Exciting new lunch spot, usually only open for dinner hours and caters to the 818 beer tavern next door, so this was definitely new in the. Chatsworth are and i was excited to learn that they are now open for lunch and since their pizza is amazing, I decided to see what else was in store! My friend and I had the vodka rigatoni and that my friends I must say has to be the best thing in our table! So spicy so delicious and such flavor! The sauces are sourced in house so it was really nice to have something fresh and delicious! The sausage in the sauce was small and not overwhelming so it gave it the extra nice touch! They also had a nice lunch special I'll post on the pictures... While I'm not a Chef but I do consider myself a foodie, one thing about me, is I'll make suggestions to things so they get better ... suggestion here was for the sandwich, I think my expectations were a little high here but I had the chicken Caesar sandwich and it was just ok... I expected a nice bread based on the delicious sourdough crust they have going on with the pizza but it was just a French roll; fresh nonetheless but it was cold and not as appetizing in person. I would definitely up the flavor on this as I feel it has potential , bread should be toasted and served with a mayo maybe warm up the chicken? and a tomato really would work.... Comes with a side of salad or fries! Get the fries! Those were off the hook! Ordered the lunch special which included pizza, salad, and a beer. All for under $20! (cash price). The salad was pretty good, and the beer was quite refreshing. The pizza arrived on a cardboard platter, hot out of the oven! Had to let it rest for a minute or two before trying it. There was a good amount of cheese and a nice sauce. Staff here is nice too. And Im the kind of person who doesn't like the toppings to overwhelm the pizza. Only half the toppings as in their latest menu picture. Came here for the 8one8 10th anniversary celebration. This was the only area that was serving food, so we walked over and decided to order some wings and a aloha pie. There are tables for a small group or picnic style tables. They also provided a water station that was self serve. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready. The wings was about $16 for 7 pieces. Though the wings are on the bigger side than normal. We ordered ours with buffalo sauce and a side of ranch. Would have been nicer if they gave us more ranch. I have to say the wings were great. The sauce was really good and the wings were still crispy. It came with celery and carrot sticks. I would definitely order this again, but I do find it to be a little bit pricey. I wished the order came with 8 instead of 7 just to play along with the partnership with 8one8 brewery. The aloha pizza was nice and airy. The crust was crispy and there was good cheese pull. The sauce was perfect and not too tangy. They do use canned pineapples though. But I would definitely come back here for their wings and pizza. read more

The pizza was pretty good, I would say it was lacking in some flavor and they skimmed out on the toppings. As you can see in the picture, the cheese pizza barely had any cheese and the bbq chicken barely had one piece of chicken on it. So compared to the price, I would say it was pretty pricey. A solid 7/10. It took about 40 mins to get both of our pizzas which is not bad but then the person who brought them didn't bring any utensils. Over all the service wasn't excellent or bad. Just meh. Went here due to the reviews and people saying that the mozzarella sticks were HUGE. Disappointed in everything. The mozzarella sticks were not exactly large. I watched videos on social media of places with large mozzarella sticks thinking they would in fact be large but they are average size. Margherita pizza was bland and I love a good margherita pizza. We celebrated my adult son's birthday today at Osborne Pizza Kitchen. I was at first concerned when I saw the location; that no longer matters to me. The parking was easy. We ordered a few pizzas, salads, and drinks. The food was wonderful. I ate the cheese pizza and a Caesar Salad. The place was also comfortable for our large family, including one who is deaf and disabled, and the kids aged 5-11. The woman behind the counter, who helped us, did not hold back at helping at the table. I only wish we lived closer to Osborne Pizza Kitchen so my husband and I could eat there on a regular basis. Welp, I did it. I ventured away from pizza and tried a hand-held. And a pizza. Of course, I'm going to have pizza too. This time around I ordered the Chicken Parm Focaccia and the Supremo pizza which are both new to me. No, I didn't eat both items at one meal although I did have a slice of the pizza just to see what it tasted like but I stashed the rest in the fridge and to have for other meals. My partner-in-crime of course got the pepperoni pizza and we ordered the ranch sauce. We gave the marinara a whirl too-good stuff and I think it had some zing to it. Everything was delicious as always and the focaccia was perfecto in both taste and texture. The Supremo pizza reheats beautifully in the oven with a bit of tin foil tented over it. The only drawback to this order (and it's no fault of Osborne Pizza) was our driver took much longer than he should have to get our food to us. I watched on the live delivery map as he meandered his way, well past the whopping 2.2 miles between Osborne Pizza and where we were. Nothing appeared on the delivery map to indicate he had another delivery but he made an unmarked stop, sat a bit, then continued farther west, well past the street where he should have turned to come to us. He moseyed a bit then made his way back our way to make the delivery. I have no clue what that was about. The only bummer was his lollygagging meant that our food wasn't as hot as it usually is so I don't feel like I got the full experience on the Chicken Parm freshness so I'll give it another go when my friend and I visit the restaurant in person for my birthday in February. We use to go to the Chinese restaurant that was here and we were surprised to find out it closed and this pizza place was in it's place. They really refreshed the interior, and it looks very nice inside now. The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and offered a few items off the menu. We ordered two cokes, the carnivore pizza and wings. The pizza crust was crisp but soft and the bottom of the pizza wasn't soggy, it was a perfect crust in my opinion. And the cheese was ooey gooey, and pulled apart so nicely. For me it was a 10/10 for the pizza. The wings were more like a 8.5/10 because they weren't as crispy as I would like but the flavor was 10/10 so I would still order the wings when I come back, and I'm definitely coming back.
