I've called this place a few times and for Some reason I need to repeat the order several times. The place is a little unkept and the guys making pizza are standing around talking and holding dough in their hands, and also handing money. I love the veggie gourmet but unfortunately this place seems dirty. It seems there's only kids working here, and I do applaud them for at least working, but there should be at least one adult. Ordered two extra large ( I would call these a large size) pizzas they were $56 dollars. Ordered pan crust but the crust was thin and there was hardly any cheese on either pizza. One pizza was cheese only and the other was pepperoni. Each sliver slice of pizza had maybe two pepperonis. This is the worst pizza I have eaten, tasted horrible and dry. Since there was so little cheese on both pizzas and hardly any pepperoni I would say these make Dominos look cheesy. I would not waste money buying from Round Table. This place knows how to take care of customers. I ordered a pizza online for curbside pickup. They brought the pizza out and I immediately knew that it had an ingredient on it that I didn't want (bell pepper). I couldn't verify what I ordered so I called to confirm. The girl confirmed that I ordered wrong. The graciously offered to make me a correct one. When I offered to pay, because it was my mistake, she said that they would just exchange it, but it would take about 15 min. I didn't expect that kind of service for my mistake. read more

I did a Postmates order (not knowing they did delivery) and was unhappy, my pizza was made wrong I asked for bacon and I got ham, asked for original crust and I got the thin and they forgot my crushed peppers. Reported it to Postmates since the delivery driver went to the wrong house around the corner making my pizza cold. Called RT to tell them to get their shiz together to make myself feel better. Rick answered...... Nice guy! He apologized my pizza was not made the way I wanted and explained how the Postmates ordering worked and told me "I hate to say it but sometimes orders are wrong because it comes down to how the Postmates person presents the order and it may not be exactly what the customer wanted". Did I get a refund or a free pizza for next time? Nope! And honestly I don't need one I appreciate how my complaint was handled, I wasn't given an attitude, I wasn't told I was wrong, I wasn't passed to the next person, I wasn't told to take it to Postmates. This place used to be really good but it seems like they pick and choose what days they will deliver to certain areas. I ordered from them twice a month and sometimes they would deliver and other times they would say the driver doesn't go out to your area. I went to this location in Glendora, as I have in the past, and felt like I need to give them the props they deserve! I always order my pizza with extra sauce, double cheese and double pepperoni. For Glendora location only. Only saying because I've tried another location in Chatsworth and not nearly as good. Glendora does it very well. I get pan crust because I love the soft yeasty fresh bread smell and taste. It compliments the sauce and toppings so well. They used to have Round Table Express when I worked in Livermore at the labs many years ago. That was my favorite, but this is pretty close if you like thick crust. The cheese, sauce, and toppings here are also very good. Can't go wrong with anything here. Can't say the same for other locations so beware. In Chatsworth they tend to undercook the crust; and the sauce and cheese are nor as good. That's unfortunate for the franchise. Highly recommend the Glendora location but not the Chatsworth (Devonshire) location. read more

Worst Delivery experience I have ever encountered. Actually did not even experience anything at all but frustration since the staff at this Round Table Pizza establishment seems to be unable take delivery orders properly. If you are going to order from this round table make sure you repeat your phone # to them at least 10 times. I waited over 4 hours for them to deliver one pizza. Long story short, they messed up, did not care about our frustration, and only offered a 20 percent off on our next order. Which sounds like a nice deal for next time my family and I are starving, but currently the "manager" is "unable" to do anything else about the pizza we ordered over 2 hours ago. I was really disappointed in the pizza here.... I am new to town and had hoped by reading the reviews off of Yelp that I would enjoy this pizza. In my opinion, it wasn't very flavorful, wasn't very cheese, just kind of mediocre, but expensive. I would not waste my money here again. To me, it tasted about the same quality as Little Ceasers.....you are paying $20 for a $5 pizza! The restaurant itself was nice...ample seating, a game room, etc, but we won't be back. "Those pizzas from the big franchises suck!" I don't mind if pizza snobs miss out of Round Table. It's really good stuff! I've been on a lifelong quest to find the best pizzas in the world. And even at that level, Round Table has something really good to offer. The crust is crisp on the outside moist and chewy on the inside. The sauce has a good balance of tang, sweetness, and saltiness. And the toppings are always distributed well with a right amount of cheese. They got it down to a science. Me and boyfriend came here Saturday 7/08/17 because I really wanted pizza and this was our favorite choice. We ordered an ORIGINAL CRUST large extra pepperoni extra olive,pitcher of beer and my soda.. sad down and waited for our pizza.. when the lady brought the pizza to the table she just threw it down(not putting it on the stand) rude and weird.. than my boyfriend notices it's not original crust but it's incredibly thin.she says sorry but it very rude about it.. and saying she can make it again but it'll turn out the same and telling us basically we're wrong over and over again!!
