Possibly the worst oral surgeon in Austin and surrounding areas. Capital Oral & Maxillofacial…read moreSurgery with Dr. Marc Smith is most the unprofessional place to go to remove teeth. Please save yourself time and money. Dr. Smith comes off arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He definitely did NOT take the time to discuss the option of having the others removed, the details of the procedure, and what levels of sedation are available. The way it was discussed was not thorough. After the visit I did look elsewhere, but because of timing I came back. Make sure you do not come back. Look elsewhere. The staff does not know how to schedule your appointment. Be careful. Theresa tries to get you in but the timing is off, the entire office is off and the experience will leave you in aww in the most WORST way! They do not check in with you to see how you are--- so don't expect a call back. Possibly the most rudest form of respect in the lowest way possible. If you plan on doing ANY sedation look elsewhere. Do not do it or you will regret it. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The procedure went well, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during and Mark and his team were professional and courteous. If you need dental work done, head here, you will be in good hands. Edit: It is now one week since the surgery. Marc used a local time released anesthetic on the extraction site and told me around day 3 there would be some pain. Day 1-3 there was almost no pain, on day 4 and 5 my jaw was a little tight but still very little pain, the surgery is now healed as far as I can tell and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want an pain free extraction experience Marc is the guy to see!

Thanks to his care and attention to details, my surgery went well and I am grateful that I am recovering well. I can't begin to express my gratitude for the improvement in the quality of my life. I feel strongly he is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have encountered.

As I told them, they have earned their 5 stars! They are very, very nice, helpful, and professional. I waited for a little while in their nice office, but I didn't have to wait long. When I saw Dr. Burris, he had actually read my file (information submitted prior to visit)! He also had already looked at the x-Ray I got just prior to the appointment. He examined my knee thoroughly and listened to whatever I had to say. After that, Dr. Burris went through all treatment options with me after telling me that my knee problems were from severe arthritis; because I'm also concerned about costs, we discussed that as well. I chose the cortisone shots in my knee, and received one right away. No follow-up necessary until I need him again. It's rare that I can say this, but it was a very pleasant medical experience. I won't hesitate to rely on him again! Add 5 stars from me, too!

Recently, I purchased a third Handicap Ramp Van from United Access. This should be an indication…read morethat they treat their customers right. I just purchased the top of the line Sienna Platinum. This Sienna is by far one of the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Isabel, the general manager has handled the last 2 sales. Steve one of the maintenance guys, is great, and always seems to have a unique fix for strange issues that come up. I haven't always been happy with the service especially when I tried to get a ramp check about 14 monthis ago. To be fair, Covid19 was still an issue, and they had just hired a new service manager, ( he is gone now). Initially, years ago, I was not to happy to learn that I had to pay an iventory tax, but that is a company policy not the dealers problem, and I learned to live with it. Isabel and her people have always responded to meet my needs. They have kept my vehicles in good shape, and they take my old vehicle back on trade in. I am fortunate as a veteran the VA pays for the cost of the conversion, while I only pay the cost of the new vehicle. This vehicle allows me to go places, that I could not otherwise go. Its better than carrying a wheelchair on the back of a truck or car. The ramp van restored my freedom to do what I want to do with out depending on someone else. (To be sure in 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Mobility Works, that dealer was hard to work with, their personal would say things that were not fact. They just did not know how to treat people.) My inital vehicle and the last two have come from United Access. If I ever need another van I will return to United Access. Thanks to the people of United Access for everything they do for me and other veterans.

I spoke with someone named "Keith" who sounded like he either worked for a call center or this was his first call. I explained the urgency and was first offered an appointment 6 weeks out. When I questioned that and offered that we could really go to any location, he was only able to bring that forward by 4 weeks to mid- June. Maybe I got the wrong agent, but it would seem most practices are more accommodating of urgent care scenarios. As it stands, I'm unlikely to use this practice for any of my needs simply because apathy at the front desk usually has deeper roots.
