But the ladies working today did an outstanding job of substituting those missing ingredients.. the Phillies sandwiches they all loved predominantly because of the meat quality and the cooking process. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was a fabulous cut of meat with very little fat to it, but the flavor was amazing. Nothing worse than eating a sandwich, which is filled with nothing but fat off of the meat. This sandwich did not was perfectly cooked.
