A few hours later oxygen tanks were delivered by a driver who said that that he had just been hired an hour before This morning my wife called to request new tanks and also to pick up a plug in oxygen maker that A&R had forced us to rent from them at a high daily rate. The oxygen generator was too enormous and loud to be useable. The customer service representative was extremely rude. She claimed that our insurance policy required us to rent the oxygen generator. However she didn't even know what our insurance company is. after further probing she said that they will pick up the oxygen generator tomorrow and also take away my essential oxygen tanks!!! Shocking Customer Service and an appalling company.

HME took 2 more trips to get a working oxygen concentrator delivered--they actually said there wasn't a working concentrator available. This got resolved after a call to our insurance company. Really didn't think it could get worse--Last call to HME for replacement oxygen tanks we were notified there was no home delivery available. We had to drive to HME to exchange our empty tanks, the receptionist helped unload 12 tanks--none of the uniformed guys helped. No surprise--the billing is a mess, invoices are very disorganized and they continue billing for services not processed through insurance. When you call "Billing Questions" at (505) 888-6500 x2000 the only option is to leave a voicemail--they never return messages.

My doctor has sent over clinical notes from my visit which had my prescription in it. They never bothered to look and read through the notes. They figured that my doctor never sent a prescription over. So finally after 2 months of waiting. An awesome wonderful worker named Mark finally helped me. I'm hoping things go through. I did get a message telling me I should be getting my supplies in about 3 to 5 days. Hopefully things go well I get my supplies.

The employees are hard to understand, untrained and follow some crazy script where they continuously apologize instead of finding solutions. If they keep sending bills for products that I did not order, I will contact the BBB and Attorney General. From what I have read in the complaints it seems that this company might be taking some advantage of seniors. I found another company that answered my call and set up service immediately. Rotech is also in Santa Fe, and they answer their phones with real people.

The Santa Fe office does not handle billing so you need to call the corporate number that sends you to some other country and it is a real challenge to understand their employees. We pleaded with them to remove the charges as we sent the unit back but got nowhere. We are still being charged...sad story and bad company.

Albertson's will sell you your prescriptions for goodrx prices, BUT their service is hit or miss: while trying to effect a transfer from out of state for the third time, the telephone of the pharmacy was crackling in and out, so I punted to Southwest for the next try. Southwest timely executed the order with no fumbling BS, and their prices were less than 1/2 those of goodrx. They don't take goodrx, and with these prices, who needs it? I had an old prof who told us that 'getting it right, and getting it right the first time...are first cousins.' What a concept! SIX STARS!

They prepared it quickly but i never got a text that it was ready which happens at most other Pharmacies. The Cost was more but no a lot (less than 20%) i don't usually buy on cost alone so was willing to see about another medication i use. The attendant was not at all helpful. Giving them the medication they pulled it up on their computer and said, "It will depend, between $600 and $8,000). I said that was crazy, while it is expensive the most i have ever paid was $187. They just shrugged. They do not accept GoodRx or any outside discounts I would never go back there. It is a shame because they are attached to Southwest Care which is very important and does great work in the community.

This is the WORST pharmacy in Santa Fe. They are overworked and understaffed. It's almost…read moreimpossible to get through on the phone and always a long wait. The locations on Airport and Cerrillos are better. I've put off writing this for a while but moving all my prescriptions today.
