BAIT AND SWITCH!…read more well i ordered orthotics for plantar fasciitis, gave them my insurance info, which they told me they accepted. then the orthotics took 3 weeks longer than expected, but i went in, paid my insurance copay and left. they're too big, and leave blisters each time i wear them. and they ruin whatever shoes i put them in because of their extreme thickness. then i got a $222 bill in the mail because my insurance didn't cover. they tell me to call my insurance. but they had over a month to find out it's not covered. they had to have known, didn't tell me, and just went through with the order in BAD FAITH instead of cancelling. it's very deceptive, even if most places around round rock behave the same way (ahem, texas orthopedics) i'm not paying it because it wasn't what i agreed to, i can't use them, and i'm not going to give hanger another chance to get any more of my money.

Possibly the worst oral surgeon in Austin and surrounding areas. Capital Oral & Maxillofacial…read moreSurgery with Dr. Marc Smith is most the unprofessional place to go to remove teeth. Please save yourself time and money. Dr. Smith comes off arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He definitely did NOT take the time to discuss the option of having the others removed, the details of the procedure, and what levels of sedation are available. The way it was discussed was not thorough. After the visit I did look elsewhere, but because of timing I came back. Make sure you do not come back. Look elsewhere. The staff does not know how to schedule your appointment. Be careful. Theresa tries to get you in but the timing is off, the entire office is off and the experience will leave you in aww in the most WORST way! They do not check in with you to see how you are--- so don't expect a call back. Possibly the most rudest form of respect in the lowest way possible. If you plan on doing ANY sedation look elsewhere. Do not do it or you will regret it. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The procedure went well, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during and Mark and his team were professional and courteous. If you need dental work done, head here, you will be in good hands. Edit: It is now one week since the surgery. Marc used a local time released anesthetic on the extraction site and told me around day 3 there would be some pain. Day 1-3 there was almost no pain, on day 4 and 5 my jaw was a little tight but still very little pain, the surgery is now healed as far as I can tell and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want an pain free extraction experience Marc is the guy to see!

My back tooth cracked and was in so much pain so while waiting on my oral surgery date I spoke to the office staff who called in a prescription and gave other extremely helpful tips to keep the pain down. The morning of the surgery I was put completely under which is what I wanted and when I woke up I I remember asking "when are you going to start on the surgery"?. I felt nothing. I am in my second day of recovery and I feel great. This was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE and I highly recommend Round ROCK Oral surgery for ALL oral surgery needs. The customer service from the office staff, doctor and surgical assistant was just amazing. Thank you so much.

I had a 2nd molar that needed to be pulled as it had broken pretty badly. I had it pulled last Friday, October 9th. It literally took him less than 2 minutes to get it out of my mouth once I was numbed, and I felt NOTHING. I didn't even take any medicine once the anesthesia wore off. Honestly... I would go back tomorrow without a second thought if I needed to, and that's saying a LOT for me. Best medical experience of my life, and Dr. B and his staff are incredible. (see guys, I'm not always hot mess express... THANK YOU!)
