost us $15 for gas. Pretty much cost the amount they quoted us. Really no way to damage the jet skis so not sure how our ski's bumpers were ripped off.l from previous riders. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, really invested in us having a good time. Totally, recommend this place and would rent from them without reservations. Best way to enjoy the water with social distancing in place! read more

The whole experience with Rocky River adventures was great everybody was super friendly very helpful one thing I strongly recommend is take advantage of the $25 impeller insurance, water is a little shallow on the Colorado river and sure enough I hit a sandbar and sucked up a rock we called them they were there quickly to help us with a replacement WaveRunner so we can continue enjoying our day I will definitely use them again, there are cheaper places to rent but after the service they provided and the convenience of it being right at the hotel I will definitely go with them again. read more

When we arrived in the morning for check in the guy helping us was friendly and quick. When we got down to the dock the guy that was going over everything was also great. Awesome experience. Made online reservations 3 weeks ago and everything was ready when we showed up today. My husband and I have never been on a jet ski before. They showed us everything we needed to know in order to have a fun and safe ride. You can jet ski all the way to the Davis Dam to the north and the pipeline, 45 minutes to the south. We decided to stay between the dam and Harrah's. It took a little while to get comfortable, but we were speeding up and down the river in no time. We will definitely rent from them on our next river trip. Very happy experience. read more

We waited for our turn, finally around 2 we were told they sold out all of their seadoos! Keep in mind, there were about 20 of us, set up with all of our stuff on the beach. We asked for our money back and asked if we can just stay on the beach and the older caucasian man said pack your s*#% and get out of here. He even called Securty on us for THEIR mess up!! He also yelled at 2 other couples not with us. We had to pack up all of our stuff in 108 degree weather with 3 babies and 8 small children all exited to ride the seadoos. It seems like they are just trying to make a quick buck and take advantage of people. They ruined our family vacation!

However, I accidentally went to another rental shop and thought my reservation was there. That rental shop did not tell me my reservation wasn't on their books and so I ended up renting from them, not knowing that I made a reservation with a different company (Riverstar) I ended up having a missed call from an unknown number at 12 and I called it back at 5 only to realize it was Riverstar rentals asking where I was with my reservation and why I didn't show up to get me jet skis. At that moment, I had realized I didn't have a reservation for the skis I picked up. When speaking with the owner (I forget his name) I could tell he was bummed as he held the skis all day waiting for me when they easily could have gone to someone else. Instead of complaining and getting upset with me, he asked if I had fun, was understanding about it and handled it very professionally. I am looking forward to using River Star rentals next time I visit. It's not always about how company's handle things that go right, but how they handle them when they go wrong.

Prices were fair, fuel included for a 1 hour ride, and the crew on the dock was super friendly and attentive. Within 30 minutes, one wouldn't accelerate, so we brought it back. They swapped it out with another Sea-Doo without inspecting the broken one or asking more questions. Even worse, we watched them send that same broken Sea-Doo back out with another customer. A few hours later, the replacement Sea-Doo started sinking while it was anchored. We had to tow it back ourselves using the only working Sea-Doo. We then spent over an hour floating around waiting for someone to answer the phone and tell us where to bring it. By the time everything was sorted out, we had lost most of our day and were left with just one Sea-Doo for a couple more hours. When we returned, we were told to speak with Moe, who we were led to believe handled refunds. Instead, we discovered they had actually charged us for three Sea-Doos despite one being a replacement for equipment that failed. We're going on two weeks of empty promises, "we'll call you back" excuses, and zero resolution. Their communication is terrible, their customer service is unprofessional, and they take no accountability for their own equipment failures. At this point, we'll be pursuing legal action and sharing this experience across every review platform and my own social media. Do yourself a favor, save your time, money, and vacation. There are plenty of other rental companies in the area that actually maintain their equipment and stand behind their customers.

This company is Great!!! I booked online and on the day of my reservation check in was quick and smooth. The side by side was like new and ran perfect. They were very knowledgeable about the terrain and the utv had gps locations for our destinations already set up. I recommend a full day rental to tour Oatman and the cave trails. We did the jail break escape room and had lunch and shopping in Oatman. Food was yummy and escape room was a blast. I recommend bring lots of water and a mister and wear shorts if it's gonna be over 90 degrees. staff was very friendly and we will definitely be renting from them again. read more

My experience with Rocky River Adventure was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Renting sea-doos was an absolute blast. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff checking in regularly and providing clear, concise instructions on how to use the sea-doos before taking off. The water conditions were perfect, and the weather couldn't have been better. We rented the sea-doos for two hours, and we honestly wish we had booked for even longer. TTR Motor Sports main outlet has the best employees. We are 'snow birds' from Michigan and decided to try an ATV for half a day. We had a son visiting us and decided heck yes let's try this. We had a good time driving to and from Oatman, AZ. We were lucky enough to have a Coyote run across the road in front of us. My family had a great day out on the trails in the RZR side by side. We went to Oatman for lunch and feeding the donkeys and spent the rest of the day playing on the trails in the mountains nearby. The staff was great and the RZR ran flawlessly all day. We would definitely rent from them again. read more
