I called to let them know and all they could say was that they get their pepperoni fresh everyday... It's a cured meat...nobody gets it fresh everyday!! Round Table makes the only pizza my husband and I actually eat until it's gone. It totally holds up on the reheat the next day. The staff is super friendly at this location and I love that they remember my orders when I call in (I know it's a program doing so, but it's so nice when they ask if I want my regular order.) I got delivery from them for the first time last week; I normally carry-out. They said it would be 45 minutes to an hour and they got here ahead of schedule, which is awesome when you're starving. read more

It was our first time at round table and the first thing I noticed was the cook was using his hands to make the pizza. I had to ask them to use gloves, the cashier said he washes his hand, either way it's infection control. The place looked dirty and empty. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Disaster of an experience. My company was celebrating our department and we decided to just order pizza. They wanted to order round tables very expensive gourmet pizzas(5). 150.00 dollars worth! We needed to have them there at noon because we all work on a very limited time frame. After being 15 minutes late, I called round table and the guy told me he is pulling in the driveway now. I continued to wait. 30 minutes later I called again and the guy said he is pulling in now. 1 hour later I called and the same guy said he is stuck in traffic. Then the driver got lost trying to find the very obvious front of our business and I had to walk around for another 10 minutes looking for him. So instead of 12 noon I finally got my pizzas at 1:10. I take them to my department and everyone was gone and back to work. I opened up a pizza to eat by myself and the pizzas were cold. Never again. I use to Love this place. Seems they changed making pizza and the dough is the same as what they use to make little pizza for kids in lunchables. Pre made and has the little holes in it. What a waste of money. Are you kidding me Round Table? Calls there Ranch "Garlic Sauce" Then charges for it and it's all watered down. Everything from rudeness (call to order, they hang up on you without a word if too busy), overcharging, charged me $2.50 for a bottle of water, while I saw someone else got charged only $1.00 or $1 something! I've only had delivery so I'll focus just on the food. IMHO Round Table has the absolute best pizza of all the franchises (and most of the mom and pops in our area). We're big fans of the Garlic Chicken, the Gourmet Veggie, and the Wombo Combo (sort of a Hawaiian pizza on steroids.) Really fresh ingredients and just enough cheese. The parmesan twists are really incredible -- lots of garlic and soft inside with just enough crisp to the outside. Yum. We just tried the sausage lasagna pasta today for lunch. We got the family size which will feed three people, or four if you are lighter eaters. It was better than I expected -- I would compare it to Stouffers or the better frozen lasagnas. It only comes with two twists, which seems odd given that it's a "family portion" and it's a little pricey at $16.99 (we had a $2 coupon which paid the delivery fee) but a nice alternative to pizza. Their garden salads are enormous -- the individual size easily feeds at least two people and is chock full of really fresh romaine lettuce, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, mini carrots, and black olives. Oh, and the Chatsworth location always provides plenty of paper plates, forks, and lots of red pepper and parmesan cheese packets. We order lunch for our small business several times a month and it always makes everyone happy. read more

Sadly this is not a happy update. I ordered two pizzas( my usual for a Friday night) and mentioned that I had a coupon for a discount. Now for the back story. I have been coming to this round table pizza since they opened several years ago. The pizzas are very well prepared and taste fantastic. This is why I pay a premium price and do not go to the 5 other local pizza places for my food. I have placed orders in the past and the person taking the order always has given me a few dollars off (I guess for being a regular customer). The customer service has always been good and I was a happy customer always recommended this locatoin in particular. Sadly last night I went for my pizza order and DID NOT HAVE MY COUPON. I apologized for not having it and sked the young lady if she could do anything. She did. She charged me the additional $8 that I would have saved and said have a good evening. I thought to myself "oh well" and left. As the evening wore on, I thought more about it and thought of all of the times that I have gone in and NOT used any of their coupons and paid full price. This is not a cheap pizza place. Its usually about $40 plus for two pizzas. The simple lack of a courtesy is what defined my decision. I am not going back to this Round Table pizza. There you go. I was working late and wanted to order pizza at my job. The first round table I called was supposed to be the closest, but they sent me to the Chatsworth store. Unfortunately I was even further from them. BUT, manager, Britney, who I spoke to, was soooo kind and considerate. She sympathized with me and was overly apologetic. She made me feel so special as a customer (unlike the other store). She even paused like she was considering to go over their stated mileage limit. I would never want her to break a rule, but her desire to help me was very refreshing! Her attitude is why I will keep going to Round Table, even though she was not able to send the pizza. Just had a birthday for my 4 year old on 12/15. We decided to cater pizza. We decided on Round Table since the pizza is always good. I called and spoke to Andy the manager to discuss catering. In the end I ordered 8 XL pizzas, 2 family size salads and baked cheese ravioli. I was skeptical about the Ravioli, but I gotta say it was really good. The pizzas were all just what I expected them to be. They tasted great! Due to the size of my order Andy gave me a generous discount, more than fair. They called ahead of time to see if I needed any changes to my order and delivered right on time. Great food. Great price. Great service. What more could I ask for. Thanks Andy and your your team. I placed my order of 2 large specialty pizza and 6 pieces of garlic parmesan twists on 7/29/2014 @ 6:17 PM online which had a pick up time of 6:37 PM. I arrived at the Chatsworth location and paid via credit card with receipt time of 6:37P since they had a signed stated no bill larger than $50 and the casher confirmed they won't accept the $100 dollar bill I had without even checking. My total for the order was over $50. My order did not come out until 6:54 PM. It seem to me that they did not started on preparing my order until I arrived at the restaurant. I was not very pleased with the service I get and have email them with no respond received. Don't waste your time ordering the overpriced pizza when service wasn't up to par. read more
