I usual expect the best/Cleanest experience from rotten Robbie's stores. But this store was not up to par at all. The pumps were dirty & the lot was dirty. Also a person was smoking while pumping their gas and I told the lady working, she just looked at them than gave me a weird look for having concerns for everyone safety. Very kind. All pumps usually working. Once I thought I had lost $200 that I had withdrawn from their ATM. I looked and looked for three days then went back to Rotten Robbies to see if I left it in the machine. One of the employees took me in back to where there cameras are and we went through the days withdrawals. We found the photo of me getting the two hundred dollars from the machine and then putting it in my jacket pocket. I thanked the employee for his time, ran home, and sure enough I found my money in that jacket I had forgot about checking. I've been going to this gas station since august 18 2023 at exactly 7:20am. But never in my life I ever felt like i was touched by an old indian man. I went to the mall with 4 of my friends, we back to mt eden high school at Hayward California. We all decided to get something from the gas station. 3 of my friends walk in and right when my other friend and I were about to walk in. A grown worker GRABS MY ARM and pushes me outside. Dad likes to come fill up here at Rotten Robbie because the prices are generally cheaper than the name brand gasoline stations near us. Plenty of gasoline pumps and it's fast to fill up. Lot's of customers on my trip here and that's a good sign right? Located right across from Mt. Eden High School so I suppose they recieve a lot of school traffic. Overall, just a 3 stars. the rotten robbie station here is clean, has lots of pumps, and has a convenience mart. it's .06 cents higher than costco down the street. but time is money. sometimes, i don't have 1/2 hour to gas up! gas drips: -take credit card at pump, same as cash -easy entry and access to street. -snacks, drinks, smokes, of course not as cheap as costco. read more

I've been coming to this location for YEARS. My parents live down the street so I grew up in this location. A lot of the workers have been there since I was a kid. My mom has actually made friends with some of them. Lol. Anywho, other than nostalgia, this gas station doesn't differ from other gas stations in the area, in my opinion - you get gas and that's pretty much it. No complaints though. If I live in this area for the remainder of my life, I'll probably patronize this gas station for that time. read more

A great place to get your gas and your "Needed badly" snacks. I know the people who run this joint and they're all alright.Gas could be a little cheaper but then one of the ladies who works there is that gas companies are DICTATED on where they get the oil who determines the price /per gallons that they sell, w/c you really cannot blame them for that. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that is right next to a High school so they cannot sell you alcoholic beverages. The air is $1.50 worth of quarters so it sucks UNLESS you fill-up and they'll give it to you free, but snacks galore? This morning I got gas and paid with my debit card at the register. The cashier was an NASTY WOMAN. I said 30 dollars on pump #6. My gas was only $26.34. I printed the receipt at the pump and Went back inside to ask if there will be a credit of 3 doll a rs. The cashier was rude and she printed another receipt. Then she slapped the receipt on the counter said the receipt I printed from the gas pump was not valid. I said it is from th e gas pump. SHE RAISED HER VOICE TO ME SAYING IT WASNT A VALID RECEIPT.So I asked again if I will have a credit? She didn't answer my question but got upset with a raised voice saying no credit. I decided to leave without an answer coz I was getting upset too. I called and asked another staff this evening if I will get a credit. Staff said the credit was going to be returned to my debit card. There I have my answer. But the morning cashier was very rude and didn't explain well. I found out she was the assistant manager.
