Update: As noted below, I did receive a receipt a few days later and it does say 180 day warranty. HOWEVER, the worker told me verbally it was a 1 year warranty and I know this for 2 reasons: I wasn't going to have the work done because $200 was a lot to spend for someone snaking my line and I knew I could find it cheaper (no damage was being done) and 2) my partner was standing right there and heard the 1 year, too. Also, I discussed the entire thing with the person on the phone when I called to make an appointment and she didn't correct me or dissuade me from saying I had a 1 year warranty on the work. Without a warranty, I never would've called them back since they didn't fix anything the first time. Waiving the $50 service fee for showing up after I waited almost 4 hours is a moot point since because of the above. So glad I found a better plumber who stands by his word and his work. (All Good Plumbing.) In January, they came out to snake my main line. The guy told me I would have a Year warranty on the work. I called this morning (November) bc it is clogged again. I told the receptionist all of this. She set it up to have a guy come out. He finally arrived at 4 pm to tell me that they only have a 6 month warranty and it would be ANOTHER $200 to snake it again. We are very careful about what goes into our pipes and it's obvious they didn't really fix the problem the 1st time but not only do they not stand by their work but their employees either don't know their policies or are really bad a communicating. Never using them again since I wasted an entire day waiting to be told it would cost more $$$. read more

A few days ago we had a pressure tank start leaking badly and so after shutting off the well pump called Roto Rooter. They quickly had Conner out to take a look. WOWZA! You can't go wrong with Adam at Roto-Rooter. My emergency was Adam's emergency, and then he fixed it, plain and simple! We had a downspout that was not spouting to where it was supposed to go. Obvious symptoms of a clogged drainage system with water bubbling up and flooding a dog run... until Adam got out his shovel and saved the day and me money! Back pedal to our original conversation... After discussing the problem with Adam, and having prior experience with another rooting provider, Adam gave me an estimate and scheduled to bring the "BIG GUNS" to power jet the downspout drainage system to the drain field. This was a $$$$.$$ estimate that was less than the previous provider. Then, Adam, with his Power Jet Machine in tow (just in case), first got out his shovel to get to the bottom of the issue which was about 1.5 feet below the surface of muddy water and yuck from the roof runoff... he had checked all of the downspouts and the drain exit to the drain field... yup, signs of a clog... maybe, maybe not. On his hands and knees he shoveled out the mud and gravel (during a downpour) to find a separated pipe that was causing the flooding and not an expensive clog needing the $$$$.$$ Power Jet Machine... PHEW! What a relief. Adam, reconnected the pipe and said, "Well, I just saved you a lot of money!" DON'T CALL THESE GUYS! Live in LOP now -called RR- paid $112. to put an auger in the toilet. Upon leaving, plumber told us (seniors) to pull the toilet and see what's clogging it! (That's why we called a plumber!) Really? Nothing fixed! In and out in a few minutes. Called another Plumbing Company and they replaced our pump float in main sewer- the real problem! Obviously RR needs more training or more plumbers that know what they are doing. Very disappointed and a waste of money. read more

We have a granny on our property that is built on a slab foundation and the plumbing backed up into the house! NOT GOOD! We had a major repair done a few years back with MR. Rooter in the same place. We called them first and they sent someone out that supposedly cleared the clog, but a day later the same thing happened! They did refund the money that we paid to have the clog cleared. We told them that we needed to have it fixed so it didn't happen again. They said they would send us a quote. We waited a week and no quote. We then called them back and they said they didn't want to do the job! We then called Roto-Rooter and they came and put a camera in the pipe and found a large clog. Guess what, when Mr. Rooter fixed the broken pipe before they ended up pouring concrete down the the clean out pipe! Roto-Rooter pulled out huge pieces of concrete and that fixed the problem! Pat came to my house 7/18/2015- I love it when people are down to earth, honest, and tell you like it is- My toilet is over 30 years old, both in the house here in Auburn. My toilet kept leaking from the base and would not flush. He used a 6 foot snake, got through one time, then did it a second time and informed me that there was still some sort of blockage that he could not pull out. But my toilet is now flushing and it was only a total of $108 which include the visit and snake. He told me if he had to remove the toilet he would tell me how much that would be and wouldn't charge me for the snake. HONEST. HARD WORKING. GREAT COMPANY. GREAT EMPLOYEES.
