Five star burger spot! I've been wanting to give this place a try for quite some time. However they are closed certain times of the year and have non traditional hours. But finally I was in the area when they were open! I've had the bacon cheese burger, fries and fresh lime. All delicious! They use fresh, soft buns and a generous amount of bacon. The burger wasn't overcooked and had good flavor. I only wish it came with tomato. The fries were hot and crisp. Next time I'm going to try the onion rings. They look killer. Oh and a fresh lime drink. I haven't had one in ages. They are obviously locally owned and operated. It gets pretty busy around the lunch hour. One issue is they don't have a bathroom, at least non that I could see. read more

I'm from Washington but every time I'm in town I make it a point to visit Round Robin. Definitely my favorite burgers between here and Seattle. Just bummed they aren't open Fridays because it's gonna be a year before I get some again read more

The Round Robin does not disappoint. Great stop for burgers, dogs, fries, ice cream and slushes. (not for healthy or fancy eating) They also have baked goods, jams, and salsa. Driving past the Round Robin my first few days in town I thought this was another abandoned restaurant. Then we noticed the sign Tues-fri open 11-2. Based on the outside of the building I was hesitant to check it out, but after talking to locals and reading the few reviews we gave it a shot. If you have the chance to check it out I would. According to the locals the owner closes for months at a time so you may not always have the chance to check them out. The inside of the building is surprisingly clean and well maintained. They were pretty busy but service was relatively quick. The food: Seaburger - 4 fried battered shrimp on a bun with mayo, lettuce, and pickles. These a LARGE shrimp. :) Fries - skinny fries, freshly fried Tater logs - pepper battered fries The fry sauce and ranch dressing are also good. The fry sauce is slightly sweet and has a flavor I cant quite put my finger on but I like it. If you're not from utah fry sauce is typically a mix of ketchup and mayo but can also be found made with BBQ or ranch etc. read more

My local buddy turned me on to this place - and I have to admit that as a "big city guy" - I went in hesitant. I expected typical Utah small town burger fare, but was very pleasantly surprised... The bun was obviously home made, ingredients are fresh, and the fries were awesome to boot! Just a great, great burger. Fully worth the $8 price tag on the combo. Once my pal told me the legend behind the owner I knew I had to try this place, and I'm happy to write a positive review. Definitely not normal small town Utah burger joint - no Crown Burger style rip-off stuff here. Fresh, different, and FULLY worth a stop. A Roosevelt local told us about this place, and warned us to hurry so we could beat the crowds. Since they're only open a few days each week, it gets pretty busy. The onion rings were AMAZING! My cheese burger was OK... I got the 1/4 lb version. I realize the patty is supposed to be thin so they can stack them for folks who order the 1/2 or bigger burgers, but I guess I'm not a fan of thin patties. I heard everything here is homemade and I saw that in the bun, the onion rings, the fries (also fabulous), and even the pickles on my burger. Even the sodas are homemade! I recommend the cherry lime soda, and my teenager niece loved the root beer. The chocolate cake we shared tasted like my mom made it. We'll be back. Absolutely amazing! Everything here is fresh the fries,the meat even the soda. Anytime I'm in Roosevelt I eat at"crazymans" . I recommend the bacon burger and True cherry cola. This used to be the best burger place I knew of, but over the years the quality and variety has been declining over the years. Many of the homeade items like hamburger buns don't have that homeade taste to them anymore and items like the dinners and smaller burgers are gone from the menu. The hours of operation are just horrible - open 5-8 three nights a week, then closed for months on end. However, the food is still the best you'll find in Roosevelt, the restaurant is cleaned and maintained and they never (and I mean it) make mistakes on your order. Some items are still wonderful like their version of a soft-shelled taco and homemade onion rings. There is a story behind the owner of the place, but they make great food and the ladies at the counter are always very, very nice! read more

And I was finally in town visiting when they were open. It seems like it is usually always busy during open hours, but totally worth the wait. I got the cheeseburger and the homemade onion rings (which I highly recommend!) and a cherry fresh lime. Homemade bun, great pickles, and real cheese! My husband got the chicken fingers plate, which was more like chicken bites in size of chicken, but it was plenty of food and seasoned just right. I would go back time and again! read more

An excellent traditional American restaurant with just a few things on the menu, but those things it does it does right, all the foods I tasted here have been made well, with nothing I could suggest improvement on. I also would like to note how clean it was, and the fact that I could eat my food without even getting grease on my hand, The staff and service is great, the wait time is short for how busy it usually is, and the prices are fair. One of the best restaurants in the Basin! Everything homemade and fresh. I have not found a single thing there that I do not like. I've traveled the world and have not found a better burger restaurant anywhere. My favorite is the steak and swiss with onion rings and a vanilla bean milk shake. Good tasting food, but... Service is rediciously slow. People working there are SUPER ODD. After about an hour your stomach will feel queasy. Another hour and you will puke.
