Not a lot of choices in this part of the country, so when we saw Pizza Lab that's where we went. We walked in, went up to the counter, and started to place an order, then changed our mind and decided to just stay and eat it there. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday night, but the staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. We had eaten about half our pizza before we realized that we didn't get what we had ordered (we had ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, and only got pepperoni.) we decided to just let it go and finished our meal. It really hit the spot, and I'm sure if we were staying in the area. We would probably visit again.

Hidden gem of a pizza place. Got there right as they opened and they could not have been nicer. You order at the counter and they bring it out on thin cardboard pizza trays with paper plates. Easy clean up to say the least. The pizza was outstanding! We got the Meatza and traditional pepperoni pizzas and they were delicious! Thin, but not too thin. You could almost fold them if you wanted but they didn't break apart too much if you did. The sauce had a really nice flavor and there wasn't too much cheese with just the right amount of toppings. If you drink alcohol, they have nice selection of beers and liquor drinks; but no taps, all beer is on the bottle. Also for kids, they offer fountain drinks. And of course water if you don't want any of the aforementioned. If you like pizza and are anywhere near the area, check this place out, I promise you it's worth the trip!

Great option for holiday celebration dinners. Bar and dining seating available. Only downside was no dessert offerings, which is the topping for us at celebratory meals.

The other waitress and waiters had smiles and polite, seemed to be anyway. I wanted to let someone know about the first time interaction I've ever had with your restaurant. It's hailing out, so I called to see about placing an order, I have no problem on waiting. I called and was greeted with, No, I'm not doing a to go order, as he's hanging up on me. You could hear, to dam busy for a to go order. So, I walked over, only to see whole lot of empty chairs. I sat down at the bar, he didn't know who I was, no possible way he knew who I was. But was thrown a menu. Within a two minutes of sitting down, he was able to take my order. But, I began to place the order of a full rack please?! (Heard so much about them ribs.) I was immediately greeted with "yeah what sides." Sorry, didn't realize there was sides that came with it in my head. I asked "oh sorry, where are the sides". Where he then tells me " maybe read here." Wow, was my response where he grabbed my menu, beyond shocked at this point. I stood up and began to walk away. I got up and I asked him, are you the one that answered the phone?! He said "yup, and please don't come back." As two other guests are sitting there had their dinner interrupted by this unfortunate incident, let me know and stated, "yeah he's a dick". This is how yall do business?! I wouldn't like to think so. I'm not here for a vacation but, for work. However, a numerous amount of people are. He made it very clear on how any one attempting to order food is treated at your facility. I understand, people have bad days but, that was truly uncalled for. The disrespect for attempting to order food at a restaurant. Wasn't asking for anything for free, definitely paying. I know this may fall on deaf ears but, I did ask for a manager below. The lady, a supervisor only for the bottom part, very kind, heard the whole thing and asked me to please write this out on a piece of paper. Thank you ma'am, hopefully this will reach someone.
