Any correspondence I had through email or by phone with the front desk was polite, prompt, and very professional. During the consultation, I was greeted very warmly by the woman at the front desk. I appreciated that her demeanor seemed very sincere (not the forced friendliness some try to put on). The X-ray technician was very courteous and gentle, explaining each step she took. Dr. Meneshian, who I met for the first time, was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he spoke very thoroughly and patiently and not in a sterile, but in a very human manner. I knew immediately I wanted to be in his care for my first invasive dental procedure. On the day of my actual wisdom tooth removal, it went very smoothly. Every staff member was very courteous and put me at ease. The atmosphere was very calm, had good energy, and everything was handled in a timely manner. The surgeon's assistant was very pleasant and also guided me through every movement. Dr. Meneshian was just as pleasant as during the consultation. We were 10 minutes late. The receptionist told us the dentist had to leave by 1 PM . This was our first time at this office and we would be a new patient. According to the notes of the person who made our appointment we were told to be at the office by 12 noon because the dentist had to leave at 1 PM. I do not recall being told we had to be there by 12 PM. We received multiple text messages stating our appointment time with no mention of the doctor leaving early or arrive early to fill out the required forms so we could start on time. So we did not see the dentist. Oddly enough there was another client who arrived at the same time as we did for work on a crown. He was an established patient and was seen. We were told to reschedule. I said no because we hired ambulete to get my sister there as she can not stand. I was told this office had a hoyer lift to help her get in the dentist chair comfortably. I might add this was the only office that uses the hoyer lift in Nassau and Sufolk that uses the device. My complaint is simple why did the scheduler who made this appointment not call us back to reschedule when she knew the doctor had to leave early? Also if you needed work on a crown what are the odds the job would be done in 20 minutes! I have to say this is poor office management. We found a dentist who will visit my sister at her assitant living facility. Michael J

My other dentist couldn't see me for weeks and last time I had a chip I ended up losing my tooth (damn you bagel lol) so yeah I jumped online and found this place. Plus I've been debating a new dentist cause one I've been going to is just becoming difficult (new people constantly, dr never in etc) anyway of course with all this I also happened to lose my voice thanks to a lingering cough. So instead of trying to rasp my way thru explaining I had my mom call and she got me right in. Dr. Wilson I saw and she was great. Just a little enamel (oh it's fun getting old) and she polished it and I was good to go. Nice clean place, perfect location, pretty office, and quick to be seen. Thanks to this place I won't be driving myself crazy for the next few weeks lol. Going to the dentist is never fun but it's nice having a good experience.

The hygienist was patient and kind and made jokes to ease the process of dental X-rays, which were notoriously hard for me. He worked quickly and efficiently and updated me each step of the way. Dr. Wilson is sweet, kind, and compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns and ask questions. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wilson. The office was clean and comfortable and had TVs in each room so patients could customize their music or viewing choices. The front desk staff were kind and friendly and made the whole check-in/check-out process painless.
