The Rotti's are incredible people and do amazing work! My snow blower broke last week. I had little hope I could get it repaired before the recent record breaking snow in New England. I emailed Rotti's Wednesday night and they responded soon after! Not only that, one of the owners, Megan, said she could have it picked up the next morning. I wasn't expecting service this fast. Even then, the storm was hitting Sunday and still had little hope of have it back by then. No matter, could use the exercise and mentally prepared the kids for the Monday morning task. No word from them Friday. Sent an email late just asking for an update because they were open Saturday but closed Sunday. No reply. I prepared the kids for the worst and laid out the plan for the storm with intermittent shoveling throughout before bedtime. But! Sunday morning as I'm making pancakes for the family I get an email from Megan saying (paraphrasing) "Hey! Snowblower is done. Want us to drop it off?" Hell yeah!!! Mere hours before the storm. I know they were busy with the impending storm, they didn't have to stay open on Sunday for me, and I bet a few others, to help us manage the biggest snowfall in like a decade, but they did. These are incredible people and you should totally give them your business. Oh! And the work was very reasonably priced. I was expecting at least double what I was charged. first of All- was helped out cheerfully by two great employees of West Boylston shop- first of all Chuck- evaluated my fuel system, gave me great advice and did not stall or Blame me- got the owner involved- so he is a treasured Employee- and only hoping he is back there soon. GREAT- news just got my machine back this week many thanks to Ace mechanic- Mike as he did troubleshoot my 8hp- and solved a few gas leaks very important when using the expensive 94 octane fuel. [$30 bux a Gallon] He also noticed something like a pull rope- could be the cause of Hard-starting? as i could only fire it up- using Auto-start. I never suspected rope even as an Issue- but on tuesday Mike pulled it over- First pull and it comes to life. So nice to see a mechanic open to hearing a long involved story- and saying you know I think i can fix that- cos snowblowers are NOT that difficult to troubleshoot- and mine is simple a 25 year old model. But I baby the thing- never abuse and always treat/ drain my fuel system too. AS i never wanna invite issues. So i bonded/trusted Mike- over the phone, and when I met up with him he was great. I am so very happy he did not make a federal case over the entire matter- and true to his word- he made it an easy Fix- at least I hope for him. If ever i get to buying that Ariens super deluxe 28- that I lust for if Mike is still there- I will buy it from him- absolutely a done deal. The day I was there mike was knee deep in repairs- but saw to it that a fair solution to my issues- was the proper thing to do- so I can not commend him highly enough. A great ending to an interesting journey- just when I thought nobody cared I meet mike- maybe I can reach out to AL- and say to him double mike's pay if you can- cos he is holding the business together. so truly a happy ending to my situation and really I had no idea where to Turn- in the future- I can call mike- Chuck too- as shoot did they ever treat me Right- So great to see a company that stands behind their work- and easy to find- right off of rte 110- near the wachusett- well worth the trip. read more

Called ahead of time and spoke to a nice kid. Told him it was an old Honda snowblower but he said I didn't need the model for my problem with the tires. Gave him all the tire info and he told me to just bring them in. Traveled a ways to get there only to find out they can't do anything because it has to go to a Honda place. Yes, I did state (without raising my voice at all) that I wouldn't have made the trip if I was told that initially, but this INCREDIBLY RUDE and OBNOXIOUS woman, (I'm assuming an owner since she didn't care how inappropriate she was acting and any regular employee would have been fired), who was actually on the phone with another customer, uninvolved, starts berating me telling me that he was a new employee that gave me misinformation, and that they were "seriously backlogged with over 300 snowblowers to work on" so there was no way they would even have the time to help me anyway, that she thinks I have an attitude and I have to go to a place that works on Honda's. Period. Wow. Being a small business owner myself, I would NEVER treat customers, or anyone for that matter, the way she did. When my Ariens Sno-Thro recently threw its attachment belt, due to very positive google reviews of Rotti's Power Equipment, I elected to contact them about a repair. The pickup, repair and delivery proceeded perfectly and quickly. They discovered the cause and communicated it to me and I approved continuing with the repair. This is a stark contrast to another outfit closer to me that has previously padded their invoice with a fabricated issue that was not communicated to me until the moment that I retrieved my machine. I sent my lawn mower to be repaired under warranty. They told me my 1 year old lawn mower's engine was no good. I called back and they said they knew nothing about their contract with Briggs and Stratton for repair. I notified Briggs and Stratton. Worst place you can deal with, they estimate to fix my machine for $500 we approved after 2 weeks they call us and told us the machine is ready but the price for the work was $1,500 and they told us they had to do more work, we never approved. Sent the mower home barely starting. It stalled after one pass on short grass, and stalls basically immediately on touching any grass since. They charged me double the original quote, and failed to fix anything to a functioning level. My snowblower wouldn't stay running. I looked online found this place. I went in to ask about it. They asked if I brought it in. I said no. They said okay we can pick it up. They said we will pick it up Friday February 4th. I called wondering when they were coming. The person said We are going to get it tomorrow (Saturday) and asked if anyone called. I said no but he was very nice and professional. I went in on Wednesday February 16. They said the snowblower is in the shop it should be done tomorrow (Thursday). They delivered it Friday.
