We had about 32 crew, talent, and agency people to cover - most came up from Salt Lake City (about 3 hrs away). I, and a few others, arrived from Los Angeles. Googling I came up with Jones & Company. Dane Jones hadn't catered a shoot before, but since he owned a restaurant or two I felt good about the decision and explained what the layout normally looks like on location. He and his team absolutely nailed it. Our talent, who deal with another film crew on a regular basis, were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food, telling me it absolutely blew away what they normally have. And all this was done in snow and mud while temps were freezing. Everything was so delicious - we had 3-4 entrees and plenty of sides, salad, and dessert. Their over-sized rolls are made fresh.
