I have had success with The Plumber before, so I called late Friday. "Missy assured me there would be a crew there by 9:00 AM Monday. They were pulling in my driveway at 8:55, gathered their tools and a new disposer. Long story short they had done a very clean install and triple tested it in 30 minutes. There was a licensed plumber, with an apprentice. Both, very polite and courteous. It's a pleasure to do business with someone who treats you right.
