But the ladies working today did an outstanding job of substituting those missing ingredients.. the Phillies sandwiches they all loved predominantly because of the meat quality and the cooking process. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was a fabulous cut of meat with very little fat to it, but the flavor was amazing. Nothing worse than eating a sandwich, which is filled with nothing but fat off of the meat. This sandwich did not was perfectly cooked. Great quality meat great quality of people and they really appreciated my business. I'm back the next time I'm in town guaranteed.

For approximately 15 of these 25 minutes we sat at the window and watched the guy who took our order put parchment paper on baking sheets. In weather over 100 degrees. Our drinks initially arrived without straws. None of our sandwiches were labeled. Or, to be more precise, all four had "Kickin' Ranch" stickers on them, and maybe two of them had a faint smear of black marker on the paper. We had to open all four to find out which was which.
